Had an excellent meal here this morning. Coffee was good and the waitress was very good at keeping my cup full. The meal was exactly what I hoped for and was under $20. Lots of other places in the world now you cannot even eat there for less than $20. The most significant thing that I will note about this restaurant is the fact that it is very clean, tidy, and well kept. From the dining area to the washroom it is very clear someone has taken a great deal of pride in the upkeep of this establishment. Very comforting to see this these days. I will absolutely be stopping here next time that I am through Newell.Vegetarian options: On the breakfast menu there are vegetarian skillet and omlete options. Also a breakfast plate option that just had toast, hashbrowns, and eggs. All involved eggs, so are vegetarian and not vegan.Parking: Large parking lot that could fit more than enough cars to fill the restaurant. Easily space for 2 or 3 18 wheelers to park so the drivers can run in for breakfast.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps required to enter restaurant. Park on the concrete pad and have door level access. Plenty of non booth tables that could have a chair removed to accommodate a wheelchair.

This is a great place for a good burger and fries. My family and I were in town (7 of us) for a basketball tournament. We had just enough time to grab a quick lunch between games. Unfortunately, it took quite a while to get our order, maybe about 45 minutes so we had to rush to eat it. I would definitely stop again, though because the service was good and I love these little types of hometown diners.

We had a very large group of Shriners eat there service was good but the orders came out very slow but we all were told this in the beginning. One cook prepared each group of 4s meal. The place was just not created to serve big groups. The good was fabulous.

Server could've made it right but just said we made it work. Owner was there, chose to do nothing as well to make it right. I tried to be understanding but after the whole experience, I'd rather save my money and go elsewhere. Owner/manager could have done something as well as server but chose to let the whole family have a not so good experience. I always tip and I still did but wow just wow!!!! Owner needs to smile and not be so rbf.After owner responded to this post, I have to add that she helped bring out food and it was very obvious that I wasn't happy. The owner and server both chose not to make it better or even address that there was a problem. I prepayed before food came out. I still tipped. Owner heard me clearly not happy and acted like she wasn't paying attention.

Food was good, had a server that did not listen or pay attention to what i wanted. I asked her if i could pay for another tables food and she didn’t even let me ask my full question before just taking my card and saying “i’ll hold onto it” then i went to go get my card back and i told her that the man had left so i couldn’t pay for his food because she had my card and she responded “i don’t even know what your talking about” very rude and neglected to listen to me. seemed like she did not want to provide customer service.

Food was excellent. Wait staff are very friendly and helpful with the food selection. Shelby the owner is a very good cook. Enjoyed the meal. Good atmosphereWheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out of the entry way. I do wish they had auto door open buttons. Sometimes hard to open when I have to use my walker

Felt like a burden to the crew, waited 40 minutes for our food. Just for it to be borderline warm. My sprite tasted like mildew and we got watery chocolate milk instead of a chocolate shake.Very disappointing. Never will be coming back.

I'm here for the Sturgis rally.I didn't want to pay the crazy prices at Full Throttle (dog food)Saw High Plains stopped and got steak tipsAbsolutely delicious!!I only wish the had more choices of sides and would offer 2 with dinner!Megan and Tara were great!!I've been back 3 more times, once for breakfast, meat lovers omlet was great!

We are tourists and found ourselves cutting through from Sturgis to Dickenson to our next hotel. The kids were hungry, so we stopped. It is kid friendly, the food was good (came fast) and everyone was very nice. We felt welcomed and would go back again.

Fantastic little diner. Family friendly service. Salad bar included with meals and has fruit so no need to get an appetizer for kids! Tara was an excellent waitress.

Fairly good food, steak was very good. Ordered mochas and there was almost no coffee flavor tasted more like a watered down hot chocolate. Waitress did her very best to make it right. Always very friendly.

Very friendly staff, food was good. First time I went, the owner was our server. She is super nice. Took my son here and just enjoyed the visit. Restroom was clean. Worth a visit.
