I love coming here to wash my dog! Their cleaning booth is large and spacious, which Is great for bigger dogs. Anything you need is provided for your convenience. The staff is well informed on their products and are able to answer any questions that might arise.

Although disheartened by the wait-list for grooming services, after reading reviews, talking w/ friends who'd brought their pups here, and speaking directly w/ the staff, I knew the wait would be worth it. Was it ever! ☺️ Our American Cocker went in ratty and overgrown but came out looking like a million bucks. She even ACTS like a whole new pup, she's so happy. Anna had no problem using the special pet shampoo I brought and despite some setbacks with my anxiety-prone girl, obviously had enough patience w/ her that when we picked her up, she was still giving Anna kisses. I was shocked at how low their prices were compared to pretty much every other place I'd checked into. Even with as much work as my babe needed, which I thought for sure would skyrocket the price, the total bill was crazy low. EarthWise definitely has lifer customers in us now. I 100% recommend them not just for their insanely low prices but because their groomers work there for the love of the job and NOT just a paycheck. I saw multiple breeds come out of grooming and every one of them looked spectacular. The wait for new customers is long -- but absolutely worth it.

Today was our first trip for Daisy 5mo old Golden. Daisy had her nails trimmed and we used the self service bathing it was a fantastic experience. We will be back. We loved all of the retail offerings, cleanliness and the staff were all so understanding and sweet with our overly friendly pup. Well done

I came in for a bath for my goldendoodle and the staff were very welcoming and prompt to get a tub set up for me. The facilities were clean and easy to use. They provide plenty of towels and shampoo options as well as some grooming tools to make the process easier. I will definitely be back for baths and snacks for my pup in the future!

We are new to EarthWise. We went first without our dog to get an idea of the store and make a grooming appointment. We went back later to use the dog wash station. Both times all staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful with tours and helping us get started. We will be frequent customers!

This was our first visit to EarthWise. We used the self service dog wash/spa. It was extremely easy and convenient. Soap, towels and dryers included. Staff was great at giving instructions on use of dog wash. It is very reasonably priced and convenient! Will definitely come back!

We came from across the state, and our 2 mastiffs were in need of a bath, so we did a quick look for DIY pet wash, thinking there wouldn't be a spot, boom we found EarthWise and it was a mere 3 min drive to get there! We were able to get in fast wash the miniature horses and get out under 30 mins! It was clean and they offered everything we needed to get the job done! SUPER affordable and friendly!

This place is the best we’ve ever been to. We have two Spitzs with long hair and taken them to groomers for years. They even brush their teeth. Anna was very friendly as were the other employees. Great variety of dog food and treats. A little pricey but well worth it.

I spoke with Courtney on the phone & she patiently answered all my questions. She was very kind & knowledgeable. She added our Golden Retriever pup to the Grooming wait-list & explained how the “self-wash” & “walk-in” services work. When I went to EarthWise the next day to pick up the food, Courtney was working. She welcomed me, & immediately recognized my voice from our phone conversation. She showed me some supplements. I plan to discuss her recommendations with our Vet. Everyone was gracious & helpful. It was a pleasure to shop at EarthWise.

Great variety of toys, food, treats, etc. Owners are always happy to answer any questions I have about any of their products, or give recommendations for what I'm looking for. I love that I can easily special order my cats food- it comes quickly and the prices are unbeatable. And we even got to take our pup here to practice training in the store (bonus!)

Earthwise was a fantastic place for me to take my dog for a nail trim and a bath. The nail trim was fast, the person was so friendly to me and also to my doggo! Using the self serve wash equipment was so easy too. The whole place is very clean and you can tell by the top notch service that they all really care about animals. Highly recommended!!

Took our dog in for a nice affordable self serve shower. After we were done, the employee helped us locate some ear wipes for her. They have "dog cologne". I recommend the Passionfruit. It was a fun experience.

This is the only place in town that my husky doesn’t mind taking a bath. The spa is always clean and very convenient to get your dog in/out of the bath tub. I Highly recommend to anybody that has a extra fluffy furbaby.

This was the time looking for a self wash but this place will be my go to from now on! The staff helped me and my dog as soon as we stepped foot inside, he showed me how to work the self wash with 3/4 different shampoos, a convenient little door and ramp for my big guy to walk right in! I was surprised to see they even provided brushes and towels in the self wash (which I didn’t know was a thing so I came prepared lol) especially for such a cheap price… I was happy with this place but it’s cooler that my dog enjoyed it even more being his first time!!! Thanks Earthwise and Staff!

This was our second visit to the Sioux Falls EarthWise Pet. We are new to the area and wanted to find a self service dog bath for our labrador, Daisy. The set-up is perfect-2 wash stations with everything you need for a great price. This time a very helpful young man gave Daisy some treat samples! Made getting in the tub much easier! Thanks so much for an awesome experience!

I have called ahead 5 or 6 times to see if groomers are still available at around 2:30pm. Everytime they put me on hold and I get the answer that unfortunately our groomers are done for the day. Noone ever asks me if I want to set up an appointment either. I don't know how a business can make any money when they are continuously turning customers away. I will not be calling again.

Great grooming quality and price! Staff was friendly. Our puppy was in a very good mood when we dropped him off and after picking him up and was clearly treated well. Unfortunately when scheduling this appointment I was told it would take 3-4 hours for his grooming and it ended up taking just under 6. I was told he was a little difficult to work with and that is fine, but six hours just seems crazy and required a significant schedule change in our day. Will still come back in the future, but I guess I’ll make sure I don’t have anything else going on next time.
