Bethany was extremely helpful today! My partner and I both had some issues to work out (him getting a new phone due to dropping his old one in the water and me being locked out of my verizon account since opening the account) closer to closing time and she didn't rush us or make us feel like a bother one bit! She was very informed and answered each and every question like it was no problem. I'm really glad I switched from Metro to Verizon! The customer service here is much better, and friendlier.

I'd rather travel to Fargo to the Verizon store (in the mall) than stop in here for any of my Verizon phone needs. I always feel like I'm a "hassle" and a bother when stopping in here and several times I have preferred ordering online and having it shipped to my home than stop in here. (Amazon) They are always "hiring". I ONLY shop for something when I need it that day. If I can wait, I don't go here.Charging to your Verizon account is not allowed and prices tend to be 50% to double the online price.I was told this is a "Christian" based company but it doesn't have that feel at all. If I could give it a half star, I would.

Bethany was helpful and efficient. I was APPALLED at the price of my glass screen cover though. She said it would have been almost 1/4 the price if I’d gotten one there previously. Are you kidding me??? I’ve had the SAME account, and SAME phone number with them since I first got a cellphone in the mid to late 90’s!!!!

Always available to help. Worked through the best route to get a new phone that was only a few months old and just stopped working. It was dropped and the shock from hitting put it in and on/off reset loop and then shut off permanently. They did the best they could to get everything off of it but ultimately had to politely inform me that anything not backed up or stored would be lost. I’d also have to reinstall many apps do to this product failure. I wasn’t destined to have the green one I guess. They had the Midnight 14 and I was due for an upgrade, so… Thank you Haleigh and Christian!

I had not upgraded my phone for over 5 years, partly due to the intimidation of not really knowing what I need and the fear of losing files (pictures, calendar information, email, etc.). A very nice, informative employee walked me through the process.With the current offers right now and the discounts available for using a Verizon Visa card and signing up for the veterans discount; i was able to get a new phone and my bill is less than it was previously!! My husband also got a new phone!Great experience - thanks Bethany!!!
