Pretty expensive. Cost me $170 to get a 10 gal fish tank kit, 2 bags of rocks, 2 pieces of small vegetation and 5 cheap fish. I also had to sign up to their spam email list so I didn't have to pay even more.

So I brought my poodle in with his winter hair and they told me after he had decided to try to cut my dog's hsir, which he only shaved the neck that I need to groom him better before? I bring him to them. I'm sorry, aren't you the groomers? So they sent them home with a shaved neck. And nothing more told me to go to a vet. I have talked to several other groomers. That said, that is ridiculous and they have looked at my dog. If you can't do a poodle, you should probably not work there.

Before and after pics of my dog after she was groomed. Wasn't exactly what I wanted at the time but turns out it's really hot in the lower 48 so I think she appreciates the short trim. Staff incredibly kind and great with the dog. Would go again

Service was above and beyond. We called ahead of time to get our dog groomed and it all work out perfectly. Mask are required and plenty of hand sanitizer stations in the store.

Awesome customer service!!!! They had everything I needed to upgrade to a 29 gallon fish tank from a 10 gallon, they had large 25 lbs. bags of gravel, the suction cleaner, the decorations I liked, the background paper and a pump and aerator. And they got the tank and stand down for me and placed it on a flat bed and loaded it in my car. Prices were great.

One negative star. Do not buy a chameleon there they are not taken care of at all totally wrong habitat no dripper no hanging plants for them to climb on and they have a bowl of water which they will never drink from look at the pictures they are not healthy at all

Got a second male parakeet for the trio at home... one was left out. We were careful not to run after him and scare him. They learn to trust when you don't do that. We got him to eat from our hands the second day as we wanted him to settle down. The 2 females absolutely LOVE the orange and vanilla cuddle bone. That's why the water is tinted red. 😄Updated: went to find some calming formula for my female birds, but they don't carry it so I stopped to look at the teil... so pretty but scared. The poor thing had a fright.. I wanted to adopt, but still too expensive:(

Educated staff in the aquarium section, pricing was a little off as things rang up wrong but management was quick to address and resolve the situation. The fish my fiance an I purchased was healthy and we extremely glad we we're able to find the species we were looking for. It's pretty cool and the variety of fish they have there is exceptional for a retail store.

I shop here for my dog and have also utilized their grooming services. They always do a nail trim and they know how to style Cairn Terriers (shaved on top but leave the sides long). When they're done they put a bow on the dog so they look super fancy and handsome when you come to pick them up. It's cute they have a sign welcoming all the dogs getting groomed that day even though I think this is more for the owner because my dog can't read very well

This place has a huge variety of food for dogs and cats . They also have vitamins , clothes, kennels you name it .You want a small pet like a hamster or fish they have them .

The store is clean and provide alot of options for majority of pets. There's not much to say expect it always disappointing to only see fresh refrigerated foods for dogs. There's no options for fresh foods for cats. PetSmart isn't the only business that do not have any options for fresh products for cats.

I love the treats buffet. So many kinds and you don't have to buy a big bag to see if your baby likes it or not. Their people are very pleasant.

Update: The previous review I wrote was in haste. After having a Necropsy done on our beloved Dakota. We were unable to find an exact cause of death. This being known now and passed along to Petsmart. I do thank and appreciate Petsmart for all they have done to help us through this.Pet Parents Beware! We took our 5 year old Siberian Husky in for a grooming. He was his normal self before we took him in. Not even an hour after picking him up we saw he couldn’t breath and was on the floor not moving, we rushed like maniacs to the Vet Hospital! He was dead when we got to the Hospital! I have no idea what happened yet, but we are gonna find out!
