My friend and I went on a 4-hr trail ride and had an amazing time. Our private ride was led by Maddie, and she shared her knowledge and picked some great trails. She was an outstanding guide. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. They provided water and a place to store our phones so we could take photos. We will definitely return!

This was a great family ride. We are beginners so our ride was basically nose to tail. Very easy & safe . Beautiful scenery. II would have given it 5 stars but our guide , Cody ( i think) didn’t want to talk or say a word. Seemed unfriendly and bored… so we just rode in silence pretty much…Beautiful views and fair price gives it a 3

Had a very nice ride this morning, Tammy was able to accommodate an early morning ride on our last day in the area. Katie was an awesome guide. Festus ( my horse) was a little lazy at times. We dis the 2 hour trip and I felt it getting off. If your in the area I would check them out.

I booked a three hour ride for my wife as a surprise as we were “passing” through on an RV road trip. Easy check in process, the horse was saddled and ready to go. TJ” took her out for a great trail, the scenery was great and TJ was very helpful, knowledgeable and good company. “Best USA trail ride to date” - from the horses mouth!!

My family and I had recently visited the area and no one around would allow my 4 yr old to ride with an adult. Thankfully, I had found them. Beautiful views, everyone was very welcoming. Our tour guide lady was so sweet. I definitely recommend them! Thank you, T&M Trail Rides.

It was an amazing view, it's so fun to ride through the woods and look at everything, the people that work there are very nice, you can also feed and pet the horses, and the horses are very well trained and follow eachother, very fun, the longest you can ride for is 4 hours, and the least time is 1 hour. Overall this is a great choice for riding a horse for the first time.

What an amazing experience. Our guide was extremely professional and courteous. The ride was private with just me, my wife, daughter (10 years), and our guide. Our guide was respectful and let us enjoy the serenity and scenery. Our horses were all very easy to handle, even for a novice. The two hour ride was perfect for our family. I can’t recommend T&M more strongly. I wish I could give them 6 stars!

We booked the hour and a half horseback riding trail and had an amazing time! Tammy was absolutely wonderful and it is a memory I will always have. I went with my sister-in-law, and then we took my nine-year-old daughter. It was her first time going horseback riding and she had an absolute blast. As soon as the ride was done, she asked if we could go again. Tammy answered all of her questions And was fabulous with her. I can’t wait till we go back next year and do it again.

We had a group of 11 for a trail ride. Ages 5 to 69. All of the group was made to feel welcome and able to ride. The horses were very well tempered. The view along the ride was spectacular! Both the trail guides were very helpful and awesome to ride with.I would definitely recommend T&M Trail Rides to anyone in the Black Hills area.

Our guide, Maddy, was great. She was very personable and very attentive. She showed us all over the place and took us through a small creek as well. I would highly recommend T & M Trail Rides. Call and ask for Tammy, she will take care of you.

Have been wanting to ride in the Black Hills for over 40 yrs and finally decided to do it as we were driving through South Dakota this week. T&M Trail Rides exceeded our expectations. We are experienced riders and the ride was perfect. The rides are private and very well priced. Our guide, Katie, was engaging and animated. The trails were scenic and offered some photogenic opportunities. Tammy, the owner, is very nice, personable and friendly. Everyone we met there was courteous and made us feel welcomed. Highly recommend this stable.

We took the hour and a half ride today with our 3 kids (10,8, and 7) and everyone LOVED it. The guides were amazing and very patient and the scenery was beautiful. Our oldest has severe ADHD and our youngest has autism so we were nervous about how they would do, but the guides made them feel relaxed and confident and now we have 3 more horse lovers 😁 thank you for a wonderful experience! Highly reccomend!

Beautiful area for riding! DJ did a great job on my son's riding tour. I would recommend this Trail Ride business! You could see how the staff takes care of their animals and is focused on safety!

What a beautiful way to spend time in South Dakota! The whole area around Nemo is full of natural wonders. The horse rides at T&M were perfect for our large party (9 in total) that included kids (two 8 year olds and a five year old). The horses were sweet and calm and easy to ride and the scenery was unbelievably beautiful. The people were helpful and patient. We loved it so much we want to go again before we go home.

We had a ride Wednesday June 26th, 19. What a wonderful, amazing 2hr ride. My wife and I love to ride and we always hit the trails when on vacation. This trip/ride was our best yet. If you're in the Black Hills area and you're looking to book a trail ride I would highly recommend T&M Trail Rides.

They were easy to work with. My 5 year old was able to ride in front of my husband. All of the other places in the area did not allow anyone under 6 to go on the long rides, only pony rides in an arena. The rides went through beautiful canyons and even through streams. The guide was also very nice and knowledgeable of the area.

Felt like going to your best friend's idyllic countryside home and getting a chance to ride her horses. The owner was genuine and friendly, the horses were well taken care of, happy, clean and healthy. The route was wild enough that it felt like a very personal experience with nature. This is the only place we will horse back ride in South Dakota!! Wonderful owners and ranch hands! The trail was beautiful, crossing a stream several times. The horses were well taken care of! Definitely a highlight of our trip!

Oh my gosh, had just the best time! Tammy, the Owner was amazing. Explained everything so well and - then - Charlie & Wyatt, our guides, were so fun, informative, & just the best. Such a great deal and get to see so much of the beautiful Black Hills, plus got to go through Box Elder creek 3 times! Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing fun outing!
