Service was very slow as the two young people working had several online orders as well as in store customers. The sandwiches (Philly and Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch) were very good! My only suggestion to the employees is put a smile on your face and greet customers as they come in, quickly say you'll help them shortly. No greeting or acknowledgement, I witnessed several people walk out. That's not good for business.

Ordered through the app for curbside pick up due to foot injury. Pick up time was 5:05, didn’t have anybody bring my food out so called the restaurant at 5:20, no one picked up the phone. Waited 5 more minutes and went inside with injured foot to ask about my “curbside pick up order” since I saw people that went in while I was waiting were already leaving the restaurant with their food in hand. As soon as I said my curbside order, they pointed at mobile order pick up area and said “it’s right there”. I said “it’s a curbside pick up?” And they still said “yea it’s right there”. I was not happy and came home to find there was a used glove wrapped with my sandwich. Not to add, my sandwich had banana peppers that I did not ask for. Worst experience ever. Will not be coming back. I’ll give 0 star if I can.11/11/2022 - received a call asking to elaborate what happened. Explained what happened and was asked “why didn’t I just go through the drive thru”. There obviously is a reason why I chose curbside pick up versus drive thru.Then I was told they had a glitch in the system and didn’t receive my email complaint. I was asked if I took pictures so informed it’s on Google review so if needed, they can view it through Google review. Got asked the question “why did you do that? I told you there was a glitch in the email so didn’t know about it.” OK. HOW DO I KNOW IF THERE WAS A GLITCH AND WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES THAT MAKE??? Then I was told to remove the review. I said no and she sighed saying “well I do the right thing and and don’t post stuff on social media so where can I send the refund?” SO I DID THE WRONG THING BY POSTING A REVIEW?? And her response was “I did not say that.” Well it certainly sounded that way. I told her to forget about the refund and I’ll leave the review up and she hung up on me saying “we don’t need you back at subway”.WOW. WHAT A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The worst ever!!!!!!

Need to train your employees on how to scan gift cards. The gal was great at making my sandwich, but when she couldn't get the gift card to process, she didn't ask for help or try a different way, just said "it's not working".

ABSOLUTE WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE! Subway has made some extremely poor choices in customer service and training. I asked for all vegetables except lettuce and cucumber. The employee gave me a dirty look, referred to his list, and literally threw onions and tomatoes on the sub, grabbed the mayo and vinegar and slathered them on the sub despite my protest. When I said that wasn't what I wanted, he said "That's what the list says." When I further protested, the manager butted in and said "That's what you said, no lettuce." Sfter a few more back and forth exchanges I am convinced that you now get the sub exactly as it is suggested on the menu with no deviations. So, I am now forced to lay over $12 for a sub I'm not going to eat because I hate mayo and vinegar on my sandwiches. Manager didn't even offer to make it right,she just packaged it up and shoved it in my hand. Way to lose customers Subway.

Ordered Turkey sandwich with lettuce, banana peppers, green pepper and onions, got everything BUT the lettuce was really disappointed because I had just got off work tired and hungry only to not have that one ingredient on my sandwich that I paid for AND TIPPED!I wouldn't recommend this subway they seem to have very forgetful staff.Very disappointed. Will not be coming back.

This order was placed on the app. I went to pick up and the person, who was mind you the only person working and had been there for 12 hours, brings my order and is very apologetic for not labeling my order. I get my order home my husband &I unwrap our sandwhiches. 1. Our sandwhiches looked like a train wreck, come to find out the whole order was a train wreck. We had my sandwhich fillings on his bread, his on my bread, no cheese on one order missing toppings for both just, A PURE DUMPSTER FIRE. I will be callling the store manager tomrrow and saying my peace and demanding a refund. If I need to also calling corporate for this purpose as well.

Sent my husband in to order and an employee was complaining that they were busy...only 3 customers all together. If an employee is having a bad day then don't do customer service and leave your personal problems at home. Will be doing a paper report to about the employee.

I went there 5/14 during the lunch hour, 1st the 2 young ladies working there were amazing very nice and told my daughter how pretty she was. They were very patient w us since we had 2 smalls kids w us. As my sandwich was being made what I'm guessing was the manager came by and started digging into my sandwich tearing it apart and yelled at the girl for putting 2 extra pieces of meat on my sandwich ripping them off the sandwich and throwing them back in the piles then literally just thew my sandwich back together. I know the rules are only 3 pieces of meat but to do that I front of a customer so rudely was not okay treat your employees better!

We were in line to order food. There was a car in front of us that ordered not minutes before us. We ordered and as we were submitting our order a man stuck his head out the window and yelled that they were closed. It was 5 o’clock and the website said they were open until 10. We were confused, but as we went to drive away he stuck his head out again and said “ seriously I’m not joking. We are closed” and slammed the window if you are going to close early you need to inform others. We were in line waiting already and then to have someone yell at us for not knowing that they changed their hours. Unprofessional. Will not be coming back.

Super not happy with this place right now. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me. Fine. Whatever. Everyone is short staffed I get that. I wasn't in a rush. BUT then I ordered a spicy Italian chopped salad and they didn't put the pepperoni or salami on it! And no fork so I couldn't even eat it! Plus it was so so small compared to other salads I've eaten there before. Like barely a handful of toppings and salad combined. Worst, smallest $9 salad I've ever had. I will never go back here. 👎

Was not impressed. If you want better service go inside rather than the drive through. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through and there were only 2 vehicles in front of me. My cookie was also really hard and disappointing. You could tell it was not fresh. Sandwich was made properly but took forever so it was cold. The one person that was working hard was an elderly woman and she was amazing. The others moved slowly or just stood spacing out.

Very efficient subway, very friendly. It has a drive through, I ordered it inside because of the quantity. I got 8 wraps 2 salads I had them choose basically what it had on them. They did a great job, even though it's stressful choosing what someone eats haha. Salads are not my exact favorite from there nothing they did wrong.

Went through the drive through. Ordered 4 subs only received 3. Asked for my meatball to be toasted and double provolone and received neither of those. She told me one total and then charged me a different total. Fantastic job.

Just left there a bit ago, seemed they were busy through online orders as well as in store. Pretty sure the whole order was ready like 2seconds after it was placed and that sh"t was bomb. Store was clean and all employees looked presentable and helpful.

Rude and uninterested in the customer's concern. Ordered a veggie delight and asked for extra olives (online). Received a sandwich with only olives and when I called, the lady said "we don't know what you like" very rudely. One of the reasons I dislike Subway.

I arrived at the drive thru window to purchase three cookies to take home. The woman at the drive thru window asked me why I was buying cookies and does my doctor know I am eating three cookies? Her rudeness was shocking so I drove away.

Always a good sandwich at Subway. I had a chicken teriyaki in a tomato basil wrap - yum. My sister had kinda the same, but in a Protein Bowl. I really like being able to pick out what I like for meat, veggies, and sauce; it makes for the best meal.
