What an amazing setup! This place thought of everything and it is included with the self service. The hair dryer is super speedy and even dried my Newfoundlands hair. The shampoo choices were great and left my doggos smelling wonderful. We will definitely be back.

sPaw is a great place to bathe your dogs. I have two dogs, Luna and Roofus.Washing them at home makes a giant mess.At sPaw, everyone is friendly!They have groomers. They have self-service rooms. They provide shampoos, towels , combs, rakes, brushes, and blow dryers.I do recommend sPaw!

If I could give them any more stars, I totally would! They went above and beyond in friendliness! I was a little nervous my dog had a bad experience at another salon but everyone here put me and my dog at ease. He was so relaxed, he was falling asleep while sitting up lol. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my boy!

I tried sPaws after my last cat groomer retired. I was not disappointed. She did a great job. Kitty was ready to be picked up in 1-1/2 hrs. Price was reasonable. I will take kitty cat there again.

Me and Mr. T love it here & you should too! The staff is absolutely amazing ❤️ I felt safe leaving my fur child there and not to mention the prices are great! If you need a groomer this should be the only place you consider!!! Also look at how handsome Mr. T is after his trim

Awesome experience. For a great price you're provided shampoo, brushes, conditioner, ear cleaning pads, a standup tub and so much more. Or you may bring your own. You can wash your own pet, or drop them off for an additional fee. Easy to book, easy to use. Fantastic experience.

I debated about leaving a review since I did not express my concerns at the time of picking my pup up but after thinking about it I wanted to warn people of my experience. I read reviews and would have appreciated being forewarned. I have a two year golden doodle who hates getting groomed. She needs someone to take time with her. After 4.5 hours she looked exactly the same. She was damp. She was not brushed out. Only part of her looked trimmed. I paid full price and left a very generous tip. I do not recommend if you have a doodle.

I was inquiring about where to take my Golden Retriever for some spa love and a good groom. She needed some tlc after the passing of her beagle sister. They took such good care of my baby and she looks amazing! The business was extremely clean, the staff were super friendly, and the experience was overall amazing.Thank you for putting my mind at ease about where to go. Loved the self wash stations, my dog walked into the tub on her own without a problem. The water pressure was a little low, to a slow trickle midway but regained pressure to finish up. Customer service was great, they are helpful if you have questions or a problem.They provide everything you need, soap, towels, apron, ear cleaner, brush, very good powered blow dryer with option for hot air or regular.Asked if they could do her nails & grind them, they were slow (mid day/weekday) so they took her & her nails are great, no issues.Happy dog, happy momma. We’ll be back.

it was an amazing experience for my puppy and I loved the haircut given to my puppy, one thing though, it looks like he got a cut on his ear from them trying to trim his ears, I don’t remember them telling me about this accidentwhich I became worried seeing this cut. Overall was a good experience though!!

What a wonderful team!! Took both dogs there. One had some black stuff in his fur that they found when blow drying it. She took him back to the bath and gave him a second one (flea bath just in case, thank goodness it wasn't) and didn't charge me any extra. They took great care of our dogs. I am definitely excited about the self wash. Can't wait to try it. No more killing my back washing the dogs in our tub. Thank again sPaw. You guys ROCK!!

Highly recommend....What a great experience! Love that they have a play area for the dogs instead of just locking them in a kennel until it is their turn. The haircuts turned out great and price was very reasonable. Could tell they really enjoy what they do. We will be back!!

We are here from California ( I'm sorry too), my husband is from Spearfish,SD and we spend our summers here. I was looking for a number 1 groomer for my cocker Spaniel Luke. We came across sPaw, and they got us in the next day. Luke looked so handsome and he wasn't even stressed when I picked him up. From now on Luke will be going to sPaw everytime we are here. This place is absolutely fabulous! I am from out of town and I bring my dogs with when I travel I have Great Danes and small dogs and it is convenient for all!! My Danes are harder to bathe at home but this place makes it a breeze and the dryer is amazing so I don’t have to put wet dogs in my vehicle! The customer service is tremendous!! Planning on going there tomorrow!

We requested that the dogs be cut between 1/4 and 1/8 inch and that no cologne be applied, due to allergies. When I picked them up, both dogs had been cut at between 1/2--3/4 inch with uneven length of hair on their legs, and they both smelled like they had cologne on them. Also, it didn't look like they had been properly brushed out. My husband insisted that I return the dogs and have them groomed according to our instructions. To their credit, Spaws readily agreed to cut them shorter as first requested. When we picked them up a second time, their bodies were groomed shorter, but one of the dogs looked like there had been a hack job on her ears. The hair on her ears was cut in very short layers with some stray hairs still long. The other dog's ears were cut properly.

This place is absolutely PAWsome, and by-far the best DIY pet wash in the area. One step into The sPaw, and you can tell that this business loves animals, and understands what pet owners want from a facility: friendly & helpful staff, great location with parking, affordably priced, CLEAN & PRIVATE wash basins, and an indoor play area for your pet. Plus, this place offers professional grooming services that are very affordable.You get the privacy of your own room, with you're choice of multiple sized wash basins that have adjustable water temps, in-basis leashes, and ramps for larger/older animals. Also, you don't need to bring anything, or worry about forgetting something. They have all the necessities: shampoo, shedding/wet/dry brushes, ear cleaning solution, cotton balls, towels, heated blow drier, and you can even request that a peanut butter covered mat is attached to the inside wall of your basin to occupy your pet!Honestly though... the best part... once you're done pampering your pet, and the staff rewards your pet with a treat, you just leave! They clean up the mess, and sanitize the basin, towels, and tools after you're done. No more taking your pet to a cringe-worthy pet wash, with either ice-cold or scalding-hot water, that has a clogged drain, and 100+ animals' filth in the basin.

Spaws saved the day! Our very large German Shephard followed a skunk too close. Lol. After her trip to The Spaw, she smells wonderful! This was her first bath and the team handled her beautifully! Love this place.
