This is the last straw I've had with this place!!! They scew up my order constantly, and when I show up to grab a sandwich for the road when they are supposed to open at 10:30am and they will not make me a sandwich because they have a big to go order is unacceptable. You need to go and change your hours if you're not going to open at the time you say you are. This is bad business!!!! Bigtime!!! Never go here! You will be disappointed!!!!

I've never eaten at a Jimmy John's before and wanted to see what the fuss was about. I guess their customers have never eaten good food before because this is appalling. Not only is the food grossly overpriced, it's pure trash. The smell of the place is enough to turn a starving man away from eating here. I'm glad I didn't actually order and pay for food because fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

I decided to give Jimmy John's another chance as it's been quite a while I have ordered from them due to the lack of accuracy on orders. I BET MY CO WORKER they wouldn't cut my sub in half or forget my chips. SERIOUSLY! For a $15 fast food I can make for half the price at home you should get the order right. I SAT IN THE DRIVE THROUGH FOR QYITE A WHILE NOT FREAKY FAST AT ALL. Convenience is the only thing saving this choice in fast food, it's generally frowned upon the keep a kitchen knife in your car to cut your overpriced meal with. I have had a comment on here for the manager to make my sub themself. That's great and all but you won't be there every time I order and clearly after over 6 months yall still can't take the half a second to cut a sub. It's an easy job in the first place just do it right! I won't be back unless someone else is buying my meal. I would include a pic but I see the option isn't here like other reviews... visual proof must be hard to explain or cover up with a single comped meal....

Went through drive thru - fast service and nice employee.I was a little shocked when I got back to my hotel to find turkey on my veggie sandwich - that was made like a normal veggie sandwich, but just turkey thrown in.I don’t understand how that quite happened.Thanks!

Best experience I've had with delivery! When placing my order online I accidentally put the wrong address. When I called the person on the phone, I believe their name was Stone, was so kind and helpful getting it fixed for me!Then on the way to deliver my food a driver had car problems. The store called to apologize and said the food was being resent with a driver right away.My new driver still got here before a normal place would have been here with the first try. And my food looked perfect! I will most definitely order again and recommend to anyone.

Over hour wait on delivery (was within 1 mile of location); sandwich was not very fresh (probably due to delivery time). After waiting over an hour, I called and the person was very polite and said call again in 20 minutes if the order didn’t arrive. Order was delivered 10 minutes later and delivery guy was polite and apologized for delay. Weds night so maybe don’t order on a weekday night. Normally big fan of jimmy johns but had less than great experience with the one order to this location

I arrived for my pick up order and go to designated picked up area and stood there being ignored by 2 young men. 1 was sweeping floor the other was standing by driveup window. There was nobody at drive through at all. I made eye contact which was quickly ignored. Finally the young lady making sandwichs ask if i have a pickup order and gives me my prepaid call ahead order and i was on my way. The 2 young men did nothing but ignore me. I like jimmy johns and will continue to go there but not at this particular store. Went to Jersey mikes today was not ignored at all was actually greeted when i walked in almost like they wanted my business.

Sandwiches are tops every time...place is clean and staff friendly!But last week one of the female workers was vaping in the food prep area...caught a whiff of smoke being exhaled and saw her take another hit on her Vape Pipe...no bueno...need a refresher....she was by the meat slicer.Hopefully it was a one off and not a regular occurrence!🤔

This was originally posted on YELP on October 15, 2021.Traveling across country. Stopped at this store for a couple of grinders to take out. Made my order no problem. First this I then noticed there was trash on the floor. Second thing I saw a employee brining out a pan of dough. He started stretching the dough out then he received a call or text message on his cell phone. He reaches in his pocket to get the phone. Once he finished he put his phone back in his pocket then without washing his hands he proceeded to go back to stretching the dough. Third thing we mentioned this to the cashier that this was very unhealthy what the young man did and the response we received was THE DOUGH WAS GOING TO GET BAKED AND THAT THE OVEN HEAT WOULD KILL ANY GERMS ON THE DOUGH. I was baffled by this unprofessional response. The young man was not wearing any gloves. I was so discussed with this behavior that once I got back to my hotel room I threw both grinders away. I have no idea who the shift supervisor was but if there was one on duty he or she wasn't doing there job properly. My wife was so upset she never plans at eating at a Jimmy John's again.

The staff is great, but don't use the drive thru unless you want to accidentally scrape your car on the poles since the window is so far away. A $20.00 dollar order turned into God knows how much to fix my car.

Edited: Down rated to one star for the generic ‘Reply from the Owner’. Take responsibility for your franchise.Ordered delivery from Elgin St location for a 8 inch Tuna and JJ Cuban. Called to complain about the tuna as the first two bites of the sandwich; there was no tuna. Manager said it’s in between the cheese, so I looked and there was just a smear. There was less than a tablespoon of tuna on the sandwich. You couldn’t even smell OR taste it. Manager claimed that that was the amount they were instructed to put on the sandwiches. Meanwhile my guest was eating the JJ Cuban and there was no mustard… Horrible experience with this and was not worth the cost that was charged.

Possibly the worst Jimmy John’s i’ve ever ordered from. Every time I order a BLT they put onions on it and I always ask for mayo packets and they don’t give me any. Last time I ordered Jimmy Johns from this location, the sandwich was soggy and disgusting. I called the store and the guy said he made the sandwich and i quote “i don’t know what could’ve been wrong with it it, i made it” not only that was rude about it too and never issued me a refund when he said he would. This store needs to do better. I like the other one from Baken park. Never ordering from this JJ again!

It would be great to get what I ordered, the people aren't very nice. 2 years later, I'm adding to this cause apparently they are not fixing anything, just went thru the drive thru I had to say extra oil and vinegar 3 times and asked for it to be cut in half and my it still wasn't cut in half and I got no napkin's and no extra vinegar and oil I asked for 2 sides of kickin ranch and only got 1 they were really rude so I won't be coming here anymore this is rediculous, I know its hard to find good people but maybe they are not being trained correctly? I don't know but I try to give certain places a 2nd chance but apparently this place does NOT want my business.

Ever since this location open and they changed which store delivered to us we have had nothing but issues. Orders take forever, come incorrect or incomplete. When we have called the store to correct issues we have had employees be rude to us and one bold faced lied to us. We definitely order less Jimmy Johns ever since the new location opened up.

Rochester MN, JJ can deliver a sandwich, a mile away, in 7 mins. Every time we order. Ordered twice while in Rapid City. First delivery took 45 min. 2nd delivery... Well, I ordered at 7:35. It is now 9 pm (JJ store closes at @9) and our food has not yet been delivered. Called the store twice and told it was out for delivery. We are on the same road as JJ, less than a mile away. Very disappointed.

Pretty good, better than Subway, but like them in respect to the skimpy amount of meat and cheese. The rolls are really what helps them edge out Subway. But they aren't as cheap. Personally, I think a person new to Rapid City would benefit by spending their hard earned $ at Philly Tedd's! The few extra bucks is a good deal for a 4&1/2 🌟 atmosphere, and you can have a beer if you so choose, quality food and service. Check it out.

Worst customer service ever.I ordered a simple turkey and cheese with mayo. I paid and then was given a sandwich without mayo. I then asked for the mayo that I ordered and was promptly told that it was against their rules to put mayo on that sandwich.A deli that can't put mayo on a sandwich? What is wrong with this scenario?He simply refused to help me out and just put some mayo on the sandwich. I'm sure that other jimmy John's are just fine but this one is lacking in customer service in a big way. I'll buy my sandwiches from the Subway down the street, they'll put mayo on your sandwich all day long without and they'll even do it without an attitude.

My Bulldog is an escape artist when it comes to our front door...long story short, the delivery lady was super nice and waited at my door patiently while I chased after the dog all over my neighbors yard. It took a good while to get him back to my front door but I picked him up finally, then I paid for my food and the gal was really nice and apologetic...totally not her fault...he's a literal ninja sometimes. Went back inside the house to eat my Club Lulu and it was also fantastic. Thank you all for always being great and never dull.

Freaky slow! Worst/slowest JJs ive ever been to. Went there on Jul 11 2020. I was the third car in the drive thru and I waited for 20 minutes. On top of that, the lettuce on my sandwich was brown!

Freaky fast my butt. I have been in the drive through for about 15 min with only 3 cars ahead of me. I came here on lunch and now I am going to be late back. Oh and during this whole review I have not moved 1 inch

The drive thru is unbelievably SLOW!! I don’t think I have EVER been at a jimmy johns were it takes this long! May wanna have ur employees take a class to learn to speed up their sandwich building!! The food is good but I’ll prolly not come here if I am ever in a hurry!

I moved here in March of last year from Massachusetts hoping to find a good Italian sub shop got one here back then n it was fabulous almost like home, well today i decided to give them another try and it was not good, they seem to have cut the meat portion very thin now n wasn't a hearty sandwich that i expect from my first visit. Rating was a 4 star now just a meager 1

The staff is always friendly however the past 3 times I have ordered sandwiches from here you can tell and taste the veggies are all expired by how mushy they taste and spoiled and the bread is dry and hard. I have had some of the best sandwiches from here before In the past so I don’t know if it’s different management or food shortage

UPDATE! RIPPED OFF!!IT HAS BEEN 10 DAYS SINCE WE DID NOT GET OUR ORDER. ERIK SAID HE WOULD CREDIT OUR CARD FOR THE CHARGE. THAT TAKES 4-5 DAYS. IT HAS BEEN 10 DAYS / NO CREDIT. I AM FORCED NOW TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!Called in an order... the place is just across the street from our hotel. Called at 40 minutes, they said they would check... called at an hour, and was told the driver said it was delivered! No knock on our door, no one at the front desk saw any JJ person come in! Where's our food? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH JIMMY JOHNS! Reading other's reviews this looks like it is badly managed!
