I'm new in the area, and it was a great pick when I found 4 Paws. They did an amazing job on my Dak! Dak is a mini schnauzer and they did his perfect cut. The staff is great and they are very welcoming. I will drive my 45 min, but I know my Dak will be taken care of and come out with a nice groom.

Came here after having a bad experience elsewhere. After one visit we are confident we will take our kitty back for his next grooming. Their customer service on the phone was superb. It was not too long to get an appointment. The drop off experience was easy. Most importantly they did a great job with our cat and gave him a wonderful lion cut. During the pickup process it was easy to see that they really care about their customer’s pets.

I moved to Spearfish from Denver. I was looking for a place that could make my golden retriever beautiful again. He specializes in Goldens and I’m so so in love with this place. So kind and so wonderful. My Lodo has a hurt leg and can’t stand for a long time and they took care of him so well. Gave him breaks and love. I’m so impressed with this groomer. ❤️🎈🎈🎈

I took my cat in for a grooming and was very happy with his cut and staff was super friendly. I was excited to have found our new groomer. That was until I realized they had cut his whiskers. I'm not sure if it was someone new or if this is a normal thing they do, but cutting whiskers is a major no no. Whiskers are used for balance and spatial orientation and cutting them can cause confusion and fear. I was incredibly heartbroken that my cat had been put through this. I had called and left a message about this incident and no one got back to me. It seems they don't see this as an important issue. I would like to go back if I could be assured that the groomer knows this is not okay, but right now it appears to be swept under the table. I just hope no other kitty has to experience this.

Great place!! We were from out of town and we’re looking for a doggie daycare and also a groomer. We found this place and they were awesome! Very friendly employees and clean area for the dogs. Inside and outside run areas. Our dog loved it! Very fair prices as well.

I was just staying in town for a couple of days, just dropped in it was almost closing time. All the staff had left for the day. My poor fur boy needed a nail trim. Well the owner and his wife took the job on and did a great job. Very nice couple. They saved the day.

I couldn't be more happy with 4 Paws! Jeff is great, actually explained their grooming process, asked what I wanted done. Place was so clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

I love 4 Paws. I took my dog here for day care for about 3 months before I moved. He went 2-3 times a week and always came home pooped. The owners are caring, animal lovers that try to accommodate and learn your pet. I’m so sad I moved because my dog loved the small day care sizes and friendly staff. As a pet-parent, I loved the reasonable prices and knowing that he was in great hands while I was working all day. I can tell safety is a priority for this facility. My dog was groomed twice, and given his short hair I can’t comment on how well they do hair cuts but for his breed, the grooming turned out great every time!! Highly recommend — any time we are back in town, we will absolutely stop here for a day of play.

I'm truly impressed with this business. The staff are so friendly and take excellent care of my dog. The owner called me back after they missed my call himself and helped me make an appointment within the next week. I also got a courtesy reminder call the day before our appointment. I think the pricing is very fair for the services we received and my dog came back looking so great! I'm overall very happy with the services we received from this groomer. 10/10 would recommend 😁!

I've been bringing my puppy-baby to 4-Paws for at least 3 years. They have taken such good care of my puppy and helped me as a relatively new puppy owner. I so appreciate that they answer all my questions (sometimes dumb) and take such good care of my dog. I didn't know where to start a couple years ago, but they helped me. They definitely are in this business because they love our four-legged family members too.

My German Shepherd Gunny is not an easy dog to groom! He gets so anxious every time we walk in the door and causes a scene with his crying and howling. When I pick him up, he is always his usual happy hyper self so I know he gets treated so well!!! Plus he looks and smells amazing!!! Jeff is always so nice and so helpful as are the rest of the staff! Morgan did a phenomenal job with my Gunny boy today!!!

I have a long hair German Shepherd and it's shedding season. He came home a brand new dog. Super happy and I could tell he felt so much better after losing all that extra fur. They even gave him a little bandana to wear home. 10/10 will be taking him back.
