I just have to say that I got the best service from Gavin, who said he is helping out from the Huron Walmart. He took the time to take me right to product I needed. Which I got for a great price. This experience made my day!

I tried calling to reach management tonight, but no answer. I will tomorrow. Just a huge shout out to Jordan at the self-checkouts. I've never seen such a positive young man, not just with the customers, but his team. Blew me away. Keep crushing it, Jordan. So nice to see.

I'm really disappointed in the Deli today, I'm not sure who worked but we put in a 24 PC chicken order for a KIDS birthday party the day before. They knew all day there was an order to be made by 6pm, so I don't know what the rush was, but this chicken literally was probably in the fryer for 2 minutes... I took it back immediately to customer service, and the lady there was very grossed out too and got a supervisor to look at what we got served. By the time we left, a couple of people and kids were sick. Who ever made this chicken doesn't need to be in deli!!! This is unacceptable!!!

Very nice walmart. Really wish this store was in the town I lived in. Staff very friendly and everything is usually very well stocked. As I am in town sporadically, its nice to know I can make the trip from my hotel and this store will have what I need

Ghetto place, once again, still won't go here, now people are putting credit card scimmers on self checkout, can't even buy make up or other personal things without HAVING TO PAY A WHOLE SEPERATE TAX, you buy make up and skin care items you have to go through a whole seperate cash register, talk about double taxing.

We came from out of town to shop at this Walmart before Christmas and it was a good choice. It wasn't crazy like most places. And they still had a good variety of things to choose from.

I am so disappointed in walmart i got my parents a tv for christmas they were on az until today took the tv out of the box and could not get past the lets get started took back to walmart and said i like to exchange since it was brand new but they were not here until today they said no only 30 days i explained that they were in az until today asked for a manager he said no looked 15 truthfully so probably not the manager gave me a number to call it was all in french and not the correct number i have always thought if you had a receipt which i did no problem exchanging so stuck with a 50 inch tv that does not work poor customer service if you ask me so irrated out 400 dollars with no help from walmart done buying any electronic from walmart i would give a negative rating if i could

My wife and I drove 80 miles just to get to this Walmart and once we entered we were glad we made the trip.This store was what all Walmart's should be like. The employees were super nice. The store was clean and organized and the deals were fantastic.We didn't even have a legitimate reason to go other than we're from Arkansas and wanted to go to Walmart. Two hours and $300+ later we left. We found deals on clearance clothes, sunglasses and even a camera that we've been wanting for awhile.We highly recommend this store.

Electronics associate wasn't very friendly. Didn't smile, barely spoke up, acted like he despised his job. Need to train your associates better. Overall customer service was nill.

I ordered online for pickup 282 miles from the store, I arrived in my semi truck and trailer and called in. The girl was very helpful, told me where to park and how to exit the parking lot after I picked up. Very friendly, professional staff.

The cart pusher was a young gentleman and he completely dragged 30 cards across the front of my car and then acted like nothing happened. Once I. Had approached him and said I literally just watched to damage my car. He tried to pay me off with money. Unprofessional, the store manager tried playing it down like it wasn't a big deal.Watch out for your cars there.

Well, it's a Walmart. Stocks of products can be left bare if there is heavy demand like with a blizzard approaching or a big holiday weekend. But-- for the most part, you can go there and get what you need. Now, the cool thing about this one is that it is kept Clean-- much cleaner than many other Walmart stores I have been in. Now-- add more checkout associates and we'll all be happy.

The employee was super friendly and helpful. He came over and asked if he could help me and proceeded to do so with humbleness. His simple interaction with me, made my day. People are so busy now days, it's rare to find someone who'll stop and take the time to help, and do it happily. I appreciated it.

Staff is great. Shopping is good. Store clean and organized. However we may not return. It is the holiday season and check out does not meet the standards of the store. Two checkouts when there is set up for several more. Obviously, the store is attempting to force shoppers to utilize self check out. This comment is directed to the management as the employees are great. Don't be surprised if full shopping carts are abandoned in the aisles as that is what occurs to people have to wait an excessive amount of time for check out. We have spent hundreds of dollars at this store, but will be shopping elsewhere.

Went to tire center they refused to look at my tire lug had to call in all the managers long story short Coach Jenny is a 5 star Coach she went and got Izzy they looked at the lug and Izzy got it changed within 5 mins Izzy is the go to person in automotive I give her 5 stars she needs the manager position back there. Stood at the Auto Care counter for approximately 10 minutes to see about an oil change. Noone even acknowledged that I was there. My time may not be important to Walmart, but, it is to me. Taking my business elsewhere.

I did not understand why if you substitute an item isn't it the same just made a different brand? If you order marigolds flower seeds for example by seed company" Burpee seed company. " Wouldn't the logical substitute still be Marigolds by maybe Walmart or Planter seed company. I did not expect Texas Bluebonnet seed they are not close to a marigold! The purpose for the purchase of marigolds was to deter rabbits. I am afraid Texas Blue Bonnets might attract them!

Pick up wait time was 55 minutes late upon arrival. Order was supposed to have been ready 3 hours prior. Couldn't reach staff with the pickup number because the mailbox was full. Had to call the store itself, service desk scrambling to sort it out. I would have left some time ago but it was 9:30 at night and we needed the order prior to Christmas.
