Love this store and its Staff! Heidi, in the Grooming salon is so patient and always does a great job on our pup. Oscar is also very helpful and kind. You can’t go wrong with either of them. Up front, the young Man who helped answer questions about dog food(very knowledgeable), and the young Lady who helped at the register, were both very friendly and helpful. Rachel, the Manager is wonderful, too! All in all, I recommend for all the pet needs. 😊

I love this pet store! Friendly employees and great selection of supplies and food/treats at great prices. Their savings program is worth signing up for too. Highly recommend for all your pets needs!

I have a large white husky and when he's shedding it's a mess! He hates being brushed and verbally objects like any self respecting husky. He also hates getting his nails trimmed. We took him to get groomed here and it's a complete game changer! They are so great with him and his diva ways! He gets clean and nails trimmed and with the de-shed package he gets wonderfully de-fluffed! I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus! They have kind and knowledgeable staff and sell quality products!

Called them to see if they had a product I needed. They did not, the reason for the 5 star review is the staff that answered the phone dug deep looking to see if they had and when they didn't she gave me advice on alternatives. Very good salesman ship because this is the first place I will check for future orders

Their pet washing station is on point! The convenience is unmatched when it comes to giving my dog a bath!

Never ever use the grooming department at Pet supplies plus. Hopefully they have new groomers as the ones from 2021 and 2022 have no idea how to groom certain breeds,especially ones with double coats. The rest of the store is adequate.

Love washing my dogs here! Only thing I would suggest is moving the dog hook ups to the back of the wash because my dogs try to escape and hang themselves 😅 obviously not leaving them unattended but fighting them and trying to wash the other side of the dog is super hard

Took our chowchow there to wash her at the self-serv dog wash and we will definitely be going again! We forgot her brushes at home and thankfully they had some there which is a MUST with her long fluffy hair! It feels soo nice to not have to wash my own towels 😄. We took a little longer than expected but they were soo nice and didn't rush us out the door.

This has nothing to with the store it's self but the groomer they go thru groomer so much when they first opened up great groomers but found a better one but they were booked so I went here never ever will I take my baby back there I had to take him back to even up his ears I have never had this problem before with any other groomer in 2 1/2 yrs

I went to PSP and bought my first 55 gal aquarium. They had aqueon tanks and they seem to be good quality! I loved talking to the staff and they were all very friendly and helpful including the manager and the main aquarium man! They definitely deserve a bigger store for bigger selections but they definitely made good use of their space they have! I have a lot of experience in retail and these guys and gals nail it on the customer service. They don't try to fill you full of bs, they are straight shooters, if they don't know something they will do all they can to get the answer for you and I appreciate that! Keep up the amazing work! I hope you guys can get some more aquarium space for more fish but still have a decent selection!

So my wife and I have two English mastiffs and giving them baths is always a chore, but with their self cleaning service for pets, this makes it so easy and way cleaner than what were used to having to do and it's cheap, 5$ a wash so I give this place and their staff 5 stars. And we will continue to go here monthly!

Very clean and organized store. My canned cat food (24 pack) was $2 cheaper than it is at Walmart as well. However, be aware if you sign up for an account with them, you'll get tons of emails.

Every time I go to Pet Supply Plus on 26th Street in Sioux Falls, SD, I am greeted by helpful employees who assist me in my shopping if I need it. They are friendly, caring and answer my questions. When I check out, they are courteous and always wish me a good day! Sometimes, I get assistance with putting my cart away while I am getting my dog out of the cart. Great store!!

I brought my Senior Chocolate Lab in to have his nails trimmed. He has anxiety issues and did not want to go behind the gate to the grooming area. Brianna was kind enough to come out into the aisle, kneel on the floor with him and trim his nails. I am very appreciative of this as I did not want to traumatize him. If I could give Brianna Ten stars, I would!!! Sweet Duncan thanks you!!♥️

I came to this location, looking to buy from an independently owned pet store, and was not at all disappointed!There was a large selection of all the pet supplies that I was looking for. Which, at the time, I was shopping for my newly adopted Shiba Inu puppy.I could locate items easily, and I was impressed by the ease of ability to navigate through the store. I also observed how clean and stocked items were on the shelves.When scoping out where to do my shopping that day, I did call ahead to ask if I could bring my puppy into the store while shopping, and with no hesitation, they told me "Yes, of course!".I also noticed that in the back of the store, they have a "do-it-yourself" bathing station for pets as well.I am looking forward to my next visit. I definitely will be returning to this location, and 100% would recommend it to others when shopping for their furry friends.

They did a good job with my German Shepherds nails. I like to be able to clean my dog there myself. We also found some cat toys and dog food for a good sale price.
