I was impressed how friendly everyone was, how great the food was and how comfortable it was to eat there. The owner is top notch! Will definitely be returning there every time I'm in town!

Good food I had a few experiences here and none of them bad. Service was fast and to the point. It does seem to get pretty busy being there isn't much else around and if there was these guys have set the table pretty high. Thanks for the great food and environment

Sometimes, the best place around for a wonderful meal, and sometimes the food is terrible. I think it depends who the cook is. I've eaten at knotheads 8 times over a two week stay and am mostly happy. The service is always awesome for lunch and supper. You just gotta be okay with them leaving your jalapeños off, or burning your pizza.

Food was overly priced, they were out of half the things on the menu, service was slow despite us being the only ones in there besides a few people sitting at the bar. We sat in a booth and my mother went to grab a napkin and a cockroach came running out! The waitress just moved us to a different table. We were told “we’ll have someone come spray again”0/10, we didn’t even eat our food after seeing that.

We ate here for the first time last night and we definitely will NOT return to this establishment!!!! We didn't get there until about 7pm for supper so the place was about 25% full so not too busy at all. We were a party of 5, when food came out after waiting an hour only 2 people got there food. One of those two people got the wrong meal completely and the 2nd person didn't get everything they had asked for. Meanwhile us other 3 were waiting another half hour for our food, therfore half the family was done eating before the rest of even got served. We got our food and I had ordered sweet potato fries, fries were extremely greasy and half cooked. BTW I had asked our waitress if they had honey mustard sauce while ordering and explained to her I only wanted sweet potatoes fries IF they had honey mustard, she said she would check......brings me my food an hour and a half later with the sweet potato fries and says ( we are out of honey mustard and walks off) She never offered us water refills as well, food was very mediocre and the service was horrible!! When the manager came to see what was going on he stood there at our table telling us that they got slammed and were behind, and like I said only about 25% full IF that!!!! Spend your time and money elsewhere!!!!!

Food is not good, service is not great either. Been there several times over the past month. Cheeseburger burnt to a crisp, spicy cheese curds are all breading, shrimp tacos have almost no shrimp, flatbread pepperoni pizza is not good. Had a ticket come with an extra charge item I didn’t order. Had another order they made twice.

Very accommodating to our walk in group of 9. Quaint bar atmosphere with family dining as well. The burger's were delicious and as I sat there I wished it was closer to Sioux Falls. Saw so many other foods come out that looked absolutely delicious. All people going fishing and camping in the area should stop and try it! Won't be disappointed.

Fantastic atmosphere, food really has potential.I ordered the app that gives a bit of everything, the Boatload Sampler. I asked what a Bobber was because they were listed in the sampler, but I couldn't find it on the menu & she said they were a favorite & described a jalapeño popper.The sampler came & was 90% pickle chips & mini corn dogs. There was a singular "Bobber" & maybe 3 onion rings, 2 good cheese balls, some crumbs, you get the idea.That one Bobber though, it was delicious, I wish someone else at my table might have been able to try it. For $18.00 I thought they were wildly greedy with the good stuff. But hey, if you love pickle chips the sampler is for you.Maybe if the drinks weren't so few & far between, I might not have noticed. 🤷‍♀️The lamb nuggets were pretty good.I think its worth another try. Next time, I might just get the Bobbers by themselves now that I know how yummy they were.The environment was very fun, the restaurant seemed very clean & updated. They have a nice outside dining area & it's a nice large space.

Cocktails were good, food was just ok, services were good, Appetizer platter combo was pretty good for bar food. Asked for 2 glasses of water, only got 1 glass....(?) Burgers were good, Indian tacos are a pass. Very quiet on a Tuesday afternoon, that was a plus. Not too pleased with the ladies room since the stall door didn't lock.

The food was actually really great here. However, the food was very expensive and choices were pretty limited. Also, the air conditioning was broken and the staff opened the doors to cool it down inside, even though it was 85° this evening. There was no breeze and the place filled up with flies.

First off the staff was great. It was late on Labor Day. They were pretty much out of everything. And I still left there satisfied. Full belly, my wife was happy with her meal. It was all good....

We eat here at least once a month sometimes more, and I’ve never had such terrible service. The food here is always good, but our waitress couldn’t even get our drink order right, never gave us silverware until we finally asked right before our meal came, completely messed up our order, checked on us one time only during our meal, had another waiter come pick up our empty plates, and was standing around and sitting at the bar while we had asked her to bring us condiments and she did not until our appetizers was almost gone. Love this place, hope they figure out staffing.

There was an unpleasant odor in building.Prime rib sandwich was very greasy.Have eaten here before when they first opened. Steaks we had were excellent, atmosphere was great.VERY disappointed this time.

After fishing all day in the heat we decided to come try this place.. It was the worst experience we've ever had. As we sat down n watched one of the waitresses clean the table next to us n chat w the customers for 15 minutes she not once acknowledged we were there.. No menu no drinks not even a I'll be right with you guys. NOTHING! 20 minutes later of the worst service anywhere in the world i said to my brother I'm going to the restroom n if she has not talked to you n dad by then we're gone! Few minutes later after returning i asked "Anything?" Brother said he asked if they were still serving food n she just walked by again!

The staff is so rude. This waitress with Blonde hair rudely sat my family down. She then tossed our menus down and screamed at us to order something quickly. Then she snatched the menus while we were still ordering! Dont come here. Food tasted like oil and grease.

The burgers were delicious! Their signature burgers were unique and full of flavor - the two of us had the West River burger and the Knothead burger and both were so good. Staff was friendly and attentive. We will be back!

Sat at the bar for 10 minutes, had to ask for a drink. Was gonna eat but the bartender was too “busy” to offer a menu. After she finally noticed my empty drink and asked if I want another I said no.
