A local alarm company dropped a drill and put a big hole in our vinyl plank floor in the middle of the walk way- Byron sent his guys first thing the next day and replaced the plank by 8:30am. I was in a bind because my contractor wasn't comfortable installing the Forbo Marmoleum Floor. I get it - it's complicated to install, especially with a seam. I called Byron and he was super nice to squeeze me in because we were waiting for the flooring to proceed with the bathroom work. The guys he sent, George and William, were fantastic! They were both very professional and got right to work. We had to leave in the middle of the job, but they finished up just fine and we were so happy to see the great work when we got home! They completed the work in two days when we had been told by the other contractor that it would take 1 week or longer. If I could redo our flooring I would have Lemas flooring do the whole thing. The first company who installed my new kitchen floor had done it incorrectly and some materials were missing, so the services of Lemus Flooring were enlisted. Their floor crew supervisor personally came to my home and diagnosed the issues, and I was so impressed that he put forth the time and effort and made a long drive to do that! After all new materials were ordered, the crew got all the work finished in one day and did it correctly. We are very pleased with the work that Lemus did for us. The 2 men arrived at the time they said they would and they worked quickly. They were very professional - even made made a point of informing us that the wall paint might get scuffed a bit with the carpet being laid (which we expected). My husband and I had to leave for the day but by the time we got back late afternoon everything was completed. We thought it was going to be a two day job!
