The self serve dog wash was amazing today! It was our first time and I had 3 labs to wash. It’s $15 initially and then $5 for every additional dog. They let you have unlimited time, warm water with great pressure, great smelling soap, clean towels, aprons, brushes, and an air dryer that has warm air and great pressure. Then the amazing smell that matches the soap for after the dogs are dry. It’s private and you can lock the door for those that have spooky dogs. 10/10 will recommend and will be back again!

We take our lab here regularly! Shelby and her staff amazing, professional and do a great job! The building is clean and the location is super convenient. It’s the first place we have taken our lab that she doesn’t whine when we drop her off!

The woman was very nice and got us in right away. She trimmed my girl’s nails fine (clipped one too short but that’s easy to do), but I paid for a tooth rushing and she literally brushed her teeth for two seconds, just the front teeth on one side it appeared to me. I’d go back but I wouldn’t pay for a toothbrushing again.

Shelby did such an amazing job on my husky lab mix. She had been shedding her winter coat and was looking like a hot mess and when I picked her back up she looked fabulous. Shelby even painted her nails and put the cutest little bows in her hair. I will never take my dogs anywhere else but Barks and Bubbles to get groomed! All the girls who work there are amazing at what they do!

We take our Australian Shepherds here to be groomed and they are MIRACLE WORKERS. One of our dogs suffers from severe anxiety, but they're always kind and accommodating to him. The girls working here and kind and friendly. It is apparent that they are passionate with their work and want their customers to be satisfied. Shelby always does a great job with making our dogs look well groomed and beautiful. I always recommend them to my friends and family. We love Barks & Bubbles!!

I have taken my ol’ girl Roxy to Barks and Bubbles on several occasions. Each time the service was 5 star. Today I called on a whim on the off chance they could get me in. They were busy but accommodated Roxy anyway. Reasonably priced and top notch service. Highly recommend

Most recent visit was just to use the self wash. So much easier and efficient to wash them here. And overtime our dogs are definitely getting more comfortable with their baths. Used to be a stressful experience and now it's enjoyable.

We travel full time and normally have to do our own dog's nails. We've been trying to find a spot to actually get them done but everyone is requiring all kinds of paperwork that your dog has all kinds of different shots... but we passed this place and called and within 5 minutes they had us in doing their nails! Now that is what I call service! They had fantastic attitude and if we lived in town I would definitely bring my dogs back! Great job!

Just got back from taking our little guy, Benjamin, to Shelby and once again she did a fantastic job with him. We have been going here since they opened and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Watching all the girls work with the animals it is apparent they love what they do, plus when you come in they greet you like you're family.

We recently moved to Rapid City and were worried about leaving our Westies, Daisy and Violet, at a new groomers. We drove by Barks and Bubbles and thought it looked like a happy shop so we scheduled an appointment and I am so glad we did. It is a happy place with friendly young ladies full-of-energy doing what they love to do. I believe it is the best job of grooming my girls have ever had but the best part was that they weren't stressed at all! I think the atmosphere helps to relieve anxiety. We will be going back, no need to look any further!

We were SO impressed with this business. Everyone was happy and friendly. The business was clean, and the groomer was EXCELLENT! My baby was a little overgrown due to our prior groomer losing his staff. Thank you so much for taking good care of him (mom was a little nervous because it was a new place). This will be our permanent spa for our Bailey😁.

Our pup doesn’t always do well at the groomers but this place was AWESOME with him. We have a poodle mix and they did great with all his matted hair. Our dog was happy when I picked him up! They did a great job and I would definitely recommend!

This is the best place to take your fur babies. The owners are amazing! My puppy gets really nervous with his feet being touched because he has had bad experiences at other groomers but I let Kayla know about this before his appointment and she did such an amazing job on him. It was like he just trusted her and he didn't seem as nervous as with other places he had been. When I picked him up he looked like a brand new dog!

The gals here always do a wonderful job. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. They also either have a really good computer system or really good memories because when I would say my dogs name, they knew exactly who he was. It makes you feel valued as a customer. They do a GREAT job!

The girls here are knowledgeable, kind, and they definitely make our high-anxiety dog feel calm and welcome! In fact, when my husband and I moved away from Rapid City for a year, we made it a point to schedule our dog's grooming appointments for times we would travel back to the area- we just weren't able to find someone so trustworthy and professional in our new city. We highly recommend!
