I was looking for a specific type of bolt for my camper. I went to Tractor Supply and I was greeted by a employee who took me right to bolt isle. He got what I needed right away. Definitely recommend Tractor Supply!

Drive across the state if you do shopping here. Better yet ship straight to your house. No one here knows a thing about their own store and what they carry, and if you order it online don't expect to pick it up until 3 days after it arrives at the store. They can't pay someone to run a scanning tool after 5 pm, even when they know large shipping companies deliver up until 8 pm. Even then it probably won't be scanned until 2 days later.

I went to the Rapid City store to buy a trailer to haul my atv on. I wanted one with a wood floor, and knew which one I wanted ahead of my visit.They were out of stock and I needed it today. Dave was kind enough to call the Spearfish store and they had one in stock. He told them I was coming and I went and got it. Dave did an excellent job and I was grateful to get the trailer the same day that I needed it. On a side note, when I got to Spearfish, everyone there was very helpful as well. Love Tractor Supply!

Went to buy mosquito bits to deal with houseplant pests. Says they have 6 online. When I asked about it, employee told me its either down the isle or in a box somewhere and they don't know where it is. Then I was told "its not mosquito season" as if thats an excuse for not knowing where the products are kept. I will not be shopping here again. Waste of my time.

Gary, I cannot begin to explain how appreciative I am of the advice you gave me on dog food! She ate an entire cup out of my hand and then another out of her bowl. That’s the most I’ve seen her eat in months in one sitting. Your knowledge of the different brands and techniques to feeding, was so incredibly helpful.

Staff are really friendly and they usually have most of the supplies I need for welding. Picked up a Hobart 210 MVP that was on sale for a great price so I could not resist. Have only stopped in for specific items and did not browse.

The absolute worse place for your farm and ranch needs. Great location, terrible, pathetically slow service, worse track record with management and staffing. Truly a disappointing experience every time. Sadly, I will never be spending another dollar there. Place has turned into a $hit $how.

Went there today for some bulk chain and wanted it cut to 4ft lengths. I've never encountered such inept staff. The young kid there didn't know anything about chains. The lady he asked for help was rude and told me to cut the chain myself. They must be scraping the bottom of the barrel when they look for employees . I left and went to their competitors and bought the chains there.

Plenty of goods at Good prices. Bought a trailer here for 200 less than everywhere else. The staff are friendly and seem to have good knowledge of the products. Nice parking lot with easy access to the street.

I walked in with a sleeping child in my arms. We were greated by a kind young man. He asked if we needed help finding anything. I told him we needed a large bag of dog food he immediately offered to help me. He picked it up and brought it to the check out waited with me while I paid. We visited about our dogs, in line. Then he carried it to my car for me because my hands were full. So kind and we are so greatful.

Great store, great staff. My only issue is they're always out of items. Mostly feed like Timothy, horse protein blocks, etc. I'd rather not use Runnings but I always have to make two trips because they are out of items. It's very irritating.

Not only are they cheaper than Runnings but they'll also price match others and take recommendations. I wish they had more variety but they do seem to add here and there. I purchased a lot of items and somehow did not receive one of my items so I went back and they gave me my missing item no questions asked. Only complaint is the service; even when it's slow the customer service is lacking.

Very well stocked, i have been there a number of times in the past.Staff has always been helpful and have never left unhappy.Only issue is that it is a bit of a drive as it is in an industrial park.

I was in this store last Monday and had the worst service I have ever had in this store. I filled out the survey and asked to be contacted and have heard nothing. I asked that the manager be told of the incident but doubt anything was said. i would not tell anybody to shop here, which is very disappointing.
