Best in town! A coworker recommended, told me about receiving their holiday customer 'thank you' bag which included a toy for their 2 year old daughter who accompanies the family pup on pick up and drop off. I was astounded they took the time to note and care for the dogs 'family'.Right before the holiday I was sure they wouldn't have an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they expected the holiday rush and brought in extra help got us in 2 days later, in the days before Christmas!Then even though we were first time customers and not their known loyal customers, we were gifted a Christmas bag!All Pro Pet Spa was perfectly priced. They kept my golden doodles coat long even though I knew it took some extra brushing, and didn't shave him into an angry old man. I have tried 4 groomers in the area. One was concerning, 2 okay, 1 polite but expensive. All Pro Pet Spa wins me as a customer for life

These gals do a great job, they are very friendly, and while rather unassuming from the outside, it is a nice facility inside. We appreciate that they can usually get our pup in without too much advance notice, the pricing is quite reasonable, and they seem to genuinely like our dog. Many of the other groomers in the area charge exorbitant prices and book 2+ months out. Our dog always looks very sharp, thanks to All Pro Pet Spa!

We feel so lucky to have found All Pro Pet Spa. They are kind and generous people who take such good care of our dog and groom him well. They also do complimentary walk-in nail trims for our older dog who had previously never had his nails trimmed and does not tolerate it well when I try at home. They handle him with ease and are incredibly gentle! Highly recommend!

Great cut! Great people! GREAT PRICES. My puppy is very shy around people. We dropped her off for her grooming and when we came back she was happy, jumping and running around the place. They put cute bows in her hair and a matching scarf. Best place ever.

Just visiting in the area and my babies needed grooming. I was so nervous to take them to a new groomer but I instantly felt better when I arrived. They were so good to my poppy and Baxter and they look and smell wonderful! Highly recommend!!!

First time leaving our pup with someone so we were nervous but they were so welcoming as soon as we walked through the door! I wasn’t sure what we should get done and they were able to offer suggestions! During pickup I witnessed them being generous to an older woman and it was very heart warming. We will be back!

If you are looking for one of the best pet groomers in Rapid City???!!! Look no further.Today, I took my 2 fur baby’s, one is 14 years old and the other one is 5 years old. They both have their very own personalities.As I was walking in I was full of anxiety and nervous my pups were not going to be the easiest pups to wash and cutt, I was greeted at the door with two beautiful smiles. My anxiety went away immediately. I knew I was making the right choice by making an appointment here. They showed me around and also showed me how they do their washing and cutting processing. It was the best, they were great to both my pups and talked to them the whole time. It was genuinely the best experience I’ve had in decades. I will recommend themTo anyone I know with a pet. I’m only here for a few months I wish I could take them back to Arizona with me. I’ll be up next summer and will be visiting them again. Very highly recommended!!!

These ladies are the best!I got my dog in within the week which is impossible anywhere else and very important to me. They are very friendly, the place is clean and decorated nice. To all dog lovers out there! I took my six-month old mini schnauzer puppy to All Pro Pet Spa for a full groom and they did a wonderful job! They are definitely pros! The staff is always kind and accommodating and my pets love it there. If you're looking for a new groomer in Rapid City, this is the place for your fur kids!

Worst place ever to groom your dog. Not only did they shave off her beard but cut her in multiple locations throughout her body. I wasn’t going to say anything because hair grows back but after examining my dog and seeing the cuts. I’m appalled. Horrible experience for me and my dog. She keeps licking her wounds. BewareIt’s day 2 and she’s still shaking and bleeding. She is traumatized. Beware. Do not trust them with your babies. I will be sending them the vet bill if it goes that far.

First time taking my dog to this groomer. He is a service dog and has anxiety with being separated and from being abused from a previous owner. They did a fabulous job handling him and his looked wonderful! Rebooked while I was there.

The only place I will take my dogs. I have taken my dogs other places and they were so scared when I would come pick them up! But taking them here they are so happy and excited when I come get them! It makes me so happy. I also have seen these lady’s loving on my pups and giving them kisses and hugs so I know they love dogs just as much as me! They also give them such cute hair cuts I just have never had a bad experience with them ever and I have been going to them for a long time back when the sister owned brass hydrant. Now it’s owned by the other sister and still has such great service! Thank you!

This is the best pet spa. They are friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and provide exceptional services. The prices are extremely reasonable and the professional staff truly cared for the welfare of my dogs. I really thought this would have been a good place. It started out great but after picking up our dogs today, they were not themselves. Not only did they butcher every single scottie’s hair, they did not seem friendly at all. I asked for a little off their skirts and now they all look like rats and have no skirts. Thanks for belittling us about the way they’re groomed too.

I took one of our dogs to All Pro Pet Spa today for the first time and was extremely impressed! Not only were the staff super courteous and friendly, the facility is super clean, and they handled our high anxiety dog amazingly! I was able to make an appointment very easily (didn't have to wait weeks to get an appointment) and they are very affordable! We will definitely be coming back!
