This location has all sorts of problems. The theft tracker on the self checkout goes off for any rapid movement. Then of course it takes a while to get an employee. Then the machine struggles to accept a card which inevitably ends up working later. But being accused of theft and getting shown a video of you scanning the item that you were accused of stealing is enough to chase me away from any establishment. Not returning.

First of all shout out to Alex the manager of lawn and garden, toys and seasonal. He gets my 5 stars He is awesome and does his job well. He needs a raise and has fantastic customer service and helped me tremendously and I am very apprecitive and grateful for his help. Long story short bought paint and needed just a couple more cans to finish off the job and it wasn't the correct color. Called Walmart and they told me to go to customer service and they would send me to paint department. Gabe 0 stars. I was helped by Gabe the painting department manager who told me there was nothing he could do to help me and it was my loss. If you need paint mixed or painting advice do not let Gabe help you. As a manager he should have been able to make it right on his end as it was the wrong color instead of having another manager from a completely different department come help. Alex was kind and respectful and listened to what I was explaining to him. Thanks again Alex.

Shopping experience was good. Several employees said hi and good morning. Only thing I don’t like is when employees are stocking they place their carts in ways that cause you to have to go around or to different aisle. Not so much ch a complaint as a “something to consider” when dealing with flow of customer traffic.

Just a typical Walmart. Nothing extraordinary. A little disorganized and a few aisles in some definite need of attention.A pretty good selection of Halloween items, 3 or 4 aisles to choose from. Probably one of the better Walmarts I've seen for Funko Pops. There were a wide variety compared to most other stores.

So disappointed in how far Walmart has fallen, Firsr not enough charged motorized carts not to mention lack of places to sit so not very disability friendly. Second now I can't even get a simple roll of quarters??

I don't know what kind of clowns you have working there, but yesterday (Sunday 03/25) I heard some kids kicking a box around and then saw them trying to smash it. Here is was two of your employees! A bigger blonde haired girl with red cheeks and another kid. After about a minute of them yelling and laughing another girl comes out and says 'Customers can you you! This is embarrassing'. Then on the way out, another gal makes a farting sound as me and other shoppers were walking past checkout. When I'm shopping at Walmart I expect this kind of behavior from some of your customers but not your employees. Another time someone was pushing a cart into the back room and she says loud enough for me and others to hear "God these people are slow; I need to get by" I think you need a little customer service refresher for your customer-facing employees.

This walmart is my favorite one. But the last time I was there your greeter watched me scan everything then asked to see my stuff. I was literally right in front of her. She then tried to hold my cart and stop my child from leaving. This is entrapment. They should never stop a child.. and she was pulling my car and it hurt my hand. I am a regular of this walmart. You are not allowed to over power you customers and stop them from leaving. No means no!

I have been going to this Walmart about 3 times/week for years BUT WILL NEVER RETURN to ANY Walmart: Reason - today I went to self checkout as usual.noted only 1 or 2 cashiers visible working their checkouts. A lady (found out she was 95 years old)—on motorized wheelchair with her purchases was near the self checkout by me: she asked the employee standing guard over the checkouts if she could have some help- this employee said she should go to a cashier and the 95 YO said she had tried but could not find one and employees had helped her before. The employee simply walked away- mumbling - ignoring this lady, I went over and unload3 her groceries/scanned them/ paid with her credit card and loaded them back in her cart (over $130) worth while the employee walked around by us NOT doing anything- this lady was than waiting for the bus to take her back to her place of residence: I cried all the way home thinking of how uncaring/ unhelpful Walmart was to this senior citizen. The employee could at least helped her to get to a cash register that was open. I spend around $300 weekly at Walmart. I will be now traveling a short distance further into town to purchase all my necessities. I was appalled by the inconsideration. There is NO excuse for that.

The employees just stare at you while you do there job. Then at the door they stop you and check and make sure that you did there job for them properly.

Had to get a new battery for our Jeep. Called service at 7am and was told I battery and price for my Jeep and told to come down there showed up and Gabe wa there new nothing about the call and said person probably didn’t work in service. He found the correct battery and it was double the price. Was not able to schedule a time today to have it installed advised him would attempt to see if I had the tools for it. I got home and didn’t and called him he told me to come back and would get me in I waited an hour as he was swamped and had no help in his area especially after Black Friday. Needs more help. He took care of me and deserves help. Thank you Gabe. You are the best!

At Walmart, the shopping experience is always unpredictable, but the Walmart on 60th St. has consistently gone the extra mile for seven years to ensure every visit is exceptional. Recently, when I faced challenges with my SUV's TPS sensors connecting to the vehicle, although they couldn't resolve it in-store, they directed me to the dealership and ensured the issue got resolved. From the store manager to the tire center manager, they turned a difficult situation into a fantastic one. I am grateful for the wonderful shopping experiences I've had at my local Walmart over the years.

Relative to other walmarts, this one is pretty good. Their curbside pickup is extremely handy, and they've been helpful when they've made mistakes on our orders. It's one of the only places for groceries on the northwest side of town, and it's relatively clean for a walmart. Overall glad to have it nearby!

Went in for 2 new tires and an oil change. (Only 1 car in the bays so not busy) 3 HOURS LATER they finally finished. I had requested the new tires to go on the front and they put them on the back. Went back into have them correct it, ANOTHER HOUR before they were done with that, and they forgot to put the hubcaps back on. Beyond frustrating!! Don’t recommend

It's aggravating when people block the isle when shopping but, when employees block the isle while talking is another...The store, fair..Product availability, fair....Store employees being considerate to customers, not so fair...One particular example was As I was pushing my cart down an isle store employee was having a conversation with someone....Standing in the middle of the isle and, wouldn't move to allow shoppers to get past...I noticed other employees, less than considerate and polite to customers...

The cashier at the self checkout was lovely. And the automatic floor cleaning robot kept going at us and beeping in the toy isle with the kids running from it and laughing. It was the best trip to Walmart yet!

Love Walmart, Hate that it's not 24/7 still. Walmart whole gimmick was that is open 24 hours a day and now it's not even open past 11pm and that sucks! Because of that they lose their five star rating. 3 stars cuz I like what I'm able and that's all I like.

If I could give a negative star I would. Placed an online pick up order Monday and they were full so I couldn't get it until Thursday. Driver delivered the wrong order and Walmart refused to resend us the correct items. Have to wait 7-10 days for refund and have to reorder myself. Walmart delivery is an absolute joke.

This Walmart has always been a good one to go to. I do not know what has changed. I don't recommend going here because the staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate. I went to complain to the manager of the store after waiting a very long time to speak, only to be talked down to and told I don't need to do business there. Don't waste your time, go to a different store if possible.

I bought one of their lock box/safes that are suppose to be fireproof back in November of 2018, I moved out to my parents in February and during the ride from Sioux Falls to about 35 miles out, my fiancé's shampoo leaked in the box with the safe and this is what happened to it. I called Walmart to explain what happened and they said "anything over $50 has to have a receipt and besides that, that is way to long to exchange anything"... like are you serious? I asked if I could exchange with a new one, (even though I know now these are a joke) just to have my moneys worth for the purchase and they still denied me. I never had an issue with Walmart before, but after this customer service I highly doubt I will be going to them for anything ever again and I will be sure to let all of my friends and family know.

12/8/23Update: I was on the grocery side, and it was fairly busy. Aisles were neat, and it appeared most items were stocked, except for the dehydrated marshmallows for which I was searching. The gentlemen supervising the self-checkouts on that side were directing people to open scanners immediately if shoppers didn't see them as they came to the line or didn't see a register open as someone left.*****A very helpful young lady who was shopping for Walmart pickups asked my friend and I if we were finding everything we were looking for. I said I was looking for the largest GV peanut butter, but there weren't any. She stooped, reached, and pulled the last two large Skippy to the front. I asked for corn syrup, and she told me the aisle without even looking at her machine. Good memory and great attitude. Sweet worker, I regret I don't know her name. I usually look at their name tag. White, long brown hair isn't likely to find her. :(

Crowded with people but we found our purchases and were checked out in decent time. The gallons of Spring Water were missing as they also were in some other Walmarts. We bought smaller convenient bottles of the same, instead. I was tickled to find the organic Broccoli 🥦 florets in a package for ease of use.
