Got charged for grooming that was either just not done or done so poorly you couldn’t tell it was done, both dogs lost weight while there so makes me question adequate feeding, one of our dogs came back with sores like she got into a fight, tried calling got no answer left a voice mail asking for a call back to discuss these issues and no communication. Definitely find somewhere else that actually cares about your animals and not just trying to get a quick money grab from you.

They wouldn't let me do more than peek through the door to the kennel area. Red flag to me. No tour offered. Also let me know their fees were going up. That made them the most expensive I'd looked @. Not very friendly staff. No thank you. I won't be boarding my pup with them.

We love All Season's! They take such good care of my fur babies! Jordan is awesome to work with and remembers each dogs names when I call. Even after our Shar Pei's eye surgery they to great care of him while we were out of town.

I haven't boarded my dogs here, but I've used Sniffspot to take my dogs to their arena space for enrichment and time to run around and play. It's an indoor space, so it's great in bad weather and is always so clean. If I lived in the area, I'd be participating in dog sports here; their barn hunt setup looks like so much fun! There was also something indoors that looked to me like a setup for nose work. Great experiences with the owner, who was always so helpful and flexible. We're from out of town, but we'll be back—and now that we know RyeDoodle is here, we'll stay longer!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for boarding for several years now. I understand that there was recently a change in ownership and my last 2 visits were after that change. I’m happy to say that the level of service and satisfaction has remained that same. My dog is happy being there and I’ve never had any problems.They’re very responsive and pay close attention to her well-being. They even called me on my last trip to ask about a lump on her leg, to make sure I knew it was there and ask if I wanted them to take her to the vet. (In this case I did already know about it and had the vet look at it but I forgot to let them know at drop off.) I was very grateful that they payed such close attention to her health and that they were proactive when they noticed something.I would 100% recommend boarding your dog here. They’ll be safe and happy.

Dogs well cared for. Dogs seemed happy when picked them up. Even had their nails clipped while there. Workers pleasant on phone and in person. Fast check in and check out. Would recommend this kennel.

The pups were happy when I picked them up from daycare. The staff was friendly. The girl at the front desk got back to me right away with answers to specific questions I had about food and grooming.

I recently adopted a dog from the humane society and needed a lot of help with her behavior and was able to start private lessons with Tiana almost right away. After working with Tiana for the last 3 weeks I've seen so much improvement in my dog and I myself am gaining more confidence. My dog absolutely adores Tiana and is always excited when we pull up to the *gorgeous* property. Tiana is extremely knowledgeable in the realm of dog training and I highly recommend her services to anyone that desires a well behaved pup!

We've boarded our pet here multiple times.We had reservations. We went to drop our cat off right before close. They told us they could no longer do her diabetes shots and wouldn't take her. We leave on a trip early tomorrow morning. We're in a real bind. They didn't care.

I like the facialty. I wasn't told at drop off that they were charging me for that day. I dropped my dog off just before closing. I think they should charge for a half day or not at all.

Terrible. Took our GSD for boarding for five days, they returned him with a sprained tail and scab injury that they didn't even notice until I pointed it out. They didn't even call me to notify that my dog was anxious or to recommend different programs for his care, or to call a vet for him, which they stated they'd do in their contract for any sustained injuries. His wound was scabbed, so it's been there a while. Had to fight for a 40% refund, then at the desk, tried to low-ball me because of an excuse of a new system.Never taking him there, again.

Our energetic lab day boarded here while our family explored South Dakota and Mount Rushmore. The staff made him feel comfortable and right at home. He was excited to arrive each day and didn't want to leave! Thank you for taking such good care of our River. Highly recommend!

They neglected to watch my dog and did not pay for his vet bill or give me a proper refund for their neglect which is against their contract. What happened: They let him chase his tail until he sprained and ripped fur out. They did not contact me or even properly look over his tail for injury! I have pictures at the site before I even left the property. And the "owner" brushed it off.

We are the proud owners of a rescue, so in the short time we have owned her we never needed to board. Due to a personal issue we found ourselves in need of a kennel. Checked out reviews (discounting the rant of a non-hIred friend) we felt this was the place and not disappointed! Staff helped us feel comfortable with leaving her and worked with her to make her first experience an excellent one!! If you need to leave your fur babies this is the place!!

We are out-of-towners who recently got married in the Black Hills and had to board our pup for the first time. We found All Seasons and couldn't have been happier with the results. As first time boarders, we had a lot of requests - including a nontraditional diet, a lot personal belongings and more-than-usual communication - and Savannah was nothing but accommodating. Tucker stayed in the VIP Suite and LOVED the opportunity to go in and out at his leisure (with additional individual play time!) and came back to us a tired and happy pup. We will definitely trust our precious Tucker to stay here whenever we're in town and need someone to watch him!

I greatly enjoyed All Seasons Pet Care. I was in the area with my family and two dogs for a road trip vacation. One of our dogs is very social and loves other animals, however, the second was a large rescue puppy whom had never been boarded and had limited interactions with other dogs. I was very interested in this style of doggie day care due to our dogs situation and the ability for my two dogs to be together without being expected to interact with other dogs. When we arrived, both our dogs were really happy and excited about being there and walked right back into the kennel. When we picked them up, the report was that they had a lot of fun together and were in and out of their area all day. Both dogs were tired and happy when we left and had a calm rest of the evening. I definetly recommend this doggie day care for anyone in the area and I will definitely be using their services if I return to Rapid City.

I have never had the "pleasure" of taking my fur children to this facility, but I most definitely will never step foot into this establishment after the conversation I just had with a very close friend of mine. She has been looking for a steady job for a few months; she is a dedicated fur mom, adoring military spouse, and an all around great person. All Seasons, however, would never know this due to the fact that she has burgundy hair, a small visible tattoo, and a small helix piercing. Her application was immediately disregarded due to these very small things and she was told "unless you want to dye your hair back to a more natural color, we wish you the best of luck". This is 2020; her hair isn't neon green, her face isn't covered in tattoos, and her piercings are completely normal. Each of her supposed "faults" are completely normal and acceptable. I'd hate to think what All Seasons would say about me if I brought my babies in, considering I have a nostril piercing and several visible tattoos. Good thing I'll never know!

I attend barnhunt class there. Tiana is great and patient as my dog likes to push boundaries of how much work he actually has to do. It's a blast and she adapts to each dogs needs for the training session.

Clementine loved this place! She went for a few hours 3 days in a row while we where visiting the area. By the third day she recognized the place when we drove up and she couldn't wait to go in!

Neglected my animal and found him with injuries. They told me and which is also stated in the contract that any injuries they sustain, they will call the vet. They neglected to do that as well and they never contacted me about the incident.

Had the worst experience!! Do not recommend going!! They didn't take care of my German Sheppard, went to pick him up and he had scabs on his tail, and missing fur. They only noticed when I pointed it out.

I switched Benji to Fromm products for several months now. Benji appears liking it and tried other products in the store as well. Their canned goods are reasonably price. A pleasant environment indeed.
