Pizza Hut never really left an impression on me until going to this location. The couple of times I've come here, I could tell the staff was working hard, doing their best and the cashiers both had smiles on their faces during the interaction, trying to be kind even during the busy (stressful) moments. It makes it more enjoyable coming here when you can tell the staff is working hard without letting the chaos dim their attitude. They deserve some acknowledgement for their hard work. But what we really come here for is obviously the pizza so I couldn't give it five stars if it wasn't just as good. I will say it seems to take extra long for our pizza to come out every time but it's worth the wait because it's really delicious! I'd recommend this location to anyone. ☆☆☆☆☆

I was not happy with the service or the food I had received. My son wanted pizza, so I pulled up and ordered a deal of stuffed crust and 6 wings for $19.99. Great deal for that offer! I made my selections of toppings and sauces. It submitted and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited 20-25 minutes being that it was around supper rush. I get there to the store and my order was not there. apparently, the system did not put anything through because the manager said, "they ran out of stuffed crust an hour ago."So, I had no other choice but to order a whole new order. I asked for 2 medium pizzas, one sausage and mushrooms and one peperoni. Those two pizzas came up to over $30!!!When I get home, we were hungry, so we started eating right away. The first piece was okay but the second piece I pit into, was still undercooked doe! I checked the other pieces, and they were all the same.This is why I cannot stand ordering from our pizza hut. you get subpar service and food to match.

Pizza was delicious! Since the manager was the only one working at the time, she almost didn't let us order, but then decided to serve us. So appreciated it since we drove an hour just to finally eat at a dine in PH. Will go back again.

Typical pizza hut food, same problem all over EXTREMELY light staffed. Not always open at posted times. Not enough glasses so was asked to use kids cups. The struggle is real but it was really nice to have as an option when they were open. Staff was kind and doing the best they could.

We are a local business that has been patrons to the 2 Pizza Huts in northeast South Dakota Until recent We used to visit the local Pizza Hut personally and for business parties and such . The owner of the 2 pizza huts in North east South Dakota Treated us very poorly And inappropriately completely uncalled for treatment, and because of the way we were treated we will no longer be patrons of pizza hut.

Every time my son and I go hunting near Sisseton we stop and eat at the Pizza Hut. They have excellent service and the pizzas as well as everything else they serve there has been excellent.

When we got to the Sisseton,SD to pick up our pizza at noon on Sunday January 23rd, the doors were still locked. They opened 20 minutes late when the person with the key showed up. They said it would be 15-20 minutes until our order was ready. Came back in 20 minutes, was told it would be another 10 minutes because one of our pizzas burnt. Sat in the restaurant for another 45 minutes still not ready. Order was finally ready after waiting 1 hour 15 minutes. We got home with the order, they forgot our 10 white sauces, which we paid $2.00 a piece for and did not send our 2 liter of pop with us. We were very unsatisfied talked to the shift manager and she had a could careless attitude. We will not be returning to pizza hut anytime soon.

If I could give it no stars I would. I called in a order and they got it wrong. I already paid before I looked in the box, and they wouldn't give me a refund. Plus I had to pay for the food they didn't get right in the first place. The pizza is bad anyway.

Read the reviews on this place and it did not disappoint at all. The atmosphere was awesome, great between 5-7 kids eat free promo and Joey the manager was pure gold and absolutely clutch. Location is easy to find and minutes off of I 29. We know where to go when the highway shuts down again

Changing my review since they still have not refunded our money after we did not get the food we had ordered way back in November and they claimed it would only take 5 to 10 business days to get the money refunded back into my account. Never had any issues until the last 3 times I have ordered from here.

Ordered online, when I got there I waited an additional 20 min (40 total) then they tell me they made the incorrect pizza and offered it to me or wait another 20 min for the right one. On top or that breadsticks were cold (from sitting on the counter for 20 min) had minimal seasoning on top and no red sauce with them.

Well service was good and the salad bar was adequate I had my first and hopefully my last P'zone that I'll ever have. I worked for Pizza Hut Incorporated for 8 years back in the 80s. This product is an abomination.

Worst experience ever at a Pizza Hut. First they get my order wrong, so it takes over half an hour to get my food, then I finish eating, fill my soda and while I am away from the booth using the restroom they clean my table. No asking if the food was ok, if they could get me anything else. Nothing. Won't eat here again, I am in town sometimes 5 times a week and I will give my business to other eating establishments over this one.

Out of all my world travelling with the military nothing beats my hometown Pizza Hut! Sean is by far the best part! And needs a raise and free pizza for life! 😂 I'd order pizza everyday in every location I lived in if Sean made my pizza and delivered it!

Pizza Hut still offers the greatest pan pizza! The service was quick and pick up was easy. We just wish there were more locations in the area.
