I have two formerly feral cats who aren't very used to people yet as well as being unhappy having just been through a long distance move. Everyone at All City was wonderful with them and understanding about their special circumstances. Our entire visit went much more smoothly than I had anticipated or even hoped for. I'm very happy to find such an excellent vet so close to my new home.

This is my second experience with all city pet care west and what really hooked me on them was when I had to help my mother put down her dog of 14years. They were so kind and respectful through the entire process. After that I made the switch for my personal pet and the staff was so friendly going through explaining plans to make it more affordable for me to give my cat the best care she deserves. Overall they are one of the bests vets I have had the privilege of working with.

I was honestly really nervous about going to a new vet I’ve never been to before (I just moved) my dog only got a few shots nothing big but they took the time to comfort her and make sure she was comfortable my dog the whole time was so happy there and you could tell they formed not only her trust but mine to making sure they heard me out on any of my request I had and did such a good just cooperating with my dog and I, you could tell they really did care about my dog and let her sniff the tool they use in her ear before looking in her ear and give her extra pets if they felt like she was uneasy at all! Amazing vet!

We will not ever go back and do not trust them with my dog. We went in to get our pup a simple nail trimming, (plus weighing her and a heart worm test) and the trimming was awful. In the pictures below you can see that we left with MULTIPLE nails cut way too short. I can understand one nail being cut too short on accident, but whoever cut her nails didn’t seem to care and went ahead and cut another THREE way too short. Our pup has been bleeding on and off all evening from most of her nails that were cut, and she bleeds just from walking outside to use the bathroom.It is completely ridiculous that no one paid enough attention to see their first mistake, and continued to make them causing our dog to be in pain while getting trimmed, and at home while simply walking. And to top it off when I brought up how short they were cut and that she was bleeding while we were still at the vet, all we got was an “oops” .We will most definitely never come back, and if there is a refund option you bet we’re taking it. It’s unacceptable that this many nails were cut too short.

We absolutely love coming to All City. They have been so friendly and reassuring with my pet. We started going after my dog was diagnosed with a disease that my primary vet wasn’t familiar with. They’ve been wonderful with all my questions/phone calls/concerns and taking great care of my pup!

I have had two visits to this office and I couldn’t be happier with the service I have been provided. We’re very pleased with Dr. Stork and his wonderful staff. This was our second trip from the Twin Cities for major surgery on our dog, we can get an appointment within a few days versus a month or more at our local vet. It’s well worth the journey and peace of mind.

Love Dr. Stork who I always rely on his expert advice and his knowledge of any problems with my dog Tokyo. In 2017, I was fortunate to have Dr. Stork perform surgery on him for his hip. He is a happy elderly dog that has been able to run, jump etc. My recent visit this week with Tokyo, reinforces my confidence in him. Thank You so much Dr. Stork!

On vacation our puppy broke her front leg and had to have surgery before returning home to Colorado. They were able to get her in right away and they took great care of her. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would 100% recommend this office!

Great place! Dr. Stork is very nice. Not sure why, but our last visit we had to wait close to an hour. We were told Dr. Stork was running behind. That's a long time to "run behind". I wish I'd known, I would have rescheduled. Our appt wasn't an emergency. My dog is 11+ years old, so the waiting was tough on him, but he was such a good boy and didn't whimper once. He was very restless because he has arthritis. Just wish some type of action would have been taken. Still love ACPCW!!!❤

I had taken my dog to the Hartford Vet Clinic two weeks before and they told me that she just had a dog flu and to feed her a bland diet.She was still having issues and The other vet had not done any bloodwork.I called All City pet care West, and they got me in and did the bloodwork and found out my dog had an infection and started treatment for her and she’s much improved after just 24 hours.I really appreciate the time that they took to see me and reassure me that she would be OK

Went it for vet check as we recently received a dog from a previous owner and the vet tech and vet where great , the vet actually gave him a good bill of health and lots of information on the difference in foods and confusion we had when we did your research online and so I thank the vet for her information since we went out and got the right food she recommended for your Simon . I would suggest looking into there planes for health care for dogs as it would be cheaper. So far so good since my original vet passed away this past late spring.

I have no medical knowledge or equipment to be able to evaluate the actual surgical procedure and attest to the quality of the work. Only time will tell on that side.However, they gave me a very detailed estimate, explained the procedure clearly in terms I could understand (even drawing a diagram), answered all my questions and assuaged my concerns. The entire staff were professional, respectful and pleasant to deal with. Also, when a man was letting his dog walk up to carriers and sniff them, I told him my cat had the right to not feel scared because she had no way to run or hide from his dog.Therefore, he was responsible for keeping his dog a reasonable distance from other animals. The staff seemed to agree with that statement. And insured he responded correctly by restraining his dog. Over-all, it was a very pleasant experience in a well maintained environment.

We saw Dr. Katelin (sorry if misspelled!) for my cat’s yearly wellness and shots and she was phenomenal! She took time to answer my questions and was very calm and gentle with my cat. The veterinary technician was also very knowledgeable!

Always friendly staff. I really like that they do not oversell anything (other vets I’ve been to try to sell you every test under the sun leading to an outrageous bill at the end). All-City West staff are truly concerned and empathetic towards my pet’s needs and not what they can soak me for money wise and why I highly recommend them for the furry family members.

Dr. O was great! She listened and asked a lot of questions about the symptoms my cat was having. She was very specific about the options we had for possible testing/choices, etc.I very highly recommend ACPC West! Their reception team is always top notch. I needed an appointment for two cats and got in the same week. Love love love them here!

Dr. O is the best vet I've ever seen. We originally came here for a second opinion after a bad experience at another vet. The staff knows me and my pet by name, they're always helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. O shows she has our best interests in mind even if it costs less than other options. Love this place!

10/10 would not recommend. They shaved my cat without prior consent or knowledge. Definitely will not be going back..
