We were incredibly pleased with Jim and Craftwood Cabinetry. Jim designed our kitchen (every inch of it) and provided our cabinets. Our house was built in 1914 and knew remodeling the kitchen would come with some challenges and bumps in the road but with Jim he was thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He listened to our ideas and helped us find just the perfect match for our style and price range. He was always quick to return emails, texts, phone calls and made us feel that our questions were important.In fact, Jim took the time to go over every detail so that nothing was missed! His attention to detail and to customer service is extraordinary. We love our kitchen every square inch! Every part of it is in the perfect place. It makes cooking and entertaining so enjoyable. Craftwood Cabinetry is a superior organization for your kitchen/bathroom/closet remodeling needs. My wife and I shopped around looking for the right business to help us remodel our kitchen. Jim, Erick, and the rest of the team from Craftwood Cabinetry were the best part of my recent kitchen project. First, and foremost, they were always professional and responsive to both text and phone calls and promptly on time when they said they'd arrive.They worked with me from beginning of the cabinet layout design phase through the final (upcoming) step to finish installation of appliances. They helped design an updated kitchen layout that would make better use of the very limited space available in my kitchen adding tons of additional cabinet and countertop space, creating room to add a built-in dishwasher, and a large corner angled single tub kitchen sink which I love more than I could have possibly expected. They also added a outside vent for an vented OTR microwave, installed outlets, and new ceiling and under-cabinet lighting,In a project that met several of unexpected delays and additional costs from other vendors (appliances - we're still waiting on that dishwasher and microwave; countertops small install) Craftwood just rolled with the punches despite additional trips to the house and rescheduling on a few occasions.I'll update this review and post some pictures when the last appliances are in but I didn't want to wait to say a public "Thank You" to Craftwood. My Husband and I are real estate investors in Florida and have been using Craftwood Cabinetry as we flip homes over the past few years. This is a wonderful experience for me Jim did an unbelievable job with my Custom Cabinets he made them from scratch he was right on with his price he never changed the price they look like they were made for the house and he even added some other accents in, he built in a cabinet around a wine cooler into one of the cabinets and a subwoofer in the bottom of one cabinet he did a great job it looks so professional I would recommend him to anybody!! 5 stars, all the way!!Services: Cabinet design, Installation, Custom cabinet design & installation
