I love the Black Hills Groom Room. Best hair cuts my dog has received & they are consistent. It feels like with doodles, you never know what you will get. Great prices as well. We love it here. Also, Koho got a Christmas gift after his grooming from BH Groom Room today! So spoiled.

I love them, they are so nice and do a great job with my babies! I have an 11 year old Dachshund with social anxiety who walks out tail wagging (and barking, obviously) and a 2 year old Golden Retriever who adores them! They always come home smelling so good and are so soft by the end, I love bringing them home to snuggle immediately! I highly recommend them! They are a bit out of the way from where I live, but they are worth the trip! Nicely priced, too! Worth every dollar for getting all the mud out of my Goldie! I would give more stars if google let me!

This is an AMAZING grooming salon!! They are patient and caring, and did a fabulous job with my nervous standard poodle!!! She looks exactly how I wanted her to!I normally groom my poodle myself but I injured my hand and needed someone else to groom her. They were able to fit me into their schedule and did a great job working with my very sensitive dog that had never been in a salon before. I was worried about how my dog would handle it and they took the time to listen and explain how they would make her feel comfortable. It really set my mind at ease! They also talked through what I wanted her to look like and accepted my grooming requests without any problem. They are kind and groomed her just the way I like! It really seemed like a relaxed and friendly environment in the salon. The customer service is absolutely top notch!Since this was so last minute, I agreed to have the apprentice do the cut and she did a terrific job!I feel so lucky to have found this place! I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

This was my first experience with taking my dogs to a grooming service. I will definitely be taking them back. They surpassed all my expectations, from the appointment booking to the final results. I even got a paw print ornament from each dog. Thank you for taking such good care of my babies.

Jess is absolutely amazing! Our jack russel/westy mix is a huge challenge when it comes to grooming & can be pretty naughty. He despises everything about it. We have been turned down by so many groomers in the past because they didn’t have the time or patience to deal with such a challenging pup. However, Jess was able to do a full groom & even clip his nails with no muzzle on which we were pleasantly surprised to hear! She is so kind and must have the patience of an angel. We have already scheduled our next groom with her. Highly, highly recommend The Groom Room!

Jess does such an amazing job on my dog Atari! She always gets so excited to see her and comes out looking looking her best. Jess is great at coming up with different styles for Atari and I can't wait to start exploring colors on her.

Our dog always looks so nice (and smells amazing) after his appointments. With the weather we have been getting Jess had to be closed one day but was so accommodating to reschedule us as soon as possible. Our dog is always excited to go in and I feel like that says a lot too.

My 14 1/2 yr old, mini Golden doodle looks fabulous! Jess took her time with Lucy and listened to my grooming requests so well. We are traveling through SD, so we were pleased to find a quality, professional groomer in the area that would take us in so quickly. Black Hills Groom Room is the place to go!!

Very helpful, great job grooming our Shitzu/poodle "Bella" . Shop is easy to find just off of I-90 at 1st exit in Rapid City westbound with a pink building. Reasonably priced .

You need to cancel an appointment over a week in advance to not be charge the cancelation fee this was never specified until was forced to pay it only reason im giving a bad review otherwise everything else was fantastic
