Stopped in right after I moved to Sioux Falls. They definitely had a diverse selection of houseplants, pots, and everything you would need as a gardener. Half of the store also has home décor, clothes, and some toiletries. Very cool place! The cute pup that's there also makes it extra special 🙂

I live out of state, called in for chimes to be sent to funeral home. I visited with Kate, she gave me descriptions of different chimes, was patient as I tried to decide, took my info & informed me of the delivery steps. I was really touched by her professionalism over the phone. Thank you Kate.

You can definitely see when workers take care of plants and also know how to explain everything about them,this green house is great place for plants. Workers in store was really nice,polite and helpful.

Super informed staff who are eager to help out, and all the plants are very well taken care of. They constantly have new snips growing in the back, so you know their plants are mainly grown in their shop! They also have amazing plant and pot deals. On top of all of that, we asked for help with a bamboo plant a while ago, and it helped so much! Plant doubled in size and workers even asked if our plant was doing good the next time we came in. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome place to go to. The staff is very helpful and makes sure that you know what the requirements are for each plant to keep it alive. If one of them isnt sure, they will get another employee to help you that does know what you need to do to care for the plant. Very wide selection. This was my first stop there. I'm very impressed.

Recently went in to purchase a ‘String of Dolphins’. Looked at 20+ String of dolphins in 3 different locations in the greenhouse.ALL of them were infested with mealy bugs!I pointed it out to the staff who acknowledged that there were aware of the infestation. They have been treating it weekly, with a commercial grade product, and have been treating them for some time, but the bugs are hard to get rid of.So here we have a greenhouse, who is knowingly selling plants that are infested with pests, to unsuspecting customers.?!?!?!I will no longer be buying plants from them.

This location seems to have a much bigger selection of houseplants. Went in for one and left with about 10! Staff at this location was not as friendly as the east side but the plants at this location seem better so I with take what I can get! Always fair prices and lovely plants.

I asked them to save me 15 hibiscus plants perennials when they came in and to call me. I called and asked if they had them yet a couple of weeks ago they said no and that they would call. I stopped today and they had what they had out. I was talking to another lady and she said that she had called and ordered two and they never called her also. I was not very happy I only bought one so they lost sales on 14 off them. They were for myself my sister and sister in law. They were not happy either.

My boyfriend bought me 3 plants as a valentines gift from the 26th location. Two of them I did not like. We went back the next day with the receipt to exchange them for two other plants. We were told we couldn't return them because the plants felt too cold by touch. I had them inside all night and we only live 15 mins away. They said they have a two week return policy but the plant must come back exactly as they were bought. The succulent was dying that's one of the couple reason I wanted to return it. I was trying to explain to the cashier but she was not willing to take the plants back she said her plant ladies says no whoever that's is. They looked and felt (temp) wise exactly the same. Unfortunately this place cares more about 25$ than a returning customer. I only shopped here because I wanted to support this business. There are so many places in Sioux Falls to buy plants wayyyyy cheaper than this place but I did want this business not to go out. Now I am hoping for it's demise. To deny a customer their return with less the 24 hours since purchase is pretty bs. They were willing to come up with anything they could pick apart not to return it. I went to the West side location they are even worse. They said they don't even allow any returns of any plants and since we walked the ten feet to get the plant from the car to the business that they wouldn't even take it if they did allow returns. So get you policy straight. I will never support this business ever again!

I was with my daughter & son-in-law on Christmas Eve, shortly after they opened, and came into the store to purchase a poinsettia for that evening--as they were closing at 2:00 for the holiday. As we entered the store--we were happy to see "Everything 20% Off" signage on the door, and through the store. We picked up two varieties of nice plants from the huge assortment (rung up at $75) and I asked, "Don't you want to ring in the 20% discount?""This discount applies to everything except these poinsettias." We had more than $15 of laughs leaving this place; as if they were going to get ANYTHING for these plants on December 26th or whenever they might reopen. Maybe they had promised all these plants to a church service that night, but I'm thinking they were tipped off that we were from out of town, and wouldn't be returning anyway. Thanks for calling ahead, Sis.

First purchase from this company and only purchase. I purchase four perennial plants from them last year (all at one time) and they all died. They refused to replace them and only offered me half credit. I have been a gardener for over 10 years and I have never had plant a plant die that I can remember. I purchased four of these and they all die? This tells me they are selling pour quality products and aren't willing to stand behind their plants. I will not be purchasing from this company again and the manager acted like he could care less that he lost a customer. Terrible customer service, terrible plants.

I'd still shop there but only to save the dying plants that are either over-dried or soggy and rotting. Some plants are even in good pots for room. There are plants below the tables dying and drying out and lack sunlight.

They have always been great. As for the woman with the boy who isn’t house broken is at fault. You don’t let kids run around in stores trying to pet animals. Not to mention making a holy terror of themselves. That place is having a hard enough time trying to recover, without having to deal with more problems.

We have bought multiple trees, bushes, and house plants from here and they are all doing fantasticly! I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to plants but thankfully the staff here is knowledgeable and very willing to explain everything to me and answer all my questions.
