We have been taking our doodle here for a year. Our original groomer was amazing and we couldn’t have been happier. Around October we were told she was no longer employed there but we decided to stay because we always do what we can to support local, veteran owned businesses. When I picked up our doodle after his October grooming we were charged $20 more than what we had been paying the previous months and were told by the owner Ronita, that’s just the way it is, with no further explanation. Ok… got it. However, now our boy seemed a little traumatized when we would bring him home from grooming and well the snarky customer service from Ronita rubbed the wrong way too…..BUT we gave it another chance because the male owner is always so kind and friendly to deal with. Today was the last straw. Not only did she butcher our baby with a razor nick on the inside of his leg, she basically just shaved him and didn’t even bother to wash his face. She called me and said she didn’t have the time to get through his matted tail and suggested we shave that as well. I said no, we can work on it at home.SHE DIDN'T HAVE THE TIME! He is a 27lb doodle that we pay$120+ for grooming…we PAY FOR YOUR TIME….. needless to say we are finally moving on…. I do not recommend this business and it really hurts to say that…. But the female owner really needs to evaluate whether or not she wants to be in the service industry.

I have been told this is the place to go, I'm glad I listened. Shibas can be difficult to groom so I was apprehensive but didn't need to be. I almost didn't recognize him when I picked him up. He was so clean and soft and white again. I work at an auto shop and he comes with me. Needless to say he gets pretty dirty. When I dropped him off he was so happy and could not get enough attention from all the people there. When I picked him up he was just as happy with all the people there. He made new friends he loves them. That tells you a lot about what kind of people they are. I will definitely be going back again and again.

My 1st time using these folks and i am very pleased with every aspect of the transaction. Most importantly how great of a job they did considering my dog can be challenging. Previous Dog gromers have left her traumatized a bit. Meaning she was not herself the next few days but she was happy and "springy" when i picked her up. Turnaround time was as expected and evrytone there was cordial and friendly. I have finally found a groomer i trust ! Thank you guys very much !

Overall, the staff did an amazing job with my dog and got him all cleaned up. However, we had explained that it was our first time getting our dog groomed, and the staff did not provide us a rough estimate of how long it would take. We ended up going back there twice. Will definitely be taking him back to here.

Super friendly and helpful. However not the best of your cat is social and won’t cower in fear as they work on the kitty. I was quoted 3 hrs for a bath and brush out but got a text after 1.5 hrs saying he was done. Paid, received him back, and then was told they couldn’t finish the brush due to “running out of time”. Not sure how, especially since they require a meet and greet to gauge how your cat acts and the state of their fur coat. Appreciate them at least getting most of everything done as it helped him feel much better, but not thrilled I paid full price for an unfinished job.

They do a great job with my german shepherd. All the staff I have encountered have been super friendly. I feel comfortable leaving my baby in thier care for grooming, knowing he is well taken care of while there.

I have been taking my Cocker Spaniel here every two weeks for over one year now. We are happy customers of Wags N Whiskers pet grooming. The owners are gentle and caring with my old dog. My dog is well taken care of here. I know this because my dog has no hesitation to walk himself in right through the swinging door past the front counter like its his house! My dog always coms out well groomed and happy.

Unfriendly, over priced and definitely NOT quality work. They have no customer service skills, just want to make a quick buck!! Our shitzu came out with ABSOLUTELY NO fur on his tail, ears completely uneven, than told by the one younger groomer that he was kinda naughty, so we did his face as best we could. The other lady, assuming she was the owner said well, shitzu are known to not like their face messed with!! He’s 13 years old with cataracts and barely any hearing…so how would you be if that were you!?!? Never been to a place that made you feel like a number and not wanting to get to know new customers, more concerned about making next appt!!!!WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

This groomer did an incredible job with my dog. They are kind, gentle, professional and, based on our visit, care deeply about the animals. Our dog was nervous and they were able to do his nails and glands while calming him and making him feel safe.Even though he was excited and nervous,they talked with him and cuddled him and provided the needed services quickly and gently with great skill. I am so thankful for their kindness and highly recommend their services.

First time customer-was told if my pet there at noon would be first one out-told he would be done 3-3:30-got a call around 3:30-was told running behind and would not b done till 5-I called and was told “just a crazy afternoon - client was late to come in”-I said that I should not have to suffer for someone late-then said he would b done around 4:30- when I got him - told lady up front I was not happy-5 hours to do this-manager-I assume -said girl was new and had been sick day before-said if that was so-should not of been at work-denied info about 3:30-nothing taken off bill-if I ran business with a new customer-would do everything to make them happy-nope! When leaving-I asked if my pet had been taken outside to go to the bathroom-nope!-with that I said-“ have any of you gone to the bathroom in the last 5 hours??was asked if I wanted to schedule next appointment-in the morning-I replied-NOPE!!!are you crazy!!

I have a dog with severe anxiety that does not like his paws touched, and this is the only groomer that has treated him with so much respect that he doesn’t urinate on himself while there from pure fear. He has also not jumped off the table. They treat him with such love, and our other two. They are so knowledgeable and loving. Will not take mine anywhere else.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Renita and team were so knowledgeable and went out of their way to make our rescue dog at ease for her first groomer experience. They were also willing to educate us, even noticing that our dog was dehydrated, and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. We will be coming back and referring them to everyone we know!

Been using Renita for years for our dog and even after our Meeka has went blind she still does great with Renita for her grooming. I’d recommend Wahs N Whiskers to anyone looking for a groomer. Appointments are needed as they are generally booked out quite a ways.

We took our dog to be groomed and they gave him the worst haircut any groomer has ver given my dog. His face was uneven on all sides. One side of his mouth was longer than the other, one ear was longer than the other. He had one side of his head longer than the other. The side of his mouth that was shorter was cut in uneven layers. When we called to get our money back they said no. That he was a new dog so they had to figure it out. Every groomer we have taken him to has always said he is always good to groom. Our dog is a Shitzu Bichon and he looks nothing like his breed because they cut it so short. They said they would fix it but his face is already cut so short there is no fixing. Not only did we get that bad service but the owner went as far as hanging up on us twice. From the service we got I have no clue how this business has a good rating.

My dogs love going there. There groomer are very nice and helpful. When they are done they smell so good. look like new dogs. I would and have recommend this place. Tara is really good, she does a nice job on our dogs, they love seeing her.

Really convenient location for us to take our dog to for nail trims. It's a few bucks more than other places but the staff is always so nice and they do really well with our dog too. We've also used the grooming services in the past but our schedules make it hard to work around grooming day. Lastly, our dog loves coming here and getting treats and attention so we are also happy!

Wonderful! Ginger came home with a shiny, smell good coat. She now has fresh breath, nails that don't click on the floor, and clean ears. I was extremely concerned about bringing Ginger to a groomer because she is aggressive with other dogs. When I first stopped in, Morgan, provided information about the process and facility that would help Ginger be well cared for. I was relieved, and made an appointment. When I dropped her off, Morgan again was reassuring that Ginger would do well. I am grateful for Morgan and other staff members accommodating Ginger. I would highly recommend Morgan and the facility, especially if your dog has issues like ours!

Had an appointment for today. Showed up and it was closed with a sign on the door saying they were closed until further notice due to medical issues. I understand medical issues, but I don’t understand not letting your customers know about the closure. We have already been waiting to get Zoie a haircut and now we have to wait longer. Some places are booked til the end of January. Thankfully we found another place that has an opening in a couple weeks. Not sure we will be coming back to Wags N’ Whiskers at this point. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion.

I was really disappointed with their customer service.I brought my dog here for the first time and didn't know how short to have her cut. When the cut ended up being too long I asked to have her trimmed up again - willing to pay for additional time but not willing to pay for her to be completely re-groomed.I was told this wasn't an option and would have to pay for the full grooming but they would give me $10 off. I'm sorry but it's not reasonable to expect someone who just paid $40 to pay another $30 4 days later - all I wanted was my dog cut a little shorter.Not a great way to get repeat customers and I will definitely encourage friends to look elsewhere.

What an amazing staff! I have taken both my little Basenji mix and my big Great Dane to Wags N-Whiskers. The little pup is submissive and loves the attention but my Great Dane is a bit shy. The whole crew over there did everything to make sure he was at ease. I will not hesitate to refer my friends and family to visit the fun and professional staff with their pets.Thanks girls!

My exotic shorthair persian cat had some very bad mats all over his body, but mostly on on his hind legs. I was sure he was going to have to be completely shaved, and I wasn't even sure that was possible. I was embarrassed to take him in. I groomed him myself, but his knots became overwhelming and too much for me to handle. I love my cats; they are my babies and they mean everything to me, so it was important I took them somewhere that I felt comfortable and with people I knew would be loving and gentle. My cat also has some breathing issues due to his squished face, and I was concerned about anxiety causing additional issues. After speaking to the groomers about my concerns, they were caring and addressed all my issues. They assured me that they would contact me if any problems arose, and would not push my cat if they felt he was uncomfortable.After I picked up my cat, he looked incredible! They did not have to shave him. He was soft and looked fantastic! They didn't push him, and they left a little to be done because they didn't want to overwhelm him, which I appreciated. But honestly, you wouldn't even know there was anything left to be done because he looked so great!The staff was professional, kind and compassionate. As I was leaving (when I dropped him off) I turned around on my way out the door and I saw them kissing his little head; my cat was purring and happy. When I picked him up he was relaxed and purring! I could tell he felt better with his new haircut. He is running around the house now, happy and knot free!I recommend wags-n-whiskers! They leave pets and owners with happy, full hearts! Thank you!!!!
