I called and spoke with David and he was so imcredible to work with. He educated me on the different carpet products they sell. After working with four other carpet stores in the area, they are hands down the best. Fair prices and incredible service. Jeff came out on Saturday and measured the room and he too was very good to work with. So far, I will give them a 5, as they are professional, respinsive, and very knowledgable. I will update once product arrives and it has been installed.

I went to several carpet stores looking for a chunk of carpet that was a specific size and quality at a price that didn't break the bank - I am learning that wood floors and an aged dog do not mix well... and I just want to give my good boy some mobility back.Within minutes of me blurting out my request, the man who greeted me as I walked into the store was helping me load a real homerunner into my car... I really don't think we ever exchanged names.I don't know why Carpet Land wasn't my first store to go to initially, but it will be in the future.Thank you so very kindly from both of us.

Purchased carpet and Vinyl flooring . Scheduled weeks in advance to be installed . Installation day they came and installed carpet (which also had to use some of my tools) and was told they would be installing Vinyl flooring next day in kitchen , entry way and bathroom - nobody showed up and called to ask what is going and told someone would call me back which did not happen , I had to keep following up . Finally was told they would be there the next day - again no one showed up . Finally on the 3rd day it was installed but they also floored completely over a floor vent in my bathroom with still no resolution . Quality of product is great but customer service and communication I would say good luck .

Would like to order wood flooring and carpet so wanted to get some advice on how long it takes to order and receive the product. The employee was very helpful. I had received 4 referrals from neighbors.

I work in water restoration and always use Carpet Land, they are always fair on price and always install quicker I have ever experienced with other companies. I even recommend them to friends and family because I know they will get a good price and quality work!
