This was probably the best groom my dog has had in over a good year. Very detailed in her grooming, my dog seemed to really like her. You can tell this lady was expected in her work.A delightful lady. She will be our groomer when we are here in Rapid City.

Always friendly staff, but they are excellent at listening to your priorities my dogs nails are always done just right, they grow so fast moreso than other dogs I have had and also they pay special attention to his ears getting out excess hair, and his bottom. My dogs are inside dogs so these things are important to me, and they listen! Great results & great pricing.

washed my dog here a couple of times at the self serve room. For about $13 you get the room for 30 minutes which includes a tub with warm water and 4 different soaps and conditioners, a water proof apron, dog scrubber, towels, industrial hair dryer, brushes, cotton balls, and even dog cologne. I think it's worth it. Staff is pretty nice too and offer to help use the equipment in the room but I always decline.

Great staff and great idea! I used the self wash and had my dog's nails trimmed, I would rather bring my dog here then make a mess at home. :)
