It’s a wonderful store. Well stocked, prices seem reasonable. Their fall candles are nice too. Nice clothing for men and women.Only complaint in the one cashier up front with reddish brown hair and glasses. She is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever come across. Doesn’t smile or ask you how your day is going ever. Every time I’ve been here I get this woman & she never becomes friendlier. Seems like she’d enjoy a job at a place like a morgue.

Went there to possibly buy a riding mower I had a couple questions about one and I stood there for a solid 15 minutes no one offered to help so I left. Guess I'll buy one some place else

So the store is good, prices are better than the one in Gillette for the most part. But I had to load my own shavings and pellets. Which I don't really mind if I could back right up to them. I asked the cashier if she was going to call someone and she said she could but theey haven't been showing up.

Great store! It's very misleading from the outside! You walk in and the store goes on and on! Isles are very clearly marked so you can find just what you came in for and SO much more! Will return for more shopping when I can spend more time to see everything they have to offer!

Rude sales people who are more interested in talking about their work schedule. Asked about inventory in the back and the sales person shook her head before I could finish the request. Always out of stock and no one around to help you. Can't tell you how many times I've carried out 40 lb bag of dog food on my own with no help offered. Lost another customer to walmart.

We bought a zero turn riding lawn mower from Bomgaars. We were having trouble starting the machine. The manager and his employee came out and explained the extra safety feature that we couldn't figure out.We also bought a push weed eater. Love the machine, but something went wrong whether it was the machine or our fault, I don't know. They took it back and refunded the money. Yes, I did have to show my driver's license, but that has become an extra safety feature for us as well as was explained to me from a totally different store's manager.Great couple of guys to work through this experience.

If you know what you need and you know Bomgaars has it most definitely go there first. If you don't know if they have what you are looking for, good luck, place is hit or miss. Cheapest hardware in town.

Horrible customer service nearly every time I go in. I have even written to the district manager about it. I try to stay away, however they do sell our locally made pellets, so I go there for to purchase those.

BOMGAARS HAS THE MOST ABSURD EXCHANGE POLICY OF ANY STORE I KNOW OF...EXCHANGED A BAG OF DOG FOOD...THEY WANTED MY DRIVERS LICENSE... (BULLSHIT!!! AND THEY DIDN'T GET IT...WANTED MY PHONE NO....DIDN'T GET IT, NO ADDRESS....... NOTHING!!! FROM ME) I WANTED TO EXCHANGE A BAG OF PUPPY FOOD FOR ADULT...SAME PRICE, SAME BRAND. I WAS TOLD THEY NEEDED MY PERSONAL INFO SO THEIR INVENTORY BALANCED OUT...BULLSHIT...SCAN IN SCAN OUT IT'S THAT SIMPLE. I HAVE SHOPPED THERE FOR THE LAST TIME...DO YOU HEAR ME BOMGAARS?
