Very unhappy. They over charge! did not do any regular grooming. They didn't clean my dogs ears, feet or anal glands. Worst groomers ever. Don't waste your time here

My Bernese Mountain Dog LOVES coming to Bark Avenue! The staff is incredibly friendly and you can feel their love of dogs. He always looks fabulous and fresh when we pick him up!

Let me start by saying our first visit was great! We have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and they did a great job cutting him and making him look incredibly handsome. We even got to pick the shampoo used to make him smell extra nice. Great experience.The second time, we had to do the same routine, but this time it felt like they barely cut his coat, and only washed him. The scent we picked this time was not apparent at all either. So overall it’s been a 50/50 experience. Maybe third try will be better.

I can’t name a better place to take your fur babies than Black Hills Bark Ave. We’ve been taking our girls to be groomed there since we moved to Rapid. They’re extremely accommodating to requests and our dogs are always EXTREMELY happy to see their groomer. Even when we’ve taken them well past their being due for a groom, they take extreme care and send them home looking (and smelling!) amazing. We’ll never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Stephanie & Kari are the absolute best! They are loving and genuinely care for every dog in their care. They are so kind to the animals (which is definitely not always the case with dog groomers). They go out of their way to help me with all of my doggie questions about food, allergies, etc. I’ve been going to them since I bought my pup almost 7 years ago. Now I have two pups and would never even consider going anywhere else! If you want the best, most loving care for your dog, take them here! No one is better!

Best place to take your fur babies! My two dogs absolutely love it and one of them doesn’t like leaving! They do a great job with them and love them like their own dogs! Do yourself a favor and take your dogs there!

I was referred to Stephanie at Black Hills Bark Avenue by a friend and coworker. I had recently adopted Charlie (Schitzu) and wanted to find a groomer that would be patient and kind to him first and foremost. That first time we went, she really took time to visit with me about his situation, what I wanted in a cut...Charlie liked her right away. She does an amazing job and he's always so happy when I pick him up! Let these lady's groom your baby, you will not be disappointed!
