Stopped in twice this week and the only good service left seems to be the coffee shop employees who are fantastic to deal with. The food portions were so horrible for the Chinese food that my buddy refused it after seeing his tray. My tray wasn't any better but I had to bring some back to work for someone which tasted nothing like it used to. I tried again today and was told I couldn't purchase it with my cart full of groceries and it had to be paid for separate. I'm not gonna run two different transactions like that and why would you wanna eat the card processing fee so many extra times?

I’ve never been so happy to go into a grocery store as I was today. The store is quite lovely but the best part was their restaurants in the store where you can go, order your meal (including buffet if you’d like) and sit down and eat it in there or take it home. Yummy food and great shopping experience. They also have a post office insure.

The riding carts for handicapped people are terrible!!!! New ones are desperately needed. The produce, meat and deli are great. We are regulars. The store isn't overly large. The deli is awesome! The people in pharmacy are amazing. Things are easy to find! The help there are wonderful. I just can't stand the riding carts!!!! Something needs to change or we will shop elsewhere. Everything is perfect except for the riding carts. They ride like a lumber wagon and they don't have enough of them or enough outlets available

Great store with amazing customer service! I asked the store manager (not realizing at 1st) where something is and he took me directly where I needed. Was happy to help and the service is the same with everyone. If they cant find it, they will find out for ya if they have it. Thanks to the manager (Jason i believe) for having such a great team. They are awesome!

I've lived all over US and this is the worst grocery store I've ever been in, their meat ALWAYS makes me sick, the employees are horrible, they cannot seem to keep products stocked and shopping in a 'grocery' store that feels it needs a 'storm-trooper' armed guard at the door needs a serious management review!If Safeway or King Soopers(Kroger) ever moves to small town Sooux Falls Hy-Vee might as well just close their doors! They have a virtual monopoly now but I'm hoping that changes!

I bought some bread from the bakery not even a week ago and by day 3 they were covered with at least an inch thick of mold, so fuzzy 🤢 They may have a good sale on an item or two, but more overpriced item and even the milk is $2 to $3 more than all other stores in the area. At least the store is clean.

Can no longer bring my backpack in the store, which is a huge problem for me as I'm a biker and I have my bike lock and put purchased items in it. I'll be going to Aldis and Walmart for now on.

Great clean grocery store with lots of items you won’t find at your local Walmart. Yes it’s a little more expensive but you get what you want and customer service is better. Plus Starbucks and Wahlburgers inside is a big plus.

I bought too many stale bakery items from this store. you can expect the premium bakery items you love to be a few days old usually. It's not working out for me.

Extremely expensive compared to other options. Consider going elsewhere for everything essential and only go here if you can't find what you want.We used to exclusively shop here because it was a great local-ish company. I was willing to pay a little more because it supported youth and provided first jobs for many kids like me growing up. Now it's hard to afford anything at Hy-vee. Everything seems to be 5%-10% higher than the competition.

I love HyVee pharmacy. They always check that everything is correct and not interacting with other meds. They always find the cheapest option as well.

The store is fine, usually clean and well stocked. They do have a small “health market” with a nice variety. Check your fruit and veg carefully as they don’t clean out old and spoiling things regularly. Don’t use the online app to order for delivery or pick up for the same reason. The self checkout rarely works so just wait in line for a cashier. The smile is worth the wait and skip the frustration.

The store is fine. One thing though when you're closed turn your lights off. When your lights are turned on and you're not open it gives the impression to those driving by that you are open. Then they turn in and have to walk all the way up to your doors to see that you are in fact closed. Close your doors turn off the lights.. Or have a big neon sign that you turn on that says "closed" if you like to waste electricity so much.

What is the point of wearing a mask on your chin? We are all in this together and covering your chin while leaving your nose and mouth exposed isn't working! I saw two worn incorrectly, one was a checker and he invited me to his contamination lane...I refused. The other was walking out of the Deli! HyVee needs to get it together. I'm giving a two because I found what I wanted.

Very friendly and hospitable when I was there with someone in the liquor area and the person I was with did not have enough money but they held it there it until they had come back with the rest of the money.

I like shop at Hy-Vee. They have just about all your grocery shopping needs. My only problem is that when I go to check out only 2 of the multiple check out lanes have a cashier. Just as bad as Walmart. It especially sucks when it gets busy.

Bakery evidently closed at 6 even though it says 8 online. Would be nice if there was an offical sign to say versus having to chase someone down to find out. Couldnt order what we wanted. Groceries severely overpriced, somewhat price gouging.

Stopped by for the first time today, unfortunately my experience was subpar due to an older lady working in the liqour store. Had a few items above their limit, no one else behind me and she gave me the worst customer service while Tyler the cashier helped me out. Definitely do not recommend this lady, how can you work in customer service treating others this way. There is a way to be respectful while correcting customers. Will not be back

Got all but the milk I like. Had to go to another store for that as this location does not carry it. Also the checker and Baker were more interested in talking about their schooling then trying to converse with me.
