Just left this location on total disgust. The smell was almost enough to make me sick walking in. The lobby floors looked as of they hadn't been cleaned in days, as did the lobby soda machine. There were at least 6 different crew members on duty and none even thought about picking up a broom and mop. In order to not cause conflict I did not push any of my concerns with the manager Jill. I love dairy queen food and blizzards but this location is truly not up to par woth what the standards should be.

Got here a little after noon, got a 4 piece chicken Basket and 2 for $4 cheese burgers. I opened my burger to find a bread bag clip in with the burger. And the 4th chicken strip was about the size of a quarter.

The young man who took out order was very courteous had a great attitude, and made sure everything was correct. The food was great delivered in a timely manner as always.

On May 13th stopped in, the cashier was kind of quiet but sincere. I think his name was John. He knows how to make a damn good blizzard. It's been a very long time since the stuff mixed in actually went all the way through the ice cream. I will most definitely have to stop again sometime. The place was very clean as well.

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting for our food. When we showed up there were only two cars in front of us; we ordered a chicken strip meal and a cheeseburger meal. The staff stood just stood around. My friend also went there and it took 15 minutes to receive a chicken strip basket and a cheeseburger meal and they were the only ones in the drive thru.

The service was excellent. All of the crew members seemed to be in a great mood and happy to help. I ordered a mango pineapple orange julius and it tasted awesome! I will certainly stop when I drive through again!

My daughter wanted to try the new honey BBQ chicken tenders and when she got them the taste was descent but the wings were cold. I had the new BBQ bacon cheeseburger and was tasty but wanted to get it in the 1/2 pound burger and staff told me that couldn't be done. Ice cream is good as usual.

Often times the drive through has a long wait time that can last over half an hour. The food is fairly good but customer service can at times be better

Worst Dairy Queen ever!!!! Place was slow, chaotic and employees more concerned with friends than getting orders out! I ordered the chicken BLT salad to go, lettuce was old and wilted, chicken had zero flavor... just plain horrible!!

Wow here I sit enjoying my shake watching the customers eat, across from me sits an elderly couple, befor they start to eat they prey, the kids laughter at the next table made me smile ear to ear. Everyone seems to be smiling. This is truly a great place to eat.Thanks D.Q.DAN.

service has always been reasonably quick, the DQ employs local adults and teenagers for its employment needs. as such is a great benefit to the community.The property is clean and well kept, the staff has always been courteous.Not living in Redfield, returning 3 or 4 times a year, its always a good feeling to see the DQ sign.prices are quite normal for a fast food restaurant.I would consider this a recomended stop!

Their wait time is absolutely obsured you'll wait 5 min just to get your order taken then 20 waiting for your food. Then your burger will most likely be soaked In grease and double fryed french frys.

Wholly smokes these onion rings are the best in the region. Make sure you check your bag though, these jokers may try and send you off with french fry's instead.

Don’t got here, they don’t wear masks and gloves! They won’t let u eat inside. At other DQs they wear hats and all that stuff to keep u safe, with the times we are in RN they all should be wearing masks period
