Peolpe we need to call corporate and fill a complaint this store has bad service,poor customer service I will be calling corporate this has to stop we need new fully trained staff that treat customers with care and respect because if it wasn't for us paying customers they wouldn't have a job and I guess they seem to forget that it's so sad

Customer service is terrible. Their “team lead” bill was obviously not qualified. Not only was he rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever but he decided to completely disregard policy. This was the first time in years I purchased something at Walgreens and it will be the last.

This review is especially for Lori! A bad service experience made absolutely right by them!!! As they say, stuff happens, and sometimes there are few options to make it right but she definitely did to the fullest. A saint as far as service goes. She handled our automotive repair issue quickly and honestly and you can really tell she loves her people here, respects them, and gives the same to whoever she serves on her shifts. Thank you kindly!

it wasn't horrible it wasn't great! While checking the guy says you know there is a Walmart in town. I'm not sure why he said this. I wasn't dressed Walgreens fancy but I didn't feel Walmart classy. He also commented on my purchases. No!

Pierre Walgreens, really what more can I honestly say. All I know is if you want decent customer service do not to Pharmacy during the evening unless you enjoy some the worst customer service of your life. The lady with long brown hair working at the window handing out medication to a customer on Friday 01/14/2022, had the worst attitude problem I ever experienced in my life, when she seen my son and I standing there waiting to be helped. She said oh GOD!!!!!!!! Like wow! My best advice to anyone is go elsewhere! Save yourself the trouble and time, we was never even helped! :(

Convenience is key. Rob is the nicest clerk. He will actually inquire about products and is wonderful. Most other staff try and avoid you.

Went to pickup a Rx that the phone message said was "filled and ready to be picked up". I waited at the drive up window for 25 mintues before anyone came to the window to wait on me. When I said what I was there for I waited another 5 minutes and then was told the pharmacist had to check on it and it would be a few more minutes, I said I waited 30 minutes already and couldn't wait any longer and that I would have to stop back. I did not get a "sorry for the waiting or inconvenience...nothing!! Definitely need to get more organized, and maybe some customer service training.

This happened just now. When we were going through the checkout line the customer ahead of us had a great conversation and interaction with the cashier. When it was our turn, the older woman who was cashiering didn't even acknowledge our presence. If you are going to treat customers differently, we can spend our money differently by going elsewhere.

Bill at the front register was very rude. He accused me of stealing and was very rude towards my grandmother. I love Walgreens as I am employee in another state, but he did not follow through Walgreens ECC Guidelines.

Pharmacy was horrible so after many times and every line of upset customers at the pharmacy I took my business to another pharmacy which tells me they are getting a lot of Walgreen customers switching for same reasons. People don’t seem to know what they are doing on any level. Other city Walgreens are great but not Pierre. Horrible customer service.

Staff is always incredibly helpful they help to suit your personal needs. Sometimes checkouts can be slow but the customer service is always great. 5 extra stars to pharmacy and management.

Decent experience with this location. Definitely not as clean, well maintained, or stocked as other locations I've visited just a decent level experience. Some of the staff is friendly enough to makeup for store location issues.

I used the pharmacy drive thru window to receive a prescription. The employee at the window provided prompt and courteous service. The drive through window was easily accessible.

Store is nice and clean, staff wasn't that friendly. Always have problems with my prescriptions there so switching to a different pharmacy.
