Love Shop Dog Boutique! They always have the dog food on hand that we use. Customer service is always great. One time I went in just looking at grooming/bath products for no true reason but was recommended a great product that has helped one of our dogs so much. Between the dog food, toys, treats etc. there is such a good selection, and the location is great.

This is by far my favorite place to shop for our dogs when we visit Sioux Falls! They are always so helpful and knowledgeable when I have questions. They have high quality products that have clearly been thoughtfully chosen for us! They also give back SO much to local rescues and causes in the community. If you love dogs, this store is the vibe! ❤️

I've been shopping at Shop Dog since it opened (I miss being greeted with a tail wag from Etta) and it's always one of my favorite stops. I trust purchasing anything in the store because Ellyn does such a good job stocking it with healthy and safe products. (My dog is obsessed with the Fluff & Tuff toys!)Even when I moved across the country, Ellyn would ship my dog's favorite items to me.I highly recommend shopping here! You'll find the cutest, most unique items for your fur babies. ❤️

I had always been very impressed with this store and the staff and went there quite often, I took my 4 month old pup in recently to look for a leash and collar. I was greeted warmly until I mentioned if they had any clearance collars cause my pup was going to get bigger and didn't want to spend alot of money when I'd have to be replacing sooner than later, after that the gals total demeanor changed towards me and she actually walked away while I was looking at least at leashes I bought a $38 leash but guess the clearance collar was marked against me, wint be returning anytime soon, so dissappointed on how I was treated. Obviously you have a clearance section to sell so I don't get it.

I have been shopping here for my dog for over a year now. It is nice to walk into a place and they remember your's and your pet's name. They are always eager to help me find what I need or address any issues I have. In my opinion, they carry some of the best food available for dogs. I constantly get compliments on how shiny Duke's coat is, and well as how healthy he looks.

I got my dog a few Valentine's day gifts here including mini cupcakes for dogs and a toy that looks like a cup of Starbucks coffee. The staff were super nice and helpful even though I kind of knew what I wanted to buy going into the store so I didn't really utilize their assistance.

Hands down the best dog boutique you will step into. This shop is clean and well organized with the sweetest staff to help you with spoiling your pup. I live out of town, I am able to call the shop and have them put together a curated package and it is usually shipped the same day! The shops owner, Ellyn truly goes above and beyond for her customers and furry friends. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

Love this local pet boutique! They carry the best treats. Our dog loves the 'B' treats. The staff are outstanding and incredibly helpful. The quality of their items is great too! We bought a tug and chew toy for our dog here as a puppy and they're the only things he hasn't destroyed. They have fun events for the holidays and your pet's birthday too.

Has gourmet treats, and birthday treats for all size dogs. Still had to visit larger store for one item, but will definitely be shopping here often.

I would highly recommend Shop Dog to anyone as they only carry the best products to their customers. All the staff is very knowledgeable about the products and the products themselves. The owner is also very often found working the store which keeps us coming back. We buy all of our toys, food, treats, leashes, collars, and any other miscellaneous things our dog needs from Shop Dog and have never been let down. One of my favorite businesses in town!

Shop Dog is a MUST stop if you really care about your dog! It is time to support the small business owner, especially one who is so knowledgeable about the products! She only carries the healthy dog foods, and knows what is really good for the canine. The owner has this memory that amazes me- she always remembers me, what sort of issues my dog has, and points out to me any new products which may be of interest to me. She is also very generous- always quick with a sample and making sure the whole experience is special. And of course, her dog is beautiful and well behaved.

They have a lot of products other stores don't. But their prices they ring items up for and the price they advertise on the shelf are two different prices. I thought it was just me but a friend noticed too. Next time I went I made sure to keep a close eye and the price items ring up for are higher than the sign says. I mentioned this to the employee and they just shrugged it off. I think I'll use other dog shops that don't actively rip off their customers.

I first stopped by a few years ago to get a specific brand of winter boots for my lab. The owner was so helpful and even let my dog try on his shoes before we left to ensure a good fit!I have since been a return customer since the shop carries so many unique brands I can't find at chain stores. I love that all their products are ones that I can trust to give/ use on my dog. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about everything they sell, and they are all super friendly. They also have great discounts and fun events through out the year. Definitely one of my favorite local business to shop!

I went in the store today and I feel the owners were rude and annoyed that my dog might not be friendly with the shop's dog. I understand the shop has a dog that hangs out but not every dog no matter how friendly will get along with other dogs. I spent a total of about 5-7 minutes in the store and although I was asked if they could help me find anything they didn't greet my dog or ask her name or make any suggestions of toys or treats. What I did overhear was how much it annoyed the person to have put the shop's dog on a leash and saying sorry to the shop dog for having to wear one. My dog did not snarl growl or bark at the other dogs and even sat nice and laid down while I paid for our stuff but I will not shop there again.

Shop Dog Boutique is super fun and has everything your animal friend could ask for (and a few things they probably didn't know they'd want!). Ellyn, the owner, is one of the nicest people I've ever met, and she knows her stuff too. I like the idea of supporting a local small business. They provide much higher quality products and a hometown feel that you'll ever get at a place like Petsmart. I came in to get gifts for my numerous friends who own dogs. Not only was Etta the Labradoodle an affectionate door greeter, but the owner was really helpful in navigating me to the specific items I needed (I didn't totally know what it was that I wanted, but the inventory was both comprehensive and inventive). I'm glad Sioux Falls has such a personable, locally-owned place to shop for our four-legged friends. I left the store quite pleased with the variety of items that Shop Dog had to offer!
