Used to be a good truck stop and restrunt but not anymore. Iv been coming here over 13 years and now no hot food after 8pm. Also 18% gratuity with 50 cents for containers on to go orders! I don't think so! Was going fill my almost empty tanks but I'll take my business to the pilot from now on!

All I can say is horrible. First off they don't accept your pilot rewards card at the pump. Went in to take a shower with my wife. The showers are located up two flights of stairs. The shower stall was covered with gross mold and slime. We were provided 1 towel each and no mat or anything for the floor which was gross.. there was a caddy to hold things in the shower and it was completely rusted and rust stains all over the wall. We got out of the shower and left to get in our RVs and there were multiple police in the parking lot arresting several people. When we arrived we had planned to stay there but it is just too sketchy.

After an absolutely horrible experience with FedEx overnight shipping, the lady at flying j by the name of Kassi was the absolute best! She took multiple phone calls from me without being bothered in the slightest, was willing to accept a package for me while I was traveling through for 1 night, and to top it off when FedEx completely dropped the ball and ruined my day, she was willing to relabel my package for me and make sure it was shipped back with the medication that I was desperately trying to receive in the first place. She definitely went above and beyond for someone she had never even met. Thanks again!

I have watched this place slowly decline over the last 20 years. I think it finally hit an all-time low! I had the hot beef and the salad bar! The hot beef was filled with gristle, and the ranch was so bad it looked like blue cheese (no, the blue cheese was on the other side of the salad bar). The main waitress was nice but definitely had too many tables. The waitress that brought the food out, just slammed it on the table. It's probably the time I will ever go there... I left most of my food as it was disgusting. I would certainly find another place to eat.

Used to love this bar. Went there on two different occasions in March 2024. The band was great, the atmosphere was cozy for a bigger venue..but the staff is rude and unfriendly. No table service at all. It's like they are doing you a favor. Planned onordering food but seemed like it inconvenience to the staff.I want to love it here but the service and sour faces behind the barmake it hard.

Calling all over Rapid City looking for a dump station to empty the RV. Called Flying J and spoke to Cassy. She was so sweet and helpful. It was a wonderful change from the other businesses I spoke with who were rude and seemed annoyed that they had to answer the phone.I live in Rapid and have always gassed up at Flying J because it's right next to where I store the RV, but didn't know they had a dump station. They will certainly get all my business now!

Big lot, Great food and service at restaurant 👌 😋. The young lady at the restaurant from Chicago, what a gem you are. Thank you.The convenience store was good, coffee price a bit high for re fill of my own cup.The restroom was .....not clean but not disgusting either.

Friendly staff and great service. Clean dining area. You won't walk out hungry. The food is amazing. Ample parking. Will definitely go back!!

I picked 1 star because you can't pick 0. This flying J in particular says they won't weigh doubles on their CAT scale any more. We have weighed there for years. The scale is big enough, the parking is great for the big loads. The problem in recent months is the employees can't figure out the computer!!! It's simple and we know how to do it. Just a few miles down the road Loves is harder to get into with no doubles parking but they listened and tried and that is where will spend our money and do our weighing from now on. I think it is an employee issue but they can only be as good as the management teaches them to be.

Well I think this is funny I see sign up that say no long term parking and then I I see broken campers sitting in two truck parking spots and it looks like it has been there for a few weeks but it is still there blocking truck spots . So I don't think the flying j cares what there parking lot looks like or even if they care who drops there junk off in there lot . But I was told that they do care about truckdrivers and they want to give them a safe place to park. Not with this kinda thing going on

The female working behind the counter was very rude!!! When asked if they had a handicap parking spot for semi trucks, she got very loud & obnoxious about it!! Yelling across the store to another employee asking where their handicap parking spot was..Then she walked away from the counter still talking very loud, and basically making a mockery of it!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCALLED FOR!! She was being VERY loud and RUDE about it!! Walking through the store still making comments about it!! When professional drivers stop at these truck stops, they are usually very tired and had a long day of driving and the last thing they want to do is deal with a rude employee like her!!

I don’t appreciate being accused of doing something that I didn’t do and would never do. I was nothing but respectful. I guess that’s how you treat your customers. I say look at the video and see who really did it. I would have given zero stars but that wasn’t an option

Needed a place for breakfast, as we're not usually in town this early. Excellent choices and a super waitress. Great coffee. Glad I got only one pancake. Filled the plate.

Excellent service, excellent fuel prices, extra large parking area, laundry facilities and free rv dump (no water outlet at dump).I went into the store to ask about the dump and laundry after fueling up and was greeted very kindly and given all info I needed.The Wi-Fi inside the lounge worked great and I worked while doing laundry.

Restaurant, Bar, Casino, C-Store, showers, laundry, Driver Tv Area....ALL THE FIXINS!! Real nice place to stop and stretch! Clean and well stocked rest rooms. Always an enjoyable visit.

Find parking for your rig oversized definitely welcome and the food is cooked well. Man that pie was good.

Easy to navigate if you're driving a larger rig, pulling a uhaul trailer anything really. Just don't expect to get out of the parking lot quickly if it's busy. The road leading to them had become over-congested and has very little space to sneak out of you're turning left.

Not sure why there are any bad reviews on the service here because everyone I have encountered at the place has been over generous and polite. The restaurant, gas station, and showers are all very well maintained - clean & updated. There is a buffet for brunch & dinner but we went with the menu. Oh and the PIES, grab a fresh slice of pie!!

Best shower on the route, you will have everything you need, first what i love is, you can control light more light less light, turn off one, turn on another, second best thing is heating in the shower, if you want you can turn on heating. Shower cabin with curtain, i like this type of showers, one more thing that you have paper towels too! And the best locking system on interstate!
