I'm a little slow getting this review posted. Dyna-Kleen cleaned my heating system the end of August 2022. I was SO impressed with their work and their people! They did a beautiful job and gave me such peace of mind going into the winter! I can't thank them enough and I felt the rates were more than fair! What a great bunch of employees!! FAST, FRIENDLY, and TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL!! I will be using them every time now! I called in spring and they were booked until the end of August... it was well worth the wait! I used them when I had a house fire and a couple of my music boxes went missing. One was a very old antique from the 1930s. Also half of a tote of collectible trolls. At 1st he said his insurance would pay for it if they could not find them, which they didn't. But later he tried saying that the free cleaning of my couch and chair was supposed to be in place of replacing it. That was not true at all. That would have only been a couple $100, just the old antique music Box that was my great grandma Was worth thousands. I tried calling and leaving messages and he just gave me a run around. I would not recommend them at all. We had Dynakleen come and clean our furnace and duct work in our house. It is a 16×80 mobile home. Purchased it this spring, the people who had it before us were heavy smokers. The fan and furnace were unbelievably dirty. Well they have is a quote and were the best price out of anybody. They did a magnificent job! The furnace looks like new and they were quick and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anybody!!

Called Dyna Clean for duct cleaning service. They were booked solid for three weeks but scheduled a time for my home and showed up just like they said they would, three weeks later! Did a great job and now our home is fresh and clean!

We had our new-to-us home professionally cleaned by Dyna-Kleen at the end of our premove-in remodel. Dyna-Kleen showed up on time as promised and exceeded our expectations for cleaning ducts, bathroom vents, carpet, and upholstered furniture. We added two upholstered recliners at the last minute, but that did not phase them, and they got the entire job done in excellent time at a very reasonable cost. We did our part by paying them the same day which is something I always do with a small business. I just came home and looked at my carpets and they look amazing! My flooring looks brand new again! I had no idea how dirty they were. Gary and Scott were both super nice guys. I will definitely be going back in the future, thanks guys! Great job!

We had a carbon monoxide detector go off at our house on a Saturday night, called 911 and the fire department showed up within 10 minutes. They confirmed we had a high level of CO & suggested we call the gas company to see what they had to say. We called the emergency line at MDU and a tech stopped by less than 20 minutes after calling. He confirmed that we had a problem and we needed to keep a window open and turn the furnace down until we could get in a servicer. After checking online we called a 24 hr servicer who seemed more interesting in selling us a new furnace. We decided because of the weekend service charge we'd wait until Monday to get it serviced. When they called on Monday the first thing he said was, "So, you need a quote on a new furnace?" and I said, "No, we need our furnace fixed". They had someone stop by early in the afternoon and he took one look and said he couldn't do anything, we'd need to call Dyna-Kleen. I called the emergency number for Dyna-Kleen and even though they were very busy they were able to stop by before noon on Tuesday. After showing me what the problem was they cleaned the furnace in about 1 1/2 hours and charged us an extremely reasonable amount for the job, I was excepting it to be almost twice that amount. I highly recommend Dyna-Kleen, the two gentlemen who did the job were excellent and very professional. They even left the basement cleaner that it was when they arrived!

Dyna-Kleen did an excellent job at cleaning the entire HVAC air duct system throughout our house. They brushed and power vacuumed all 32 supply and return vents as well as cleaned the HVAC system itself, including the coils, plenum, fan, motor and cage. They brought in a very large and powerful vacuum system and long hoses to get the dust and gunk out of the duct system. The crew of three spent 4 hours on cleaning the entire duct network and HVAC system and did an extremely thorough job, including cleaning up any grime created by their work. They were all very professional, friendly and informative. They honored their quoted price which was the best of all the estimates we got. Great all around.
