The staff is usually friendly & helpful. It's a good store. Really the only part I wish was different is not necessarily their fault ..& that is that my favorites always seem to be out of stock or gone within 24 hours. But all in all I'm glad it's in Pierre.

Extremely knowledgeable staff willing to work with needs that the customers have. I have never stopped in and been disappointed in the service. There have been a few times that something specific wasn't in stock, but the staff has always let me know when it's expected in and haven't been wrong yet. The products they have available are the best in the area in my opinion. I would absolutely recommend The Vape Box to anyone I know! The staff there is amazing and always makes me feel welcome.

This buisness was opened in Pierre to provide easy access to vaping products. The staff is knowledgable and can assist customers in getting the right product to start quitting cigarettes or any other nicotine product.They have grown to also provide access to legal delta products and other products that aid in curtailing hard drugs use in the community.All and all the buisness has been a boon for public health and well being.The 2 staff members I am most familiar with being Ben the manager and Kelly have always given prompt service and gone above and beyond in customer service.

My experience from this store was awful. I went in to purchase incenses and that’s it. The guy at the checkout was very snarky and rude. Then proceeded to hassle me for my ID, when given ID he denied my transaction.
