Molly Maids are wonderful. They are very nice. They listen to you on what you want cleaned and any special instructions. They are very thorough. They cleaned my laundry room, cat room, 3 showers, dusted after our construction in livingroom, cleaned patio door window,... everything was sparkling.After they are gone I walk around my house smiling because everything is so clean and it makes me happy. They are well priced for the hard work they do. And their customer service is top notch. Responding right away and taking care of your concern. So glad I hired Molly Maids.

Molly Maid ReviewIt was a pleasure meeting and briefly chatting with the two Molly Maid ladies who cleaned my vacated apartment prior to a walkthrough scheduled the next with a complex rental agent which conclude without a hitch. I found both ladies to be friendly and punctual. As well as quick high quality professional cleaners. Not only did their cleaning skills impress me, but it also did the same for the rental agent. Who checked no blocks on his checkout form because there were no damage or cleaning issues discovered during the walkthrough. As a result, I was able to return my keys and walk away from Penbrooke Place Apartment a residence and community I never enjoyed.

I was so excited to have professional cleaners come deep clean my apartment. I’ve been stressed and overstretched and thought it would be nice to have someone trained clean my place.Well. I was wrong. I had a group of 3 ladies come in to clean and I left. I got a text after an hour stating they were finished, and I was suspicious. I didn’t get home until late, and found that they did the bare minimum. They swept and mopped, but left crumbs on the floor and dirty spots of spills, my bathtub wasn’t cleaned, did the most basic vacuum possible, not oven bothering to get along the walls or even under my ottoman. My counter tops were only half wiped off, didn’t bother going behind the coffee maker, left my appliances super streaked, didnt even touch the cabinets, and my ceiling fan is super dusty. Found my disgusting, disease ridden nursing shoes on my stool at the table. Disgusting. And I mopped after they left, and my floor was still disgusting. They didn’t even bother looking into the laundry room.I’m so dismayed in the poor quality of this service, and the lack of pride in their work. I stayed up until midnight scrubbing everything down because I was so upset and just did it myself. I was charged an hours worth of maybe one persons work, not 3. Idk if they just wiped a couple things and sat and twiddled their thumbs or what.I called this morning to ask if I could get a discount due to the poor work, and was told they would come back. I said, no I honestly don’t want them back to my place and I cleaned it up myself at this point so there’s no point. Was told the best I could do was $10 off the cleaning. Eventually got it to $25 off of $134 which is pathetic and extremely disappointing. I had hoped to become a regular, but this has left a bad taste in my mouth to ever have anyone clean for me. Please don’t disregard the negative review as I did, and find someone who takes pride in their work.Service: Deep clean

Team 4 does a good job cleaning up our little apartment, not anything fancy or too vigorous, but it is a mayor help. They've only stopped by twice now, but we enjoy how thorough they are with their work. They are always friendly and kind. The only thing is that cleaning companies don't seem to include a package or anything to wash your dirty dishes, which is something I wish they had since that is what I despise doing the most... especially with our busy work schedule. Regardless, the cleaning team is awesome and I love the little detail they leave in the bathroom! (The folded toilet paper design)

The cleaners were at our home for about an hour. We paid for a deep clean and they left multiple surfaces untouched. We only had them clean the main level of our home which is around 1100 sq ft and was charge $287 after a $45 discount for them not completing their job appropriately. I recommend using the CARE app to find a cleaner. You will save money and find a service that will take care of your home.

This review is for a $240 deep clean on a small 900sqft home: They did not clean base boards as promised, they did not clean the laundry room at all, they didn’t clean the foyer at all, I’m pretty sure they didn’t even mop the floors anywhere is the house, there was bits of food in the kitchen sink so I’m pretty sure they didn’t clean that either and they didn’t vacuum near the walls in the house which was very apparent. Windows were untouched and dirty, microwave dirty, dust on mirrors in living room and tables so those were not cleaned at all. 5 wins for worst clean i have ever had on my house. Another private cleaning lady came in and cleaned the house again the very next day because you could not tell the house had been cleaned at all. I’m trying to imagine what they could have possibly done for 2 hours and 5 minutes with two people in my 900 sqft home, because they definitely weren’t cleaning during that time. I couldn’t even smell cleaning products when I entered the house. It’s like I hired two people to hang out in my house for 2 hours. I do not recommend this very dishonest cleaning company. When I told my landlord about it she informed me that this company has a very bad reputation in Sioux Falls and this does not surprise her in the least bit. Here are pictures: Those are crickets on the carpet near the walls. The windows on the doors untouched. Dust all over the house. Floor never mopped.Service: Deep clean

Worst cleaning job we have had. We booked them to do a deep cleaning before we brought our son home from the hospital. Our bathroom shower looked like it had just been lightly cleaned, grout was still dirty and I’ve cleaned it before and it only takes 15 minutes to get the grout cleaned. Seems like they mopped without sweeping first, we saw our dog hair everywhere and our dog was away so no new hair should have been visible. We were told our light fixtures and fans would be dusted and none were. I think they just sat around our house hanging out because we were not there to watch. When they reached out asking how it went I told them and they wanted to come clean again, but we just brought our newborn home and didn’t need any extra people here. I replied and then never heard anything back. Worst experience with a cleaning crew. Do not use them.Service: Deep clean

Team 1 comes to my house and I have been impressed with their work! My New Year's resolution was to take better care of myself and Molly Maid is helping to make that happen. They clean my blinds, ceiling fans, floors and more, and everything is fresh and clean when they are done!!I have been VERY pleased with their work and the care they take with my furniture and belongings. We recently used Molly Maid services when we moved out of a rental home and Marta & Emma were the ladies who came to clean the home and let me tell you...they did a spectacular job!!! My wife and I ordered a move out cleaning from Molly Maid recently. I don't think I've had a poorer job done for me by any cleaning company. They didn't sweep, didn't mop, didn't clean the windows or the window trim. Very little was dusted and wiped out. Light fixtures weren't dusted. Base boards were still dirty. Basic things you expect from a moving cleaning. Overall, I'm very disappointed. I will be reaching out them to see if they will correct these issues, which I hope will be fruitful, but we will see. Was not happy with the service this time. Probably won’t be returning. A lot of places were missed that we noticed as we started prepping to paint. Shelves and ledges not dusted. Blinds not cleaned. Handles not wiped down. Owner came out to look over and sent the girls back out to do it again. We didn’t have time to do a deep review as we needed to get back to work on the house. The girls we got were new and the first time it didn’t look like they did anything. The first time we used molly maids the girls were FANTASTIC.
