Friendly, Hometown Service and Prices Competitive to Big Box stores! They made Christmas easy by delivering a palette of wood pellets I'd purchased via a phone call. They didn't need the address of the recipient, as they knew her and had made deliveries there before. This type of personal service and commitment is very rare these days. I'm impressed that this little town has so many great local businesses. I Highly recommend this store!

If you like buying way overpriced hardware, this is the place, but gets you by in a pinch. I seem to always be in a pinch so I'm thankful. Very helpful staff and if they don't have certain items they will order it for you, takes about a week-2weeks.

EXCELLENT little hardware store. At first the 2 young gals working were a little self occupied but after I asked for help, they were great! Really good prices and great selection. Shop Newell!!
