I am able to find all I need here. This was the first time I had a bad experience. I bought some pre-packaged swiss cheese slices. They looked fine. But after about a day in my refrigerator and still not opened, it was covered in mold!

This is the biggest Walmart in our town. It's a really big store and it used to be a little rough, But they've really turned it around doesn't seem to be so bad anymore. The selection in this Walmart is a lot better than in the smaller store across town. The crowds don't seem to be as big and the inventory seems to be more full also. Which is awesome.? They carry a wider variety of products as well. All in all I would give this Walmart a 3.5 out of 5.

Clean well organized, good management you can tell.I found all that I needed and the best part is if you are a truck driver you can park there over night.Nice people all aroundTo The ones that drive a truck if you read this please respect the people you are a guest in to their premises we get the privilege to rest and get some healthy food by spending our off time there.Respect it use the trash cans and please return your shopping carts.The people there work hard and for a small wage to make yours and mine shopping experience a good one.Let’s appreciate those that work hard and sometimes they don’t get paid as much as you might do. Walmart is a good store an they know it..There on line is actually terrible, I've had more problems than good when I have to order on line, very frustrating. In store personal are always good an friendly helpful people. Hard to beat there prices.

Witnessed a male Walmart employee use the restroom and poop without washing their handsthen proceeded to go stock produce as I was literally hollering at them across the store to go wash their hands had to get a supervisor there is literally a recall on a lot of foods because of a listeria outbreak across the Nation and these people cannot be bothered to wash their hands 🤮🤮🤮

This place is too dang expensive for 1, and for 2 Id hope the floor walkers "security" have substantial benefits! As an African American, and retired vet; to be followed and harrassed every single time I enter the facility time and time again I've about had it to my very highest ability of patience I have. I've started warning these people time and time again that if they continue to keep doing so [Following and harassing me] that theirs an even greater possibility of setting off one of many triggers endured from 3 tours over seas. Not a threat but perhaps a coaching point to the higher ups that maybe re-training is in need so people like myself feel rather safe, and content, and not bothered & uncomfortable while shopping.

I had some trouble finding a sauce I needed. So I asked a sweet girl named Jasmine for some help. She ran all over the store to help me and eventually found a variety pack with what I needed in it. I wanted a single bottle but it wasn’t that big a deal so I thanked her and went on shopping. Later stopped me to show me that she looked some more and found exactly what I needed. Thank you Jasmine!!

Lines are too long at night time ,especially weekends . Need to open few more registers to accommodate and make it a good shopping atmosphere otherwise customers service still doing a fine job. Thank you

Normally a good store... I had walked in to see a lady drop grapes on the flood, spilling them on the floor (outside the bag). I walked over to give my concerns to the two people who we're putting the produce away and watched them put it back on the shelf. In shock I seen that the male was teaching the new person how to stock the product.... I asked about why the grapes that fell on the floor got put back on the shelf.... Russ said and I quote " grapes are ment to be washed before consuming them. I walked away in disbelief. I proceeded to the checkout and asked a lady to speak with a manager of the produce section. Unfortunately, I heard her asking for Russ. I told her that is the person that I wanted to talk about. I talked to Dawn a wonderful person who shared my concerns. Wash your stuff from Walmart, Russ is in charge and doesn't care if you fruits and vegetables hit the ground. Again outside the wrappers.

Well... to be honest, it seems like the quality has gone downhill over the years. I think location and the customers have more to do with it than anything. I hate to say it, but this place was great until its own visitors are the problem.

Got an oil change. It took a long time, but they were short handed. The mechanic was nice enough to come ask if I wanted him to replace another bulb that I didn't know was burned out.

This Walmart was like every other Walmart Supercenter. Items on aisles. Some aisles are horrendously disorganized. There are items on the ground in some sections. There are boxes of additional items on the main aisles which makes it very difficult to navigate through with a cart. The carts are old and dirty. The food area is decent. Prices are fairly good. Bathrooms are ok but not the cleanest. Check outlines are super long. Looks like they only had 3 cashiers. The self checkout line is super long as well. Parking here is easy. But be careful as we did see several cars speed through a packed lot. Overall, your typical Walmart Supercenter. You will find what you need here. Food prices are lower than most spots. Items on ground at some departments, a few disorganized aisles. Wouldn't recommend coming here but if you're in desperate need of finding something here, you will probably find every household item or outdoor item here.

It's Christmas Eve, it was pretty busy, but went orderly and employees went the extra mile for me,gotta say it was definitely one of the better Walmart trips I've had.

My family was followed by secret shoppers and treated rudely by the woman working in the makeup department. The North Walmart is prejudice towards visitors from the local reservations. Not all workers, but a few. Unpleasant experience.

Used to be the "better Walmart" in Rapid City, and now it's becoming just at ghetto at the North side one. Panhandlers on every corner and sketchy-looking vans in the parking lot

If you're ordering delivery or store pick up, I would not go to this walmart. I have gotten food that has been opened, damaged, and expired. The employees don't care and just want to get you out of there. It doesn't save time, but it'll cost you more money because you end up throwing some things away, and going out to buy it again.

Shout out to the guy that helped me in the light bulb section this evening on North side rapid. Didn't catch his name but he made a great recommendation when I was stumped as to what kind of light bulb I needed. I explained what type of light I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction and for the first time in my adult life I bought the right ones and know what to look for next time I need them. 🤣👍

I just tried calling this location 9x for the customer service dept via the directory option 0. 3x I was transfered to the electronics dept, 1x to the deli dept and the other 5, no one answers. No one's there on a Saturday at 5:30pm??

They try to enforce the mask policy but once people get inside the store you see a lot of maskless faces or masks below noses. Just letting folks know in case the risk factor changes your decision to shop here. Decent selection of stuff but despite the huge car park it’s very full and almost no shade so you come back to a sweltering vehicle. Prices are cheap so that’s a plus. Their associates often don’t wear the masks on their faces particularly outdoors.

Absolutely the best. 9/8/23. Plenty of workers visible. Everyone could answer my questions or called someone immediately to get the answer. I wish I could remember all their names. George in wine. Sweet lady in yarn knew exactly the yarn I needed to make a scrubby. Several in grocery directed me without fault. I wish Hendersonville NC was as fantastic as this one. I hope the manager rewards all the employees frequently.

Have quite a selection of hardware and tools that are basically half the price of the other stores and competition. Also some of the best priced groceries. Basically the best for the area. The next best stores & Walmarts are in Rapid City.

I'm leaving a five-star review because of the exceptional service I received in self-checkout by a lady named Ginny!!! I'm hoping you will commend her for doing such a amazing job.
