I had a fantastic experience at this owner-run dog groomers! She was incredibly gentle with my baby during her first nail trim! She was also super quick with it all, and even gave us the nail clipping for free because it was my puppies first. I highly recommended bringing your precious baby here if they need any grooming!

My doodle dog just loves it there, he is reluctant to leave me but once he gets past the gate he's ready to go, jumps on the grooming table right away before bath LOL, they do great work! I am very comfortable leaving him to be taken care of and he comes out just beautiful!

I've only ever been able to get nails trimmed because they are so busy! But they always get us in for that. And they are so nice to my dogs! They moved and it's harder to get there as often as we need to, but it is still my go to groomer! We absolutely love them! I have referred so many people there because they are so good at what they do!

Absolutely incredible job! Other places won’t trim my dogs nails because she panics so much and tries to mouth. This place took so much time to calm her down and teach her that they weren’t going to hurt her. She made so much progress in one visit that I was BLOWN AWAY! When I went to pay, I didn’t realize it was cash only and she told me to not worry about it. Amazing service. You have a customer for life

Our Gizmo has been going there sense we got him. We have a standing appointment every 6 weeks. He's now 13 . I guess that says something about Tanya and Bonnie. Their the best. ❤️

Amazing women that run this place. They take their time for even the most unruly animals to look good. They don't believe in sedating an animal or hurting an animal. They love all animals. My dog loved this place when she was alive. Now my cat can be groomed for an affordable price with high quality.

Dog was injured when nails clipped by someone else. These ladies were so calm with her. She is skittish by nature so will take a few more visits to get her used to them but they are willing to try. Very encouraging.

T and Bonnie are absolute hoots that obviously care about the animals they see. My dog is always clean, groomed and smells amazing when I pick her up and they seem to groom everything from little dogs like mine to the bigger breeds as well and seeing all of their babies roaming around so calm while they work shows that they really do care about the animals. My dog can be a little aggressive at grooming time but they take the time and patience and she gets well taken care of. 10/10 would recommend them to friends of mine when they get animals and to anyone else as well. I'm just a little bummed they had to switch locations because I miss their artwork in the big windows of their old place.

I've taken all my fur babies to T and Bonnie's. Their affection for animals shows by all their " kids" in the shop every day! I have a clingy little Chihuahua girl and she loves Bonnie! I've never had a problem with them or their staff mistreating animals and I watch for it! I highly recommend them to anyone.

Great place and she does a great job on dogs and cats!! Her prices are best in town! But book early...she is very busy due to high demand for her services. About 2 to 3 weeks out has been my usual experience. 2 thumbs up!

Dangerous ABUSIVE experiences.Our dog fell off the table and was left to hang by his neck… once seen she yanked him up by his leash and collar dangerously abusing our dog.When confronted on the matter she said they (animals) typically learn the first time that happens implying she’s done that before abusing the animals.I’ve lost a dog due to collapsed trachea. Come to think of it, he was groomed here too. SMH very suspicious and concerning! They did good on our other dogs in the past with cut quality, but our new dog they made him look a mess. I will never go back and I will make sure EVERYONE knows about the abuse!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely awesome! Very nice, and well educated about pets. Was able to get my cats toe nails trimmed up and also got educated on some tricks and tips. Highly recommend going here.

I'm always thrilled with our experience at this doggy grooming salon. Staff is friendly and helpful, and my dog Cosmo love's going there, which tells me they treat him well in my absence. My American cocker spaniel tends to get an occasional knot in the longer hair on his skirt, and whether he is getting a long cut or a shorter cut, he always looks amazing at pick up.

My dog was injured by them, a deep scratch to her belly. As soon as we got home I noticed she kept licking her belly and found the big red scratch, I assume was made by clippers or scissors. Plus they did not groom her with a miniature schnauzer cut, they groomed her more like a poodle. I will never take my pets to them and I do not recommend them!

Not working for my special needs dog. Called in advance told her about my dog, got there got in and asked if she was ready, because you only get a few minutes to cut his nails, he will not wait in the store with strangers. Brought him in, she wasn't ready, checked out someone else, my dog already started pacing around. It took her way too much time to cut his nails he got nervous and fell off the table, with the rope around his neck!! Thank God I was on his side catching my 80lbs lab.

I would put zero stars if possible. These people are cruel. My dog is blind in one eye because of how they treated her a few years ago. This place would be shut down if I had my way. I was gone away at school when it happened but my mother and friend took my dog here and my friend heard my dog yelp in pain when she was getting groomed. After the job was finished she was injured and had to be taken to the vet. These people claimed not to be responsible for what they did. And because it was not documented they are able to get off Scott free. Do not take your furry babies here. They are cruel.

I was very unsatisfied last time I took my cat here. She spent little time actually grooming , maybe 15 min. Spent a bit of time talking to someone that walked in from the street just to chat. My cat looked terrible and i had to take her to classy canine to get her fixed. She had patches of unshaved fur, an uneven mane, and she looked worse when I left then when I got there. I'm sorry but I wish I could get my money back

I would put zero if it let me. Took my dog here and she came back with all kinds of sores all over her body. They cause her a lot of irritation and pain. I don't know what they are doing but I will never take my dog back to this establishment.
