Dr. Carlson and Vet Tech Julie are absolutely AMAZING!!! They are very knowledgeable and spend the needed time explaining things and offering viable options/solutions. Molly is our very special baby and we are confident in their care.I’ve said it before - Deb and Patrick both work in the front office and are absolute ROCKSTARS!!!We would not go anywhere else.Side-note: No matter what your situation is going into a clinic or emergency hospital, please be kind to the staff. They have A LOT on their plates! Kindness is king.

Compassionate and experienced care for your animal! My family and I have trusted All City Pet Care West for our animals' preventative needs for over 20 years. However, when the clinic is closed and our cats are in desperate need of care from open wounds and accidental ingestion to uncontrolled vomiting -- we have relied on the All City Pet Care Emergency Hospital to be there. They provide an invaluable service with professionalism and kindness. Over the years they have given us the peace of mind we need as pet parents, and given our furry ones the loving, gentle, effective treatment they deserve. I appreciate their upfront pricing and clear communication about treatment options and costs. Very professional and detailed with their care. Dr. Huddle was fantastic and so caring. They give you estimates so you are not surprised financially. Also - knowing that you are going to be getting two calls a day on your pet’s progress is reassuring. The only suggestion I would have is to be able to have an ultrasound available during the weekend instead of waiting until Monday. I would definitely recommend and so would my dog Cooper! 🐾

My dog had to have emergency surgery here and while I could go on and on about the skill and competency required for this risky operation, what stood out the most was the communication and kindness. All the staff were familiar with my dog and I was called consistently with updates. When I visited my dog, it was obvious he was being treated well and being given plenty of love during his stay. As far as the bill goes, they gave me a price range at the start and, despite some complications, the final bill was within that range which I greatly appreciated. Amazing clinic that saved my dog's life

We made the call to take our girl in to the ER as she wasn't acting right. While not a visit one hopes to make, we had a great experience and would recommend for your ER needs. We were greeted immediately with a caring and friendly staff. In the exam room, the professionalism and care continued. Everyone that night treated our girl so well, got down to her level and spoke to her so sweetly. Dr. Muirhead was knowledgeable and helpful, explaining options with costs, and allowed us time to process without feeling rushed. Thank you to each of you for the A+ ER visit.

My dog Basil was recently hit by a car while I was on vacation and Dr. Heitman was an absolute blessing. He communicated everything along the way and explained all my options very thoroughly and I could tell he genuinely cared about my girl. Thank you to the entire staff for being there for my fur baby when I couldn’t be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I'd prefer not to have to visit an emergency vet with my dog, but since I had to...All City was a great place to go. We live 45 minutes away & called ahead-we we're able to be seen right away. All staff was kind & professional. My dog's issue was diagnosed & meds given. We were walked though testing options, & everything was discussed & transparent with us-including pricing. It's an expense I didn't want, but the quality of care was there. I didn't pay for the issue to not be resolved or for any bad bedside manner. The doctor we had was very respectful regarding our regular vet, which I thought was cool. Hope we don't have to go back, but would if needed & would refer to family & friends. Thank you All City for helping our Buddy! One last thing, your candle & note on the desk were noticed. They have a candle going if someone is saying goodbye, & it's a respectful touch. I hope it doesn't ever affect me there, but it's nice to know those that need it have a peaceful space.

Staff were great and treated us with kindness. They were super busy so the wait was long and many crisis' came in and even though ours wasn’t to the point of life threatening they still took the time to do all the necessary tests to let us know what was wrong with our cat and told us how to follow up with our vet for the dental work. So glad we have this service in our area.

I found myself needing to take my dog in to be seen on Christmas Eve. The staff was incredibly kind and so helpful. They took time to evaluate my dog and explain what was happening in great detail and made sure I understood everything before I left. They also filled the prescription right there. I am beyond grateful to not only have somewhere to bring my dog in an emergency, after hours, but to also have such an amazing staff was more than I could’ve asked for. Highly recommend if you’re in need of somewhere to bring your pet.

Drove from 2 hours away and so very thankful I did. The staff was awesome and so nice. I thought my dog was on the verge of passing and nothing could be done for him in my rural area on a Friday past 5pm. They welcomed me with open arms and took care of my boy. There’s was nothing I would have changed about the experience. They are still getting to the root of the problem and trying their hardest. The empathy we received from every staff member was second to none. You can feel how much they cared. Willing to give their own professional opinions and course of action. I get so sick of the, ‘You have to decide what’s best for your dog’ response. Sometimes when caught up in this situation you need professional advice and that’s exactly what they gave me.Would 100% recommend.For reference I have a 140lb St. Bernard. They have the equipment necessary to take care of a large breed.

We love everything about All City pet Care, the Dr's and staff are great the only draw back for us is the cost. It was quite the shock after years of paying way less in Watertown for all the same things. Other than that we are extremely happy with them.Our dogs are in good hands 🙌

All city is truly dedicated to every animal that walks through that door, if there are any reviews you read, let it be this… forget the bad reviews listed on here, we use All city for all of our pet emergencies, we live hours away and they are our first call when somethings out of the ordinary with our animals. They are triage based depending on severity of urgency, of course if your pet is truly needing immediate care they take them in right away no questions asked, however yes you will have to wait for anywhere from 2-7 hours depending what cases walk through the door, don’t let that scare you just do your best to come prepared with snacks, books, a phone charger etc. There are owners actively losing their pets, emergency surgeries, every case under the sun walks through those doors, so don’t be upset if you have to wait, they will get to you as soon as they can, you just have to be patient. If it’s something they think can wait until the weekdays at a regular vet they will tell you that so you don’t have to wait. Although wait time varies, if you’re truly concerned about your pet it’s worth the wait to save their lives. All city sees all kinds of cases come in and though whatever is going on with your pet it may seem very urgent to us as the owner, but the reality is that it may not be as life threatening as you think, they know best and they truly do take care of your pet as their own. Yes it’s costly, it’s an emergency vet but you get top notch care at this facility, they check on your pet throughout your wait to make-sure they are not progressing, and if they are they take them sooner. Don’t write them off because of wait time because they truly are incredible and I can’t imagine how hard it is to be in their field, providing 110% to do their best to save every animal. Our one year old black lab was vomiting blood for a day and although it was very scary and urgent to me, compared to the other cases walking through the door it wasn’t, my dog ended up just fine, and they treated him accordingly, it’s been one day and he is pretty much 100 % better now. With X-rays and blood work they can figure out pretty much anything that’s wrong with them, you do have to pay out of pocket, there are no payment plans but they do accept care credit and all major credit cards. All the vets and vet techs here are incredible and although they do have major emergencies going on they have enough vets there at one time to be able to to take their time with each owner and animal to meet their needs and ensure they get the proper care necessary. The receptionists at the front desk are exceptional and do such an incredible job with communication, answering questions and making sure if your pet may need anything while they wait that those needs are met, i.e. water bowls, pads, etc. The vets take the time to explain everything in detail and what the best treatment plan is and how that will look for your pet. They provide excellent comfort and care! 6/5 stars!! 🌟

The staff at all city was so helpful and caring when my GSD ate a toy. They never got annoyed that we called several times to check in on him or ask questions and actually welcomed it. They were very communicative with me and my husband and treated my dog like family.

Dr Klatt is absolutely the best veterinarian EVER! She has concern and compassion for our dog. After a thorough questioning and exam, she gives her thoughts. A big thing for us is that she doesn’t try to sell us on expensive and unnecessary tests and treatments. She will give her recommendations, then leave it up to us. Thank you Dr Klatt.. Quinn is doing better!!

Disappointed. They were great in seeing me and my pup promptly. I was concerned she may had swallowed rawhide. X-rays showed clear- they kept her to monitor. Called me at 11pm advising she had pep in her step but still doing surgery. I asked why barely awake was advised blockage. $2500 and Exploratory Surgery later - nothing found. Call at 518Am Come pick up your pup She's having troubles with other dogs so we kept her with a Rottweiler. Very emotional for my family. Now a pup wearing a head cone- multiple meds- more time off from work. Saddened by the event. Appreciate their trying to help. Could've be handled way differently

Our dog had a twisted stomach and needed emergency surgery…. They were very professional and informative and sensitive to us ( his owners). The staff was happy to answer our questions and we were updated twice a day while Gus was there.. we could not have been happier with the service we received!!! Thank you All City Vet!!!

It wasn’t the outcome we had hoped for, but we are certain that everyone there did their very best while caring for Dutch. The staff and doctors were helpful and friendly - a professional operation through and through. They gave us status at least twice a day and were open to our visits after normal hours. I wasn’t able to express myself when I picked him up, but thanks to everyone for all that they did for our Dutch.

This was my first visit to this facility with my 11-month old Shepherdadoodle, Echo.I found both, Patrick and the receptionist (I wish I could remember her name); to be friendly and professional. They were quick with check-in and check-out. Also, the facility's lobby, exam rooms and bathroom was clean. But, the wait to see a vet was very long.Once Dvm, Melissa entered our room. Her welcoming smile, quick easy interaction with my dog. As well as, her inspection of his rear joints and ex-rays put me at ease. As we left with meds, I knew my furry boy, would eventually feel better.I wish the wait wasn't so long. But if I need to visit this facility in the future, I would eat breakfast before I arrive 😋.

Very quick service and super friendly staff. Were non-judge mental of my dog reactive dog and got us secluded immediately to help avoid any interaction with other animals in the clinic. The vet was very informative of my treatment options for my dog and didn’t pressure me into any choices for my dogs care.

This place is an absolute joke, we were trying to get help for my mother inlaws dog so we called checking around to see who did payment plans and i was told they do. I even SPECIFIED "so i pay the $140 for walking in the door and then the rest is put on a monthly payment plan?" And she said"yes we set you up for it when you check out" we were so happy! Once we took him in to get assessed we found out we were lied to when they asked for a $600 deposit on top of the inital $140 in order to treat him and then another $900 after we pick him up tomorrow. I was confused and reached out to the front desk where i had called before and was met with nothing but rudeness and complete disregard for the absolutely frustrating situation in general. After explaining the situation and my confusion, the gal on the phones first comment to me was “ummmm nobody would have told you that because we have never done payment plans. “ Then it changed to it must just have been a miscommunication, and then, after that it changed to “it was a new employee earlier”. I never once received an apology about the miscommunication or anything. I hung up the phone in tears out of frustration. Its about the money and not the pets for them.

I had a wonderful experience here. I had to bring our 1 year old Shiba Inu in due to him eating something he shouldn’t have and all the staff I came in contact with were so nice and eager to help. I felt my dog got great care there and the vet we saw was very helpful, informative, and personal. I would definitely recommend going here.
