Another ON employee had some real AUDACITY...some real NERVE...I NEVER bother anyone forany reason and don't know anyone's names because, I don't get paid to interact with other employees, I get paid to work freight. Yet, that dusty old female had a musty attitude for whatever reason & SOME NERVE to say what she said to me then not apologize like it didn't happen lol. Over something that literally wasn't a big deal.I WILL be reporting her and if nothing is done by management, expect my 2wks...Just know that I held my tongue...

The worker didn’t ask if I was done shopping or not when she grabbed my cologne out of the case. I had to wait 25 minutes in line when I could’ve used self checkout and been out of there. I would leave a ZERO star if I could.

Some of there tle employees should be fired because of there attitudes and there mouths it's kind of crazy when you have an employee ask how long it's going to be for you vehicle to b done and the loud mothe tire tech tells to tell the person to b late for work

I usually have no problems here. I bought a chicken salad sandwich which was bland and full of cartilage. I threw it out. There are still alot of things that are way over priced. Price gauging at it's finest.

It's a Walmart at the holidays. It's busy, picked over, and full of people who make you simultaneously doubt both intelligent design and survival of the fittest. But the selection is good and prices are consistent with online ads 🤷

Walmart in Rapid City SD (no matter which one) is absolutely horrible for cleanliness. After visiting the location in Watertown SD, it was highly apparent about the difference in store cleanliness and care. When visiting either location in Rapid City. A good look around shows the lack of employee or management focus on the upkeep and attention to detail in store care. Beyond that, it is Walmart. What else would you expect.

*UPDATE*Now they are trying to limit our intake of alcohol? It was 7:10pm on Friday and their liquor department was closed! Another epic failure for the books.Don't like being followed around the store like I am a thief. This has gone on now for 7 years and I am thinking of not shopping there anymore! Might as well shop at Family Fare( open till midnight), seeing how they are open later and didn't force stores to close only to then not stay open all night anymore. Gotta give that to you. Good job, good job🙄

I go to Walmart every year for Black Friday. This year was a total disappointment. I want to see, touch the gifts I'm interested in. I'm not a fan of online shopping. Remember us older folks who still like to shop for that special gift.

Chose this store in lieu of the store nearest the interstate figuring it would be quiet and still have a good selection but sadly the selection left a lot to be desired.Was looking for some men’s t-shirts and flannels but sadly most of their selection left a lot to be desired. Sadly I chose to just hit up the laundromat and dry my soaking clothes since I couldn’t find dry ones to purchase!

Very disappointed in my shopping experience at walmart self check out today. I am not sure why they have an employee working there that isn't there for customer service. I had a tube of crescent that exploded and ask if someone could get me another one because I had already started checking out and she says "nope I cant leave this station" so I ask if she could get someone to help me and the answer was still "nope" I dont have a radio!!! So they lost my sale!!!

I ordered a cake for my dads 65th birthday. The cake is TERRIBLE! I was told upon ordering it that the writing was done on a computer NOT hand written. It was ALL hand written! The image is peeling from the cake and completely wrinkled!Not to mention the color green they chose for writing isn’t even the same color green as whats on the side of the cake. I called the bakery and expressed how unsatisfied I was and was told to bring the cake back and go to customer service to get a certain percentage off!! I’m embarrassed to even take this cake to the party! Don’t waste your time or money ordering from the bakery. COMPLETE waste!

It has everything. Kind of sad to thibk about the many shops and stores it replaced, but it certainly is convenient to have all that stuff under one roof. Kind of depressing though. I was looking for a culinary torch for a baking project and they didn't have it or even know what it was though it was on the website for other stores. I did find all of the other ingredients and pans though, so they have most, but not everything for household cooking.

Usually make one trip here a year. Never had any issues with this WM. I couldn't belive it. There was 7 checkouts with clerks open! Can you believe that? Like a throwback to 20 yrs ago.

Has unlocked phones on display but can't sell them because the right people aren't there. When asked when they'll be there they said "I'm not sure." Garbage customer service.
