Always helpful, not always "in every aisle", but still good service.Most checkers r friendly, most r aware of placing groceries appropriately in bags. ie: bread in bottom w/ canned goods on top, cleaning supplies w/ fruit or vegetables.I like that most items I need they have on hand.

I had to wait 15 minutes to get checked out both on the self-checkout (which I hate because you don't pay me to be a cashier) and waiting to get checked out. I had 3 items, and it took triple the amount of time to get checked out than for me to walking, grab the items, and get in line. At 5:25 p.m. Unacceptable. I don't know if I will ever be back to the HyVee on 33rd and Minnesota. I've never had a problem such as that on the HyVee on 49th and Louise.

This used to be my primary HyVee in town, but after my experience today, I don't know that I want to come back.While I usually have a decent customer experience here, today, one of the employees was very aggressive about my 2yo son not wearing shoes in the store. My son is likely on the autism spectrum like his older brothers, so he will not keep on shoes, socks, or hats. They give him sensory overload. I went as far as to ask if she expected me to duct tape them to him, and her response was "well maybe, and aren't you the parent?"Yes, ma'am. I am the parent, and I'm not going to put my child in distress to satisfy what you think he needs.I didn't catch her name, unfortunately, but I know she works in the floral department. None the less, this level of intolerance for disability is unacceptable, and I will never be going to this store again, and possibly not HyVee altogether.I'm very disappointed.

Rating this store a 1 star purely for the absolutely horrible H Perks rollout. After multiple times signing up and getting the run-around between the app, checkout employees, store managers, H Perks sign up folks, and the Hyvee 1-800 number, I still don't get the marked prices at checkout, and nobody seems to know what to do to finish my sign-up, nor can they give me the posted prices. I will just stop shopping here like my friends and family have told me to. I can get what I need at Walmart/Aldi/Target/Trader Joe's from now on.Editing to respond to Hyvee's response. No further investigation on my behalf is needed. If you want to stay in business you'll figure it out.

Ended up going in for some quick food. Decided after viewing the options that we were going to go with Chinese food because it was $6 dollar Tuesday. We bought 2 two sided entrées. I ended up forgetting my wallet, but had some cash in my pocket and use the dollar machine at checkout for the first time ever ever in Hy-Vee. The machine excepted all bills except for three of them which was frustrating because two of them didn’t work—I then stood in line at Customer Service for a few minutes—then one of the bills they gave didn’t work. The gentleman that helped with the exchange noticed and came over and helped us right away.

Bakery is not helpful. On more than one occasion it has taken awhile to get help at the donut case. Today was the worst yet. I waited to be helped, a worker came over and said 'hi' and I told her I would like 6 donuts. She replies, 'oh, I'm helping someone else's then walks away. 2 people come to the bakery after me and this lady helps them at the bread first instead of coming back to the case. The other worker finishes helping the first customer, walks away TO TAKE A BITE TO EAT before coming back toward the case. I say 'hello' when she doesn't come right up to me. 'Oh, you need something? ' she sighs. I tell her I would like 6 donuts. I am then met with a sigh and eye roll as she turns around. I left, being treated as a bother is not worth a few donuts.

Hy-Vee is a very well organized and clean store. It is a large chain type store but with the small mom and pop type store feel. All in all, it was a great experience.

Not sure why they have to close 1 entrance so early. Everything at this location is an inconvenience. I love the other Sioux Falls locations, but this one drops the ball on professionalism. Love Hy-Vee overall. This is simply a bad egg.

This is by far one of the cleanest, organized store's I witnessed today in sioux falls. Way to go Hy-vee. Target off 10th steeet was horrible, I'll never go in that store again. Trash everywhere, item's tossed about. Unfinished plastic glasses of Starbuck's setting on shelves just because people were done with them and lazy and cldn't throw them away. Zero excuse for that behavior. How demeaning for the people who have to work there and babysit you people. Just wow, again all I can say is GOOD JOB HY-VEE!

Clean and lots of options and good quality food. Employees friendly and eager to help you. Restrooms need a little more attention. Grab some salad, Chinese, cooked pizza or some heart warming food like meatloaf or just dine in . options options...So a new review update...chicken sandwich so thick and meaty...all the toppings.. delicious..look at the juice inside it...Still the most underrated place to eat...

We went here for our wedding cake and flowers on our wedding cake. We had such a great experience with everyone that we encountered while we were at this location. The bakery employees were incredibly helpful with our wedding cake. They let us taste everything and were very intent on making sure we got what we wanted. The floral department employees gave us the same great experience. We had no idea what we would want for flowers on our cake so they brought out options and gave us ideas of what they could put together. We appreciate everyone that helped us so much and highly recommend this location to everyone. We had a bad experience at the 49th and Louise location so I was super happy that this store made up for it!

Rudest cashiers in the world on MN Ave! Laughing and making fun of a customer! Never shop at that one. They signed me up for new perks and cashier called me a liar! The manager found I was telling the truth. Susan needs to be in charge again

Laziness and diva teenager. These are not marked correctly. I had to go back to this aisle twice one to make sure I grabbed my sale item correctly and another to take this photo. All the time a teenager was very respectful and diva like always having to get in the last word dispute what I say. The manager was at the lane next to us packing groceries. Manager never took the time to speak to me. Later it was mentioned that I wasn't the only one that had issues with this sale. They are not marked correctly, no one bothered to take down these signs. So be careful of their sales. You might not get a deal and manager is to busy packing groceries so you get to deal with a teenager with attitude.

This was my first time shopping at Hy-Vee and I was very impressed with the choices available! I'm a travel nurse, so pre-prepared options are a must for those long night shifts, and there were more than enough freshly prepared options to choose from. I'm looking forward to my next trip!
