Further, Steph's calm, caring, friendliness, and love for pet's is felt and observed by Echo and I. As a result, Stephanie's professional talents as a Pet Groomer transcends groomers who considers dog grooming as a job to earn extra money and tips, rather than a heartfelt professional calling based on a groomer's love and desire to care for pets.

Amanda always does a great job on our dog, Rusty. He looks great and smells great and acts very happy after being groomed by her. She says he does a good job for her so he must not mind how she handles him. She gets me in within a few days whenever I call her for an appointment. I couldn't be happier with her grooming services.

Great experience. I've a giant goofy untrained beast of a pup. They were super sweet with him and did such a wonderful job! They didn't shame me for letting his nails get too long! Will be going back on the regular.

Staff is always smiling and welcoming. I brought both my pups to get a spa day. The staff worked with me when it came to Luna's special needs. They worked around her nail phobia, grain free diet, and her being deaf. She loved her first experience and both will be going again.

Almost Perfect - everything was GREAT except both my dogs nails -needed to be buffed down a little bit after they were trimmed. They were kinda sharp & scratched one of the kids arm a bit. Otherwise Great Job!!Really appreciate the Professional people working at this location - they are very considerate of any and all your pets needs.Thank You

I love knowing they love my girl just like I do. One girl was scheduled to do the groom but another girl stole her because they adore her so much. Gives me a huge peace of mind knowing she is in good hands and that they truly care. It was a little more expensive than I expected but they did an awesome job as usual and even gave me a 25% off coupon that I didn't have.

I’ve been bringing my dog here since he was adopted 3 years ago. They’ve recently had turnover in groomers and their new full time grooming Brie is awfully rude to owners and not gentle with my dog. I’ve never seen my dog that distressed and the trim is not good quality, he ended up bloody twice. Add in that now they won’t take walk-ins and they can’t take him because of his medications this is a waste of time and energy when petco used to treat him wonderfully and we never had any issues with his meds for years. Will be following the groomers that left to their new place of employment.

Long wait time for help. Employees have knowledge of aquatics but aren't experts. Other stores in town are a better option.

The groomer was great with my dog. My dog does not like getting her nails clipped and the groomer worked to try and make my dog less anxious. She was very polite and professional too!

Amanda does an amazing job. The only complaint I have is I have two dogs and it was 87. For one and 95. So 200.00 is alot. I keep coming because of Amanda and the great job she does.

The staff lied. I scheduled an appointment for grooming at 13:30 we show up there and they tell me my appointment was at 12:30pm and hearing it from the customer service they refuse my fur babies. Just because of their Breed!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I will defend my fur babies. They staff not upfront about nothing and don't even do a good job.

Groomer left a whole bunch of fur around her tail. Looks awful. Called grooming number as soon as she got home. No answer. Called mgmt and I spoke with them. Recd call back that the only time the groomer had was at 6 pm the following day.

Those groomers are GOOD, good with my timid pup, excellent grooming skills. It takes longer to get in due to demand for their services, so you need to book about 10 days ahead.
