This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!THEY HAVE ROACHES!!!I booked me and my boyfriend a cute little get away for Valentine’s Day. The pictures on the site looked good and the price was decent as well. But boy was I wrong the neighborhood was off putting/uncomfortable, when we went in the place looked kinda destroyed they said they were remodeling which they desperately needed. The website said there was a pool when we got there it was closed for remodel . The hallways smelled so heavily of chemical paint it was almost unbearable. The floors were uneven and stained.when we got to our room it was not even worth a one star, the floors where stained had gum on them. There was a piece of carpet taken out and replaced and in the creases were moldy goldfish. We decided to stay even though it was bad because we had already paid. But then came the second night we went out for dinner and came back and started getting undressed there were ROACHES!! By the fridge. So I got dressed went down to the front desk and asked if we could get a refund for the second night and they said that they couldn’t do anything till there manager got there in the morning. I asked can you give me a different room he said not really the only other one is a smoking room so he wouldn’t even accommodate. So we went back up stairs and packed up and checked out early and DID NOT STAY ANOTHER NIGHT. I called in the morning when they said the manager would be there and he said they would go and investigate the room and call back later. I called at 11 am and they hadn’t called me back and it was going on 5:30 pm so I called back the front desk guy aid they went up there and investigated and didn’t find anything. I told them they were by the fridge and scurried inbetween the crack of the wall and floor when I turned the lights on . He said well we moved the furniture and fridge we didn’t see anything (I highly doubt they moved any furniture). I said what do you think I’m lying I didn’t even want to stay a second night I rather risk loosing the money then have to stay another night when I was there. He made it like I was lying which I most definitely was not. After all that all he said was there’s nothing we can do we can’t give you a refund. He had a rude tone and made me out to be stupid.DO NOT EVER GO HERE THEY HAVE ROACHES ARE RUDE AND ARE VERY UNCLEAN!!!!

I booked a hotel for the 2nd. I even called to let them know that I had a pet and asked if there was anything I had to do special for the pet. They said that the pet was an additional fee. Fine, great. As long as I have somewhere to stay after my 14-hour drive that day. I arrive 20 after midnight only for them to tell me they don't have any pet friendly rooms available and that I couldn't stay with them.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. EVER!! One of the WORST hotels, if not the worst hotel I've stayed in. Reserved a king bed and got a queen. Even after showing them this on our booking they wouldn't change it. The non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke and cleaning products in an attempt to mask the smoke smell. The power in our room went out, the fridge was broken and would switch on and off at will.Everything was old and hardly worked. Our shower shot water out from the side and made a big puddle on the bathroom floor. It's in a bad neighborhood. It's HOT everywhere in the hotel because they turn all a/c off in the lobby, halls and rooms. The pillows are tiny and the bed is HARD. This place isn't even worth $60 a night. Save your money and go somewhere you can actually be comfortable for the night. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.P.S. The cleaning staff and breakfast people were nice.

I rented a room for 2 nights. When I attempted to check-in, I was refused despite already paying for the room.They said another costumer, (K&B transportation) has a contract with them and in the contract it says they are to refuse service to anyone who has ever worked for K&B Transportation. I asked for a refund and they said no.They took my money for a service offered and after they took my money they refused to provide that service and refuse to refund the money.The hotel has no sort of disclaimer or notice for people to learn about before the rent a room. It's not racial discrimination, but it is a form of discrimination against people whom have work for a specific company before. And this company does not own or is part ownership of this hotel.This hotel straight up has a contract with a costumer to take certain people's money and kick them out. It's a crooked place just like K&B is a crooked company to intentionally do this to their past employees.

Use me as your deciding review: DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.For one, the neighborhood it is in is terrible. An especially bad place if you are traveling by yourself or have children. And as for the establishment itself, ALL the pictures they use as presentation are a lie. The rooms are old, tiny, and the whole place is blazing hot as they are so cheap that they turn off the a/c everywhere, including the lobby. You can stand in the bathroom with your arms not even stretched to full capacity and be touching both ends of the walls. Breakfast is rubbish. TVs are rubbish, and when my sister who was traveling with me, tried to get the room she had ordered and paid, they said it "wasn't in their system" and refused to honor her reservation. Only upside was the handy man they sent to look at our shower (which didn't work properly and had a problem he ultimately couldn't fix). He was a nice older gentleman who tried to be accommodating. All in all, it is an awful place that ought to be shut down for how terribly they keep it and how nonexistent the upkeep is in it. Spend the $20 extra dollars and stay somewhere else. You will be happy you did.

Okay, so let it first be said that the staff here are very good. Spoke to multiple members of them in passing and/or when I needed something, and each and every one of them was simply a breath of pleasant niceness. Even mid-life-crisis Mario downstairs (I jest in good sport) was nicer than his original appearance suggested.For that, I rate the service a five star.Unfortunately, this is not enough to bring my overall rating of the hotel above two and a half stars. The room we stayed in was damp, so much so that it brought down a great affliction to my nasal cavities that persisted for days thereafter. The TV could hardly keep it's signal, and I am told by others who were staying in the hotel at the same time that this was a problem shared by multiple rooms. Also, some of the surfaces were plain sticky, sticky with such things as I shan't dare to contemplate. The shower did not drain properly, and thus I found myself in a bath when I quite pointedly wished to take a shower.There are certainly worse places to stay, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you are only passing through and need a place to lay your head for the night.

nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in super 8 is right next door I wish I would have stayed there instead, daughter booked hotel for me on my way back from north Dakota to Oklahoma it was off the highway and a halfway point, if I wasn't so tired I would have left, not only was it absolutely disgusting, I was supposed to be charged $62 dollars and it's showing $150 on my account. Highly disappointed and discourage anyone else from going there. also crackheads were running to and from outside my room all night till daylight.Rooms: disgustingSafety: crackheads running to and from till daylight, couldn't sleep

Management at this establishment would not recognize my service dog and charged for him to stay with me. Asked certain questions about him which were illegal to be asked.Bathroom was in absolute disrepair. Shower curtain was falling down. Sheetrock around showerhead was moldy and cracked. Swimming pool was not set up for ADA .Will never stay at this location or any Days Inn ever again.

Took a min for the staff to come to front desk when we stopped in. We didn't have reservations as we didn't know exactly where we were going to stop on our way home. But the staff had a main floor room. They were nice and gave me some plates so we could heat up our dinner. The breakfast was Okay. Only a couple pieces of fruit. No bananas. No eggs. No meat. Just bisquits and gravy.. was a bit muggy in the room but turned the AC down and it helped.

Front desk staff was very rude, there is no elevator which made it difficult to get to my room on the 2nd floor( I have trouble walking because of medical conditions) was informed that the only room we could have was on the second floor because I had my service dog with me. I had to pay the pet deposit even though he is a service animal. We were told one thing by the Wyndham customer service people and then the staff at the front desk were very rude and told us totally different information. The room has a large hole in the floor covered with ply wood, the toilet was unstable and the faucet in the bathtub leaked a constant stream of water. One of the beds sheets were dirty and had a few spots of blood on them. And to top it all off the keys didn't want to work on the door. I also noticed that there was a strange separate charge on my card after I checked out of the room that I didn't authorize.Rooms: Our room has a large hole in the floor covered with ply wood, the toilet was unstable and the faucet in the bathtub leaked a constant stream of water. One of the beds sheets were dirty and had a few spots of blood on them. And to top it all off the keys didn't want to work on the door.

Don't make reservations there without insurance, they are without ethics or conscience. I arrived early in the morning and started to check in. But they advised me to change my reservations which I did, then they wouldn't let me check in until 3pm. I spent the night before in a tornado and was dead tired. So when I tried to check in a 3pm. Some how a mistake had been made and my reservation was made for the next weekend and they refused to return my money. I did nothing wrong but stealing is the fact when you take someone's money because you can. Taking money and returning nothing is thief. I will never stay in any Days Inn. Ever! I spent mother's day sleeping in my car. Thank you for your hospitality Days Inn.

The guy working the front desk was rude. Acted like we were inconveniencing him when we checked in and when we had to replace the batteries for the remote control. Claimed he didnt have the money to break a $20. Carpet was ripped. Holes in the wall. Said rooms came with coffee pot and only certain rooms did. They dont provide toiletries such as shampoo. Bring your own pillows because the ones they have are so small toddlers use them. The hot tub is boarded up. The pictures of the place are exceptionally deceiving!!! Horrible place!!!

We get there, the neighborhood is sketchy.We walked in and smell of old cigarette smoke, dirty carpets and mold greet us. We wait 5 minutes to check in, all the while we can hear yelling in the back office.When we get to our room it also smells!The walls have mold on them, bathroom is moldy on the walls, the shower rod is coming off the wall.Towels are thin and rough.The air conditioner was really loud and coming off the wall. The carpets are dirty and smelly! The bed linens are so thin and worn.I am sending an email to Wyndham asking if they ever check these places?!This one was bad!!If it hadn't been so late we wouldn't have stayed!!

Stayed the weekend with my girlfriend and she has a service dog and I called customer service and asked them about the pet deposit then the next thing I knew the guy from the front office was at the door asking for proof of the dog being a service dog and the manager wanted to kick us out for calling customers service he brought a print out of what a service dog should beRooms: The room was not that great the walls were stained and the carpet needs to be cleaned

This hotel only gets two stars for three reasons: the low price, the friendly staff, and no bugs. Otherwise this place is a bit of a dump. Our room was so humid our book pages started to warp by the third day, our room REEKED of mildew, the hallways all smell of smoke, and every piece of furniture feels about 50 years old. Not to mention, the “continental breakfast” is merely a waffle maker, stale bread and biscuits, cereal, oatmeal packets, along with coffee and juice. You literally sign a waiver before they give you your room key stating they are not responsible for stolen items, and no refund will be given for same day checkouts (if you change your mind about staying there). Would not recommend!

We stopped here tonight after 10 hours on the road only to be met with the annoyed attitude of the front desk agent. This is how the conversation went:Us: “Hi! Do you have any rooms available tonight?Him: “How many of you?” (No greeting, just barked the question at us)Us: “Just 2 adults & 1 kid and our lizard” (we have a very small lizard in a 1’x1’ closed cage. Every other Days Inn was happy to check him out and let us stay.)Him: “Nope. Go.”Us: “Because of the lizard? If we leave him the car, he’ll freeze to death.”Him: “I don’t care. Leave.”So we left. The man was very dismissive and unprofessional. We felt very unwelcome & from our experience, this is not how Days Inn operates. We are usually met with smiling, professional people but this man was rude and disrespectful. Do not stay at the Days Inn. There is a far superior Days Inn less than 15 minutes away.

Wyndham has an app that allows check in remotely. Pretty useless with this hotel. I used it and they still needed my ID and credit card, even though the app took all the data for my reservation. I showed up at 4:30 and was given a key to a room that was not done being cleaned. Having been on the road for 11 hours, this was not what I needed. They got me assigned to another room. The room air conditioner seemed to work but the room always felt damp as if it was not conditioning just cooling. The tub drain was so slow so that I was standing in 3 inches of water before I could get done with a shower. The water was so hard that I could not operate the shower because the button was stuck to the spout. I may be an old time traveler, but I could remember when the front desk staff would actually wear nice clothes and maybe a tie. The front desk worker looked like he just got out of bed. Also I know it is hard to get help but I could barely understand him as either his English was bad or his accent was too thick. I know times are tough for getting workers but the appearance of the first person you meet usually sets the quality of the hotel.

This place was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at from the rude receptionist to the horrible rooms. We asked for a refund after being kicked out and my sister had a reservation as well under my name but her added as my guest and they refused her a room key and kicked her out for not being on the debit card that got the room. I do not recommend this place unless this is your o my option. Worst place I have ever had a reservation with also photos do not match what you pay for. Disgusting establishment. -10 stars

I booked this hotel on price line. Majority of the reason why I booked here was because they have a swimming pool. We get here and find out that the pool is closed for renovation. They wouldn't let me cancel my reservation because it was a non-refundable purchase. So once we get in the room I noticed that many parts of the ceiling are falling down the tape is gone. But the worst part is after I took my shoes off I went to go in the bathroom and the carpet was soaked my sock got completely wet. The toilet is leaking. I visited with some of the other guests while I was here they also commented how their ceiling is starting to fall down I do not recommend booking this hotel at.
