Initially, tbh, I had a very poor experience with West Side - Sioux Falls Tires Tires Tires. I specified that I would take the old tires, still mounted on the original rims. They were good snows with 3/4 tread left. So all that need be done was mounting the new set of tires on my new rims and we'd be done. When I received the old rims and tires back, three were flat. One with no valve core, one with a nail in it and the third rim with two sharp bends in it and the tire flat. No explanation, no word as to why. I was then charged disposal fee for the tires that were in the back of the car, when the ticket clearly stated "Customer will keep". Bob also charged me for four new TPMS monitors, even though I supplied four new to them. To top it all off, they were not calibrated.The positive experience in all of this happened when I talked with Chuck, the manager. He listened, observed and corrected all the errors and dishonest billing. His addressing of the things I caught recovered an otherwise sour experience.Bob? Zero stars.The manager Chuck? Five stars and the saving grace for my experience with Tires Tires Tires.

I came in for car alignment, and it was a great experience. I didn't have to schedule an appointment, and they completed it within 2 hrs. The customer service was great, from speaking to the phone to interacting in person. The employees were helpful in answering any questions I had. I was also given a ride back from a stroll with my dog and I had great conversation with the driver about dogs! I strongly recommend this place!

Overall the process of getting and online quote was a bit long, but overall positive. Good tires and a good price and that everything is included in the price is nice too.The drop off and pickup could have been better as they seemed a little rushed and didn’t cover the warranty or review other items that I had requested in the beginning.Will I be back, yes. Will I make sure to get all my questions answered before I leave, yes.Nice waiting area and comfortable seating.

Tires, Tires,Tires is my go to place. The staff is EXCELLENT…every time! Customer service reps at the front desk…friendly, honest, dependable… they follow through from start to finish with THE Best attitudes. Shuttle rides to and from take the pressure off, and the driver is personable, and punctual. The mechanics behind the scenes… they excel at their profession. They do quality work, are quick to notice what needs to be done. Also, they provide wisdom for future repair needs. The towing service they offer has come through when I needed them the most. Prices are fair and they help me to be aware of what needs to be done & the cost, so I’m able to make an informed decision. Overall, I would honesty say, “It doesn’t get any better than this!” I am so thankful!

My passenger front tire has been losing 10 psi over a week to a week and a half regularly. I bought my tires here a couple years ago. I stopped in to have it checked. Within 1/2 hr they found a staple, fixed it and sent me on my way no charge. Great place for price and service.

Absolutely the best place to go for car service, and customer service is way above average. I was originally quoted $2000 for new front struts by subaru service and when i brought it in here, they not only beat there price but came back to me and said your struts are fine and don't need to be replaced quite yet. Saved me a ton of money and time. Will be doing all my business with them from now on.

Chuck did a great job suggesting the right kind of tires for what I needed, gravel roads and weekly commutes, and didn't try to oversell me on anything. They took care of what I needed at an affordable price. I price checked 4 other places around Sioux Falls, including the dealership I purchased the vehicle from, and no one could do it for a better price. They were straight forward about what I needed and didn't need and they actually saved me close to $450. Very satisfied customer.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Their customer service is AWFUL! I made an appointment for an oil change several days in advance. Appointment was set for 9:30. I arrived at 9:20 and gave them my info. They asked if i had an appointment. I said yes. They informed me it would be a little under an hour as it was busy. After an hour passed went and asked for an update. They informed me the pickup hasent been looked at yet and was set aside as they were busy. They said my appointment was not scheduled until 10 anyways. I told him it was set for 9:30 and I had the email to show him and he didn’t care. He said it would be after 11 until it was done. I was so angry I decided just to walk away. At 11:15 I went up and asked if it was done yet. He said it was and I was able to pay. He didn’t apologize, or seem to care I was waiting 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! I also asked for a tire rotation as that’s included since I purchased tires awhile back. That was not completed. I have been a customer of theres for years and have had little issues with them before like the techs leaving my car very dirty and oil hand prints on my car. This was the last straw! Spend your money elsewhere people!

From the top down, you will receive great service here. Service is very dependable. Sure this place is busier than most but the strive to get you back in your vehicle asap. I have never experienced any problems at Tires Tires Tires off St Michaels Cir. I have always left confident and assured than when I arrived either for an oil change or other minor vehicle issues. I've been going to Tires Tires Tires for several years. I've never had issues with the work being done, however the service gets worse and worse each visit. This time I waited 2 hours for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Why bother making an appointment if it doesn't make things go faster? I watched several people come after me and leave before me. I finally asked about my car and they informed me they were going to pull it out to the front. Magically it was ready to go. I'm sure it had been ready for quite some time. It's getting harder to return, when they don't seem to value their customers time.

Tires Tires Tires on St. Michael's are AWSOME! They are so responsive and get me in on short notice. They communicate with me on the work that is being done and on what needs to get done. No pressure sales! They also have someone take me back to work if it's a long job. You can wait in their comfortable lobby, too. A very pleasant experience during a stressful time.

Great customer service! My car feels so much better after getting it fixed. I had them run diagnostics on my vehicle, fix the alinement in my steering wheel, fix my breaks and breaking fluid. Everything runs perfectly now! I also loved Chuck the person who was helping me and he was very patient with me. He really went above and beyond to help me. Seriously recommend coming here if you’re having car problems!

The team is always so helpful and nice. I go there because they are very reasonable and able to work on luxury cars as well, so we don't have to pay the astronomical prices the dealership charges for basic mileage maintenance. I saved $600+ on just 1 service going to them vs the dealership. I will definitely check with them for all my car needs.

Matt at Tires, Tires, Tires on West 26th was very helpful. He was able to answer my questions, talked me through the entire process, and offered helpful advice for my high mileage vehicle. The customer service at this location was wonderful. Service on my vehicle was prompt. As a new mother I had to visit the restroom for a diaper change and was pleasantly surprised to find an extremely clean restroom with a nursing chair and extremely clean changing station. This will be my only stop for oil changes from now on.

Good service. Some services can be priced a bit high. When in doubt get a second opinion. Prompt rides if you need to be taken somewhere while your car gets worked on. They usually don't try to push unnecessary service like the dealerships.

Got a leak fixed in my tire. I didn't have a appointment and I didn't have the waste half my day getting it fixed. In 30 minutes they had me in and out the door.And their waiting room was very nice.

Not the greatest experience, part of it was my fault because I was coming from out of town realized I needed an oil change so I call them this morning, They said, drop it off, and they would work it in, and try to have it done by noon, well good news they got my oil change done, Now for what I thought was the bad, I finally got out of there at 3 o’clock, with a bill for $488 for an oil change and a fuel filter on my Duramax I ok’d them to do it because I had no choice but it feels like an out of town screw job to me! I have literally changed my fuel filter in a snowbank on the side of the road in 30 minutes, and they charged me two hours of labor to spin a fuel filter on, they did do what was asked of them, so that part I can’t complain about, but it seems like they kind of took advantage pricewise of somebody out of town that was probably never going to come back there again. The bad part is I spend a lot of time in Sioux Falls and thought according to my coworkers that I had found a great place to do business when I was out of town, when I showed them the bill for my oil change and the two hours of labor to spin my fuel filter on, they were dumbfounded. So long story short I guess they did what they were supposed to do, but I won’t be back. I am a father of seven kids, and they literally charged me a weeks worth of groceries to put a fuel filter on my pick up.

They put air in my tires for me at no charge. I couldn't find a pump to air my tires up anywhere, -15° weather. Much appreciated! Thank you*2 weeks later.. I go back to tires tires tires, my tire sensor stops working and I ask the guy to help me with it, as I just got new tires and had my sensors reprogrammed there, a few months back. I have had issues with these sensors and my air 2 weeks ago. The man mumbles that it will be around $100 to replace it. He wouldn't check the air in my tire, nothing. He had no time for me. I live outside the city and have no time to check my tires. It's hard for me to get time to sort out issues. I'm just stuck with the low tire light. Good service is a coin toss.

The wait was kinda long but the waiting area was really nice but as a former mechanic that has spent a long time doing alignments I'm kinda pissed that they found a ball joint needed to be replaced and the tech did his job looking everything over but they Neglected to tell me until after the alignment was already complete instead of telling me before hand like they should have done most shops won't do an alignment if any suspension component is bad not just because the adjustment won't hold but because when it's replaced your gonna have to do an alignment which means I will have to pay for it twice now and my truck still pulls after the alignment and the tech didn't road test the vehicle afterwards which you should always do after completing any service to a customer's car dealing with suspension or drivablity

Reached out to them at 2 o'clock today to see if I could get my vehicle in for an oil change. And tire rotation got me in a couple hours later. Took about 35 everything done. Cheapest oil change in town for full synthetic but I have found. Very easy to work with. But if you go there just remember they do not take checks. Heard a couple of different people say they never heard of them not taking them. I've been going there for a couple years and they've never taken checks As a form of payment

I have been using tires tires tires for many years and today was the last. My last three visits have been awful! Honestly, the last three were all very different experiences and all we ridiculous. I will not waste my time explaining each situation as I have already lost enough time with Tires Tires Tires. Just wasted 4 1/2 hours today waiting to have 2 tires put on, and they weren't even put in the right location on the vehicle. I have had enough...I'm now in the market for a new tire shop that appreciates the customer.
