I went there for a cat adoption event that they host. I got a beautiful cat and all of the things I needed for her. Both of my cats enjoy the Nulo brand cat food. I also love having everything I need delivered to my door. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We like Petco, it's nice, and the staff is very friendly. They usually have what we're looking for and they're prices are reasonable. For a larger pet store. Petco is our favorite in town. We usually go here to buy new dog colors and get the stamped. Name tags for our puppies collars.

I talked to your person in the fish department and he was very very knowledgeable. He helped guide me because I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for and what would be sustainable in the space I had. I would definitely come back and ask him questions.

I’ve came across some pretty amazing employees, besides an older woman named Hannah, when she was asked a question you could already tell in her tone that she was angry and irritated. I don’t believe that’s good customer service skills. Maybe some more training needs to be involved? All your employees in the aquatic section have been so kind!

Very friendly helpful staff! Simply ask if you need any help. I have a very pickey eating chiweenie and they told me if she wont eat something i purchase there they will refund my purchase. Idk the exact details but they said keep the receipt and if you have more than hald of it left they will take it back. Prob give store credit id guess? But that eased my mind when making more expensive purchases to try dif options! All very nice and helful employees when i have been there

Todd in the aquatics dept is an absolute treasure to the Rapid City, SD Petco. Due to staffing, we had to wait a bit, but his expertise, knowledge, & friendliness, made him well worth the wait.

The store associate was so warm and welcoming. Also very knowledgeable on my pets needs. She took the time to explain everything in detail about the grooming as well as interacting so gentle with my pet. I will be going back.

It’s convenient to be able to order online and go pick it up. Especially having a very busy schedule. What is not convenient is when I choose the deliver to car option and I still have to go inside to pick up what was ordered. If they offer this service, they should follow through with it. When I asked if this is how it was supposed to go, I was told rudely by the employee I spoke with that they don’t look at their handheld devices and keep the volume off so they don’t hear notifications so we have to call the store and tell them we are there to pick up the order. Not okay at all. Not a service I will be utilizing anymore

Love this store! And we love Katie the groomer!The staff is incredible, they're super friendly and welcoming. Regardless of if I'm dropping my Shih Tzu off to be groomer, or picking up an order I placed online, every staff member I have had the pleasure of meeting has been kind and knowledgeable.(I also love how easy it is to buy online and pick up in-store!)Again, thanks a million, Katie!

Always a fun visit to Petco. Always well stocked and have good sales. Many things are over priced compared to other places but if you buy only sale items prices get better. Workers are always extremely nice and helpful. I did notice hardly any actual pets for sale but this time of year probably explains why. I highly recommend taking your pet to walk around and it's always a fun time at Petco!

we received efficient and kind and knowledgeable attention in the fish / aquarium area. we left happy. ah except they didnt give us the 30% discount on the fish tank we bought, so we went back in and had to sign up for their rewards thing to get our $6. i accept this as a standard first with an eye roll then with love in my heart.

The store is always clean, and they usually have what I need. It's sometimes a bit hard to get help from an associate but once you get someone they're always super helpful. I love the cat adoption days! And shout-out to Tiara, she's so funny and personable! Thanks so much!

Zach was SO friendly and has fantastic follow-though. He kept my partner and I updated for months as we were waiting for a pair of gerbils to come in to the store. The lady in the fish area is very friendly and knowledgeable, as well.

I went to Petco to purchase a new brush to use on my corgi. I picked out a Furminator and when I went to check out, I asked Sky, the cashier if this was the best tool for a corgi and Sky consulted with the groomers who suggested a Kong brush. Sky went out of her way to make sure I had the best tool for the job. Sky was so friendly and helpful. The Kong brush works great!The store manager, Joseph, is very friendly and competent.Always a great store to find what we need for our pets. Thanks to the groomers for their great suggestion.

I made an appointment in person at the end of my 2 dogs last appointment a month ago. I received numerous texts and emails confirming the time and day. Upon arrival I was told by a woman that I do not have an appointment. She said I must be confused and made the appointment at Petsmart.I showed my phone details that says time, day, groomer name, & PETCO. They even had both dogs names on their board! I took time off work & arranged my whole day to drive a half hour out here plus grooming time and half hour back just to be told that despite they have my dogs names on their board and I have confirmation details they couldn’t honor the appointment due to it not being on their schedule. I booked this appointment in person a month ago!I talked to the manager and she couldn’t do anything.You’re right PetCo, from now on I will be taking my dogs to PETSMART!

Literally just bought 40 medium crickets.And ten of them are dead...Asked to have them replaced.Gentleman who sold them to me said there was nothing he could do...I showed him the dead ones... and the 4 he squished with the egg carton...Just shrugged his shoulders...This is the 4th time this guy has done this

My husband and I brought our German Shepard here to get groomed and we had Ava! Ava was absolutely amazing and had patience with our very anxious girl. She was super sweet and listened to all of our concerns, and our girl LOVED her! I will absolutely be bringing our girl back to get groomed by the wonderful Ava!

We ended up simply going to the store to buy a like item because we cannot trust the online shopping.
