MARCH 31st 2024Showers were Real good. Prior reviews were not good.TODAY the showers were much better than what I had read.I took my teenage 18 yr old daughter here for a shower and my Miss Priss was not leary once opening the door to the shower room and satisfied with the experience.Staff were watchful for safety and on point with our needs as a customer.Rumor has it there will be a new Love's next year in the area.

Is this location only for truckers? Worst customer service ever at a Loves.You are greeted only if you are white and look like a truckerYou are only served at the Subway if you are white or male and look like a trucker. A young girl waited five minutes while men were served. I asked her to leave go next doorThis review probably won't matter but I salute the disgraceful customer service with the proverbial ....It is a shame that the manager did not pick up but hey that's why they are the way the staff are. ....prejudiced

Old Loves.Clean ish small showers.TERRIBLE truck lot, lots of pot holes.Friendly staff.Small beer selection.They do carry VEGAN CREAMER (at coffee island). My go-to coffee is a black nitro Starbucks with my own creamer, but this loves has the good stuff. 😻

The gm was in the shop when I stopped by and man the gm jesse, shop super Dena and mechanic Damian were great and funny people. Sense of humor and down to earth. Got me in fast and took care of my problem fast with my tail lights. People like these make it easy to spend money because of personality and sheer efficiency

My first and only time there was a nightmare! We have subway and accept rewards points but at their register they said we only give points which they neglected to do. I did get charged twice as much as expected and she only put have the extra on the sandwich. 1/2 if everything. Tomatoes pieces 4 instead of 6 or 7 with the lettuce and no herbal cheese or cheese with terriyaku chicken. She acted like she didn't want to serve when she finally came from the back. This will be my last stop here unless I hear different.

Pretty nice Loves… You can tell it’s a old one.., I it’s not the workers fault for the age of the facility, but really the franchise needs to update. The employees are very nice which helps. The gas are is still the old ones where it’s a row instead of having the more modern bays. Would I recommend?? Yes!! I’ve been in WAY worse across the US.. 👍

Don't know who is talking up the showers. Very old, missing tiles patched with what looked like sackrete. Generally falling apart. And the worst part was the little black hairs stuck to the floor and walls of the shower. Really bad. Not what I expected from a loves. And you pay as much for that horrible experiemce as you do at the good loves locations. It's like paying the same to stay at a roach motel as you would at a Marriott

This is possibly the worst loves in a 500 mile radius. Trash cans were all full. The bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. The best part is their paved lot with giant holes that the staff laugh and call swimming pools. When parking gets creative these holes become unavoidable. All I wanted to do was spend a $1000 on fuel and now I have to decide if this crease in my bumper is worth the $2k to replace it.

Large deep potholes that are more then sufficent to damage equipment and have some reeking nastyness in them, oh and they have been here for at least 2 years now, poor layout, trash everywhere, the store is old and in dire need of a renovation and they really need to set up a 4 way stop or light or something at the exit. Only giving 2 stars because at least the employees are decent and the showers dispite being old were fairly clean if badly worn.Would likely be a nice place if they actully did any of the major maintaince its in dire need of.

Screens do not work, chg cards had to be prepaid, had to go in and listen to the argument about the casino there.Not a good look for loves.

You’re charging way more than the guy across the street. Why the lot full of holes, the run down store and the pumps that are ALWAYS out of action. This fill up round 4 pumps out of commission and a crammed lot of trucks waiting to fill up having to split into 2 lines. A real professional mess. Zero stars for this place 2 because of the franchise.

Look - multiple pools & hot tubes in the lot. Seriously, take care of the lot or is that asking to much. But the showers were decent.

The diesel is on the back side with the semi driver's.FYIYou need to go inside and prepay.When he asks your truck number tell him 01.If it's the same guy we dealt with he needs to stick to the loading hotdogs side of things.

Don’t stop here. Almost tore off the front end of my truck in the 2 foot deep pothole at the entrance to the lot. They won’t even fix the rest of the driveway and parking lot.

Went out of my way to stop here since all Love's have fenced in dog areas. Not only did this one not have a good area for dogs(let alone a fence), it also had trash everywhere and smelled like the inside of a dumpster. I'm not sensitive to smells, so it's really saying something if I won't stop somewhere due to smell

Building needs serious work…and they are working on the pumps. Inside need the work. but the staff makes up for it. I didn’t see his name tag and the other girl said I think his name is Brandon… lol but he went above and beyond when I was upset and he was so understanding. Thanks you. You made my day… and now my dog is clean and it will be enjoyable in the semi. Doc thanks you. Lol

This place is a joke. The 2 girls inside were so rude then f lipped us off and threatened to call the police. The signs weren't priced correctly and when we said something the girl at the checkout had a huge attitude. She started to yell at yus and when we said something back they decided to call the police. When we were leaving one of the girls threatened me and kept flipping me off. She cursed me out on my way out. This is unacceptable behavior . We are paying customers and we will never be back. One of the girls dads was here and kept threatening me whileI was in there. They also talked bad about other customers in there in front of us.

If you're in a hurry don't stop here at all. I was here Saturday morning and I guess there was a bus of people so there was a long line at the other end of store. This wouldn't have bothered me but it's really common for nobody to be at the diesel desk and you end up waiting 15-20min. Before getting checked out. My patience dropped more when they said they'd be right at the diesel desk in a minute. I waited about 5 more minutes before finally leaving.I'm a patient guy but I was in a hurry and had stopped inside to get 2 hot tornadoes to keep my stomach occupied until I had to time to eat. Well I ended up leaving the tornadoes on the desk because like I said I was in a hurry. I'm sure it probably annoyed the workers but I only had a bit of spare time and I spent that spare time because I was told someone would be at the diesel desk soon so I waited untill the last spare minute I had and just left.I'm not from the area so the culture is probably different which I can get but it'd be nice to have someone available at the diesel desk 24/7 so until then I'm not stopping here in a hurry.

Went in to get my wheel leak repaired, and 500 kms (around 5hours of driving) later my wheel was severely leaking again!Was upset and decided to call to let them know about this incident and was told that they are understaff, which I can understand, yet I don’t think the quality of the work was there to start with. I kind of feel like it was rushed due to them being overwhelmed with work since they are understaffed.The person who answered the phone (Andrew) was understanding and nice about the whole deal and told me their work was guaranteed in any Love’s, so I could look to get in somewhere else. So at least he gave me an alternative and was apologetic.Yet, now I have to waste more time at another garage to fix the same problem 500 kms later…

Parking lot is in dire need of fixing. The potholes are enough to cause damage to any vehicle in which it did to mine.Very nice and clean with friendly employees. Large selection of snacks and drinks as well as huge selection of souvenirs.

The way the driveway is set up is a nightmare getting in and out then you have the traffic from the Blue beacon backing up and making it impossible to get to the fuel Island and especially trying to leave when you're done fueling up.

Came here to get subway last night 11pm they were the only place open for food. Subway was open but the manager stated she wouldn’t serve subway until 7am which it wasn’t supposed to be closed. No other customers was in the store and the counter guy could’ve made the food but she wouldn’t allow him to come and make one sandwich which he wasn’t even doing any work but standing around. I complained to her and she simply stated for me to please complain to corporate and report it. So here you guys go couldn’t buy any food last night here in Sioux Falls. Thanks again
