Do not use if you have an alpha dog because they are scared of these type of dogs, made an appointment three months ago and dropped my german shepherd off. They called me 45 minutes later and requested that I come pick my dog up. The previous groomer at this location never had an issue with her. I contacted another groomer here in Spearfish and had to wait for another couple of months to get an appointment. Today I took my dog to Spearfish Animal Hospital grooming and they did not have any problem getting her groomed, they did a fantastic job on my “ vicious “ dog without any incident! You can’t be scared of dogs if you choose to offer this type of service.

Terrible. Barely groomed at all and still charged $50+ for it. Kept the dogs in small cages with wheels on them. AND, if that’s not bad enough, leaves cotton balls in the dogs ears.Would not recommend!

Overpriced and rude . My dog was bruised and had cuts. when I confronted the owner she said that's how the dog came in
