Prices are ridiculous. Even with inflation, comparing the same exact items sold in other stores.- Hy-Vee is out of control. I'll give them this: sometimes they carry the only brands/items in the area I'm looking for.

Visited the pharmacy drive-through. Staff on duty may not have realized it, but they were crabby, and I realized it was in the am. But just FYI, even if your crabbyness isn't directed towards the public . Your damenor and voice tone set's the tone of our interactions. But thank you, hyvee pharmacy, you are always on point with my family's medicine needs.

I love the fresh produce. I always buy a weeks worth at a time. The products stays nice and fresh. The cashier are are great. If Can't find something a nice employee will walk me over to the product.

It's a tad crowded (storewise..a lot shoved into a small space) and hard to order your hot lunch, but the people are really nice. 👌 Food is great. Needs a bigger space!!

I am very picky about my organic bananas...I was able to grab them and go. They weren't perfect, but I seem to have the best luck getting what I like at this location.

Hyvee always has great meats behind the counter and great cooked food. I love getting the Chinese; especially on Tuesdays when they have a meal deal. Produce is fresh and very friendly staff. Clean environment and 24 hr grocery and liquor store is convenient.

Good for the smaller space but not my favorite Hy-Vee in town. Usually head to the South Louise for more selection. Staff is very nice and the deli/Chinese food area always looks fresh.

Would really like to know why there is never any cashiers at this location in the mornings. This has gone on for at-least a year probably longer. None of the other Hy-Vees do this. I find it so aggravating that you can stand there and watch me check myself out but you can’t open a register and do your job. Absolutely ridiculous.

On Tuesday night, before I bought my groceries, I mailed small package through your customer service desk. Obviously I paid the postage. After I had purchased my groceries, I was surprised to see my package still on the scale. Is that a normal procedure? When I asked the customer service rep, he indicated he would take care of it later, like I was imposing on him. His attitude had much to be desired.

Simply the best place to shop, hands down. So many good, good people. Andy in the meat department is worth the price of admission and Mindy in the front end is kindness personified. Manager Paul is always there to greet you with a smile and engaging conversation. The staff here represents all that's right with the world.

One of the best Hy-Vee‘s in the area! The staff is incredibly nice. I use the USPS option at their customer service counter and everyone has been very knowledgeable. My other favorite location is on Louise because of the larger Health Market but this one is closer and a good option if I need something quick. This health market is short staffed so if you have a question, the other department staff can’t answer but will try and help. If you’re going for anything else, you’ll be just fine!

I went there. They had food everywhere except the ceiling and where other stuff was. And where people were gonna be, there was no food there but everywhere else? Food. Packed to the gills with onions, jelly, cheese brick, strudel, there was even a bread factory with real life disney-style bread ladies buzzing around doing bread things. What a time to be alive. Also light bulbs, different onion and candy scoops buuut don't eat the bulbs they're awful go to Ace hardware for those. Bye 👋😎

Bright sunny day with breezy subfreezing temps the day after a National wide snow storm blew across SD closing I-90 and I-29, HUGE KUDOS for Hy-Vees snow removal crew that clear ALL the snow from the parking lot and sidewalks with OCD PERFECTION and treated the cleared parking lot with brine to make sure there was no ice left to slip on. A remarkable feat that sets the bar for Sioux Falls snow removal crews and makes it safer for customers hauling groceries out to their cars.

HyVee is a great grocery store. They have a great selection, customer service and rewards. If you watch and strategically plan you can pair this store with others and find great deals.This particular location boasts a quiet Cafe to grab a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee to start your day. Its also a great place to meet for an impromptu business meeting since there is little to nothing else in this area of town for that.

All departments are great! Chad and Emily in bakery are sure to get order just right. The pharmacy department gets it correct the first time every time which is tough with my list of meds. Thanks To Dawn and her staff. The store manager is on the floor or even on drive up helping. Have not had a bad trip there !

I work at a local business near the HyVee at 57th and Cliff. I buy a ton of stuff at this particular HyVee for personal and work use. A lot of of my coworkers also shop at this HyVee because of the convenience.I recently bought 3-20oz bags of Dunkin' Donuts Whole Bean Coffee and a few other items for the office. I was shocked when the cashier told me my total! It was around 5pm when I made the purchase so it was quite busy and didn't want to deal with the chaos. I got back to the office, looked at my receipt, $19.99/bag??? What the heck?? I went to the HyVee website to double check the price, it was correct. I looked at the price on my Walmart app, $13.92.Today I took one bag of coffee and my receipt back to HyVee and explained to customer service the drastic difference in price. I asked her if HyVee price matched, "No". I explained that my company and coworkers purchase a ton of groceries from this HyVee. You could tell she was very annoyed with me and said, "it's only a $12 difference". Excuse me, it's a $19 difference. She finally said she'd call her manager and ask. After a few huff and puffs and not a single word she gave me the difference of $19.39.I see this particular employee in HyVee quite a bit, normally she's very pleasant. Maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know....All the employees at the 57th & Cliff HyVee are normally very nice and helpful, but today I had a terrible impression of the store. $19.39 may not be much to her, but for many, especially in these trying times, it's meal for my family.

Worst store & Gas Station with the Worst Staff Ever From the General Manager of the store to all of the employees in both places need to be Replaced or retaught how to do their Job!! THEY CANT COMMUNICATE OR KEEP ANY STORIES STRAIGHT! Also make tell Constant lies that can be proven!!

This is a smaller, more neighborhood style Hy-Vee. Not that there's anything wrong with that. This would definitely lend to quicker trips, but it will not have the selection of the bigger stores. It especially won't have the selection when it comes to the Hy-Vee deli and food counter. The wine and spirits section is notably small and is located within the store itself. There are noticeably less registers to check out on, but lines did not seem too bad.

This Hy-Vee location consistently locks their doors 10-15 minutes before they’re actually supposed to be closed. Change your hours to “Open until 10:45” if you’re not going to let people in after that.

I don't shop over here to often so it was kind of a bunch of confusion looking for what we needed. We did find everything and that's always a plus but it took about an extra 15 mins walking back and fourth. One good gentleman asked if we needed any help and after walking past many employees he fixed all our issues. Only regret was not getting his name. You know who you are sir!! THANK YOU!

Great atmosphere. Everyone is always smiling and helpful. The manager, Justin M. is always working hard, always there when you need a hand and very easy to talk to. He is a great listener. The kind of person you would want to bring home to meet your parents. Anyway, the store was pretty cool too.
