My experience with this store was nothing but terrible. I ordered an item that was available 2 hours away from me. It took 6 days to arrive. When I called to ask about it, a very rude person on the phone told me to "just wait for the confirmation email" and hang up on me. When I finally got the confirmation email and showed up at the store to receive it, a person (I believe his name was Ali/Aly) told me he couldn't give it to me because the person that puts the orders into the system left for the day and he wasn't going to do it. I politely told him I have been waiting 6 days for it and I needed it, and as I could see my box siting right behind him, if he could just put it into the system himself. He told me to just call customer service if I wasn't happy with the transaction, or talk to the manager the next day, but that he wasn't going to do it.It was my very first experience with this store and by far the last one. The staff was rude, not helpful and their customer service was just not there. Go somewhere else. Bring your money where you will be valued.

I was greeted when I went to pick up my order. One item was there but was not as easy to find. It was there and had my name on it but it looked like it was on the wrong cart. They found it and offered to bring it out to my car and load it for me. She gave me a compliment which was the kindest thing anyone had ever said to me. Don't hesitate to ask your questions. They will make it happen and answer any questions you may have. You'll be glad you did.

Super friendly and helpful people. They opened a plastic sealed package for me so I could check to make certain it was compatible with the parts I needed to replace. Then I needed an odd size machine screw to make it work and a couple of fellows helped look for that. Meanwhile the wife was looking through the clothing section and found some "cute" things. It is worth checking it out, you may be surprised at what you can find.

Tools, batteries, and hardware are priced higher there is some helped available as long as the weather is nice otherwise don't expect help outside! I'm going to Runnings or fleet farm from now on! Truly disappointed in your floor personnel! The female cashier was the only helpful employee you need more like her!

Tractor supply has really great prices, I started buying my dog 4 health dog food and he loves it, grain free turns his nose up to other dog foods now. Just wish they sold a bigger bag than 30lbs. Also they have a lot of other items reasonably priced women's shirts plus size and they are great quality. I could of spent a lot of time in there if I didn't have other pressing things that needed to be done. Great customer service 👍

Adam went above and beyond to help me! I just got done loading the dog and cat food into my truck and I went to return my cart. My truck was running and decided to lock itself...Adam sat outside for almost half an hour in the cold helping me unlock my truck. I will forever shop at this store just for the amazing customer service! Thank you so much!!

I drove all the way over to the store to get a bag of fertilizer that came up in my Google search. The lady at the cashier, Karen, was very nice and she said I needed to talk to customer service because they had 108 bags of it but it all had all been put away for the season. When I went back to customer service the guy was pretty indifferent and didn't seem like he wanted to help. He said they had nothing like that without even looking in the computer. I don't think I'll go back to the store which is probably fine with them.

Their service is definitely top notch. Nina is a very knowledgeable and friendly employee. It's just a shame the store is so cluttered with stuff sat out everywhere. Maybe they're just shifting inventory but it was quite chaotic. Also, their prices are quite a bit higher than other comparable stores in the area.

Just a good, down-to-earth kind of store. Good prices, good service, good selection, and probably one of only a couple places in town to get quite a few things. If you've got animals, come here for feed and supplies. If you've got a project going, you can probably find most of what you need for supplies and tools...just not a full lumber yard or anything. Helpful and knowledgeable staff every time we've had a question. And don't forget to bring the kids by in the spring to see the baby chicks!

It was my first time in the store, and I enjoyed it very much! All the staff was very happy, willing to help, greeted me when I walked in. Cashier even suspended my sale just so I could look at the clearance items.

Prices are good, especially with the price match program. However, I have taken my business other places based on the service. Ordered product, didn't come in...no call, no explanation. Re-ordered only to have the same thing happen all over again. I don't have the time, nor do my hungry animals, to figure out how many times a person must order something before it actually comes in. FWIW, TSC online team is equally incapable of providing standard level customer service after hoping to instead place my orders with them. That was my sign to find a new feed store...regardless of the higher prices.

The store is clean, and the staff are friendly. Even though we live on the West side, we visit for jeans for my husband, though we don't find his size very often, bird seed, and peanuts for the squirrels. I check for the "Out Here" magazine, which I like very much, and I make sure to check the clearance section for good deals.And, unfortunately, I have to walk past mouse trap boxes on either side of the rear door on the way to the bathrooms. It seems the mice must shoplift food, and the store must hold down the bottom line or increase prices. :) I vote for holding the bottom line.

The absolute worst customer service! Purchased an almost $300 truck tool box and didn't last a yr and half. The latches are completely useless and they won't stand by their own brand. Will NEVER spend my money with this company again.

Great inventory, they dont seem to run out of popular feeds. If they are out they will order and hold items. Usually have orders in1 or 2 days. Love this place for our horses and doggo needs.

Very few competant staff. I am disabled. Getting a load out is a pain. I waited 25 min and finally didi it myself. I always have to check that the tailgate is up. Lucky i didnt lose my feed, shavings and dog food. I spend about $400 a mo there. You'd think they would not want to have my business go away.

They advertise propane but for the last three months we have lived in Sioux Falls, their equipment is always broken and they are unable to fill tanks. When I spoke to the store today they said "that's what you get when you lease equipment". The staff is always friendly and very helpful, I just wish they would fix their equipment.

I love going to tractor supply stores, they have a wide variety of products that a lot of stores don't carry. I always walk out with something, useful for the home or garden, if you've never been, stop you'll be surprised!!!!

We have 2 horses, one is eldery,1mule, 1 pony, 2 miniture horses and 2 mini donkeys, as well as 3 dogs. We have shopped here for twelve years and have always been satisfied. The past 3 months, however, have been frustrating and disapointing. The products we use/need are out of stock . Yesterday it was Joint Combo, ($49.00) , Purina Active, stall beding. I'm forced to drive to Brookings, to Runnings, to gather what I need. I might add, that we spend upwards of $400. 00 per month at TSC. This.store is.very poorly managed. Won't be going back again to hear that the truck should be in next week, or the product that we need.is beneath a big stack, and theY can't get to it today. No more.

I am a recent resident of Sioux Falls, but travel full-time in my RV. As a result, I am still learning my way around this area. Whenever I return home, my GPS and cellphone are my closest and only friends.After calling so many propane refill companies and discovering all of them either refilled portable tanks, made some type of service deliveries to customers. But, didn't provide any refill services for permenantely mounted RV propane tanks; even if you drove your rig to their company.As a result, I decided to call one more store here in Sioux Falls before looking for service providers in nearby towns. This last search led me to Tractor Supply Company.This store was so well-stocked, orderly and clean. Not only was I surprised by the stuff this store carried, I was shocked to discover employees knew where stuff was stocked; were knowledgeable enough to give advice, make recommendations and were welcoming.Further, I was delighted to discover this store does refill mounted propane tanks, as well as carry things I need for my dog (i.e. dog food, cages, toys, cable lines, training treats and more).

I applied there and they said I would be getting $9.50hr. (never worked there before) My buddy applied there and got the job and they said that he would be getting $11.00hr. (also never worked there.) The only thing different is he knows a worker there. I think this is wrong because it seems like they will pay more to someone that they now and has never worked there before either.

Tractor supply is a great way to get large quantities of pet food and they are also the only place in town that carries Teddy's Old Fashioned Style Root Beer. It's like a buck for a liter bottle so do yourself a favor and give it a try!

Tractor supply mainly stocks cheap Chinese manufactured items, but that is what all the Republican supporting farmers and ranchers want. Few quality products are available, but I will say the staff is professional and courteous.
